When my fiancé and I decided to elope to Colorado, this became the perfect place for our honeymoon! Close enough to town to get what we needed and ample dining options, but secluded enough to feel like you are in the middle of no where. Beautiful views from the deck was the perfect place for morning coffee. Camp 4 coffee in town had really great whole bean coffee. Hope our host doesn't mind, we bought a coffee grinder and left it behind for others to enjoy.

We had such a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed taking walks after dinner along the quiet street to watch the sunset and take in the views. Reading a book in the rocking chair on the deck with a coffee taking in the views and the breeze were a favorite of mine. Our son enjoyed riding his bike around the property and making his own "trails," and our dog enjoyed the space outside and chasing him around. We hope to stay again on our next trip to CB!

Great spot for a relaxing trip!

Stayed with family for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The home has great privacy but still close to town. We loved our stay!

This house is awesome. Probably one of the most well kept properties I’ve ever rented. It had everything we needed. Great location. Everything was well kept and Skip was awesome at communicating! We will definitely be returning to this house when we visit CB again in the future. Thanks Skip!

Fall family getaway

This was an unbelievable trip, perfect time of year to visit colorado, the aspens changing colors were just breathtaking! The cabin and amenities were perfect. Location was great and the host was wonderful with making the check in and stay awesome.

Beautiful place

We loved staying at this home. It was a perfect spot for visiting our kid at Western in Gunnison and enjoying the town of Crested Butte. The star gazing is phenomenal, the hosts answered questions promptly and generously, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the view is amazing!

Great property!

This was a great place to stay for three adults. The home is well situated, easy access to Crested Butte South and downtown Crested Butte. At the same time, it’s outside downtown on a quiet road away from crowds and with a lovely view of mountains. Houses are far enough apart to have a nice sense of privacy.

Crested Butte Vacation

Came with family to see area, sled and play in some in the snow. Perfect and cozy home with close proximity to everything we wanted. Secluded enough to feel away from it. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed the location, was just a quick few minutes to town. We were nicely surprised to find there was a garage that fit our large truck and it was heated too! The layout was great and had a wonderful view from the living room. Humidifiers in each bedroom were appreciated.

You're the first person who has commented on the furnishings. While clean and comfortable, they are dated. I think it's time for upgrading, even though most people come for other reasons.

Starry Nights Mountain Retreat

We love staying here with our three children. The owner and property manager are fantastic. Perfect location with a balcony you can sit and stargaze or watch the serene surroundings and sky without feeling cramped by neighbors. Thank you to the owner for opening up their home.
