En rymlig solig villa perfekt för blandade åldersgrupper och familjer. 4 dubbelrum med luftkonditionering och eget badrum
Gratis snabb wifi i hela villan.
NYTT för renoverade badrum och lounge i 2019.
Vardagsrummet, kök terrass pool och bar dra nytta av att vara alla på en nivå som gör det lättare att hålla koll på små och så det finns inga terrasser eller steg för att klättra till poolen etc. finns det ytterligare ett sovrum med dubbelsäng här vilket passar de med lite begränsad rörlighet
Trädgården och poolen är privat och inte såg ut och det finns en grind till poolen för barnsäkerhet.
Alla rum är dubbelrum med luftkonditionering och eget badrum. De övre sovrummen har alla dörrar som leder till en terrass med utsikt över trädgården och poolen igen, detta är inte över tittat och en idealisk plats att äta frukost eller kvällsdrycker.
Från takterrassen finns härlig utsikt och sittplatser för att titta på de underbara solnedgångarna och observera de underbara klara himlen på natten och lyssna på våra ugglor som pratar med varandra när solen börjar gå ner. Takterrassen erbjuder också den perfekta solfällan för dig som tycker om att sola.
I den mogna trädgården finns det olika tropiska buskar och växter som otroligt släpper sin parfym på natten.
Baren och BBQ är det perfekta underhållningsnavet med belysning och ett extra kylskåp. Det finns också en extra gas-BBQ för dig som föredrar denna metod för matlagning eller för stora grupper.

Det finns gott om solstolar och stolar tillsammans med separata handdukar för poolanvändning.

Perfect!

We were a party of 8 ranging from 5 years to 80 years and the villa was very spacious inside and out! The heated pool was a big hit & was enjoyed both through the day and at night. Plenty of board games and a good selection of reading matter. The villa is very well equipped, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in one that was better equipped!ideally situated to enjoy the beach resorts and beautiful Mijas village.

Very Good!

We are 3 couples spent a short break in this lovely villa. Plenty of space very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Added bonus was heated pool the water was luxuriously warm throughout our stay very impressive. The manger and owner are very friendly nothing was too much trouble we even had complimentary wine for our arrival!We left feeling relaxed and refreshed will definitely be back.

Excellent Villa for family get-together

The villa has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay for a wide range of ages with plenty of space, lovely facilities, well equipped and ideally located. The host and manager are very warm, welcoming, extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Good location and garden, but also some disappointing points

The location of the villa is good and the heated pool is great, also in winter months. There is a nice garden with a good view. The area is very nice and quiet.There were however some disappointing points. The interior of the house could use an update. Some things in the kitchen did not work properly, like the closing of the washing machine. The pans were overused with a lot of scratches in them. The single beds were very unstable and not really suitable for (older) adults. The house was not clean when we arrived, with a lot of dust on the floors and sugar spread over the kitchen.Overall, regarding the price and all the good reviews, we were a little disappointed.

Mijas Golf

Dealing with Anabel was a pleasure, very prompt with answering questions. The property itself was perfect for 4 fat old golfers. 4 seperate rooms with 4 bathrooms. Lovely outdoor seating area and a great pool. Only slight negative was that theres only really one restaurant within walking distançe, but mijas or fuengirola only a few minutes cab ride away. Overall a great stay, and will use it again in the future.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for 4 nights at the Villa Carlito Santa Monica, with our friends, 2 other couples. The villa is really well equipped and very peaceful. The pool is heated and well kept. There is a very good local bus service to Mihas Pueblo and Fungirola and the taxi's are easy to book. Sally the property manager is lovely and really helpful with recommendations and after a couple of days we found ourselves right at home. It was just what we needed, some peace and quiet and sunshine which there was plenty of!

Perfect vacation

It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use.

Fantastic holiday! Villa was ideal, location perfect.

We had a fantastic week at the Villa in Mijas. It was lovely and clean, perfect in every way. Anabel & Daisy were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for a large family, the children were happy in the pool all day! Would definitely book again.

Lovely villa

Nice villa in a nice quiet location. Good communication and easy check in process with the owner! We had a car and I would advise having one unless you want to stay in the villa for the whole time. Everything is within 3/4 miles of the area but we found it so easy with a car! Would recommend this villa to anyone especially families

Excellent stay near a perfect seaside location

We really loved the stay. The property itself is brilliant. Just what we were looking for. The pool was good for the kids as it was heated but also well shaded in October so not worried about them burning. Annabel and Sally were great hosts and answered questions quickly, even in these odd covid times. Fuengirola is a great little town with many good restaurants.

Fabulous week in Mijas

This property is perfect for families. We had an amazing week. We had 3 children under 5 so we were out during the day but cooked in the evening. The heated pool was an absolute essential. We loved the garden area and the fact that there is a gate so children were safe. The area is lovely. Mijas is such a pretty village with incredible views. We would definitely return.

We have been as a family and the house is spacious and comfortable, it has everything we need and the pool, which Anabel very kindly heated for us, is excellent, we were very comfortable, to say the least, it would need to renew the sun loungers and improve some aspects of the garden, but The truth is that it's great. Great week in villa with fabulous pool

My girlfriends and I thorghly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space. We really enjoyed using the great pool and making use of the many sun loungers, and long lazy meals on the shaded terrace. If you are after a super slick modern villa this is not the property for you. But if you want a more homely feel with a secluded outdoor area and fabulous pool, this is highly recommended. Both Sally ( property manager) and Annabel ( owner) are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nice Villa, quaint and cute right outside Mijas Pueblo. Everything you needed was at Villa Carlito.

Greatly enjoyed out stay at Villa Carlito. The owners were fantastic both prior to our stay (in helping us book the Villa) and during the stay in answering by email any questions we had. Also their property manager Steve, who lives close by was helpful with a number of questions we had. Would highly recommend the Villa to couples and families who want to be close to Mijas Pueblo (can take a bus or drive (as we did . . . About 2 minutes and park at the $1 Euro lot right outside the town square)). Convenient to a lot of attractions and sites on the Costa del Sul with the owners giving us great suggestions as to what to visit and where to eat. You will not be disappointed in staying at Villa Carlito. Thanks Annabel and David Butch & Judy

Great holiday villa

Everything from start to end was excellent. Anabel and Sally are both lovely ladies who responded on queries very promptly and we had a very warm and welcoming from Sally who kindly showed around villa. Villa is exactly how it is in description. We have had a lovely stay and warm pool was nice treat after every day hiking and walks. Very spacious and homely overall. Felt like own home. Perfect for families with children as pool segregated with gate. Would definitely come back again. P.S. Thank you Sally for welcome vinos - nice and thoughtful touch :) 5 plus stars for all!!!

Perfect for a lovely family holiday!

Just back from my stay in Mijas at the villa and we had an amazing time. The villa is lovely and spacious and has absolutely everything. It's also very secure and very private. Mijas is a beautiful location and there is so much to do closeby. We had a car but my brother didn't so his family used the bus which was so easy and cheap to get around (even with a 2 year old!). Annabel and Steve were amazing and made my first family holiday with my 5 month old so easy, they couldn't have been more helpful. Steve was on hand for an issues (just us not being able to work stuff, no actual problems!) and was always round to help within literally 5 mins- he was amazing! Highly recommend this!

Amazing holiday..

We had a fabulous holiday @ the villa. Everything was fantastic from start to finish.. Annabel was an amazing host so helpful reassuring & informative.. She actually went over & above allowing us an early check in & a late check out which was great for the kids having extra time in the pool. Thank you so much from them too Annabel😘. Many thanks also to Sally who gave us a great welcome & informative greeting.. Hope you enjoy your spell back in UK.. We could not recommend this Villa enough so much space & plenty of equipment... Excellent family holiday. Thanks again Annabel & Sally.. We will keep you in mind for nxt years family trip 👍❤️

Totally unacceptible !

We booked this villa as it had nearly only 5 star ratings , and it had the facilities we were looking for .Communication with the manager was initially fine . We had agreed on a late arrival , and we showed up exactly on time .Then the show began : The housekeeper arrived by car , and as health professionals , we know a drunk person when we see them . She was not just tipsy !The house was freexing cold , and she only turned the heaters on when we arrived .We found black hairs in one of the beds, and initially she just brushed it away - and didnt change the sheets until we told her to do so .Breadcrumbs on the kitchen table , Microwave owen was dirty , the owen could only heat on grill, and the lid couldnt close properly .Dishwasher was out of salt , and the lid couldnt close unless you lifted the top.Coffeemachine had not been cleaned . Chairs around the kitchen bar was broken , and the kitchen window couldnt close .No aircon in the living room and the provided heaters could not provide sufficient heating .In one of the bedrooms the aircon was disconnected ( cable simply cut ) and the adjacent bathroom had no outlets !Pool was heated as promised , but after a rainfall the electricity disappeared and the heating pump stopped. We couldnt get it started again .Tiles around the pool are partly broken and filled with green algae , and hence very slippery when wet .When we called the property manager , she threatened that we would be thrown out by the police !!!

Great villa but looking tired

The villa is in a great location with a private, non looked over pool and garden. Unfortunately it's very tired and needs some maintenance to bring it up to the standard I'm sure it once was. It's liveable and realitavly comfortable but let down by lack of up keep. I won't go into specifics as I don't want to list what could be concieved as minor cosmetics but the villa needs some attention soon to make it more pleasurable to stay there. That aside we had a good week and didn't let the slightly run down feel of the place to affect our holiday. Communication was great and arrival and departure was very smooth. The villa is perfect for 10 people so we didn't feel on top of each other (although previous stays in villas of that size had much more fridge and freezer space) This would definitely be a five-star property if up keep was maintained, maybe the price reflects the condition of the villa, I'm not sure as I've not looked into that.

Villa Carlito is ideally situated in a beautiful quiet area but so near Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola . Once at the villa you will immediately relax and feel at home . The villa is not over looked and set in a mature garden so if you are sun bathing ,having a swim ,cooking your BBQ or just letting the children run off steam your privacy is assured .
We liked this villa as we have the best of both worlds . Traditional Spanish life in Mijas village with great restaurants . One of our lunchtime favourites is a little Spanish restaurant serving home cooked food
Their 3 course amazing menu is €7.90 well worth a visit we leave a list of our discovered restaurants in the villa for you to try.
Similarly there are fantastic restaurants in Fuengirola which stay open to the small hours of the morning .

Villa Carlito has a non over looked private pool and garden and is set in a beautiful area with mountain views yet so close to all amenities making an ideal holiday home for all age groups .
Pool Heating: we offer to heat the pool for you at a non profit charge £150 per week but keep and eye out for Free pool heating offers The water is lovely and warm ideal if you enjoy an early morning swim or as the pool has lighting , a late night dip swimming under the stars . Bliss .
Car rental is not essential as there is a bus stop nearby which runs up to Mijas village and down to Fuengirola . There are also ample taxi's nearby which are regulated and charge reasonably.
Mijas Village is a beautiful white washed traditional village with wonderful restaurant and bars also great shopping .
Fuengirola offers something for everyone whatever your age. Various restaurants on the sea front and atmospheric bars in Los Boliches .
There are wonderful sandy beaches near by nearest is 4 min drive away . Marbella is 25 mon drive and Gibraltar is an hour away
