Bayview lägenheten ligger i slutet av en imponerande Edwardian Parade och är det perfekta semesterboendet med bara några sekunders promenad till antingen stranden, butiker, olika pubar och restauranger.

Fantastiskt läge vid stranden med fantastisk utsikt över bukten.
Bayview har nyligen renoverats sympatiskt samtidigt som den behåller mycket periodisk charm men med en modern öppen plankänsla. Traditionella funktioner som period eldstad (endast dekoration) och fönsterplats med utsikt över bukten i kombination med LCD HD TV / DVD med stor skärm och alla moderna bekvämligheter inklusive gasvärme.

Lägenheten ligger på en våning utan trappor vilket gör den idealisk för småbarn eller äldre.

Lägenheten rymmer gärna 5 personer (rymmer 2 personer via bäddsoffa vid behov). Lägenhet består av följande:

This flat is reasonably large and comfortable, we found it to be good for walking around the town and there are plenty of restaurant's / café in the town.

Great appartment with plenty of room for a family of 4 with teens. Clean and well equipped with the best location. So vlose to the beach/town, looking straight out onto the sea. Shame it was so cold when we came to stay, will have to come back when its warmer

Perfect, overnight get away

Location of Bayview is amazing right on the Parade overlookingthe bay. Having parking outside the door is also a massive bonus with the beach and shops beside. Brilliant

Thank you for the biscuits.The property was clean, well appointed and extremely close to beach and all amenities in Swanage.We found the car parking stressful as a rogue car had parked badly in our allocated space for half of our booked weekend. We could only park badly ourselves overlapping 2 spaces which would have exacerbated the problem all along the terrace. We, therefore, paid to park half a mile away.

We enjoyed our short stay very much , Warren was very helpful suggesting nice walks, restaurants in Swanage and the location was brilliant, any closer to sea and we’d have been in it. Will rebook.

PERFECT WEEK'S HOLIDAY

The flat is in the perfect location. It is mostly comfortable, but we spent a week in early Spring, with excellent weather, but chilly in the evenings. so we played board games. The seating at the table is not overly comfortable for this, probably because we are both close to 80 years old. However, all this said, we spent another very happy holiday in the flat, and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great Apartment - close to the beach and the Swanage life

After exploring the country with our family, we decided to spend a week in a livelier place, leave our car behind and enjoy a “touristy” beach vacation. Swanage offers just that - and the apartment proved to be a great base for swimming, shopping, pub life and other activities. There are of course plenty of opportunities to explore the Jurassic Coast, hiking etc. - but our kids preferred the beach; however, we did do a hike to Durlston Castle which was really nice! As for the apartment, it's really close to the beach but not too noisy (sth that had us worried at first). Everything was comfortable, clean and well equipped (although a bigger pot and pan would have been useful in the kitchen). The master bedroom is spacious and leads to the bathroom, which we liked. The children's bedrooms were rather small, but we spent most of our time outside anyway. We also had a large living room which was very cozy. There is an exclusive parking lot in a narrow street right in front of the house, which could be a challenge if you arrive with a very large car (e.g. a van or SUV) ... for us (VW Passat) everything was fine. The host was also super friendly, gave us lots of recommendations for our stay and even helped us with some things we had forgotten in the apartment! THX - we had a great time!

Zwei Schlüsselsafes verwirren

Der Aufenthalt war ganz wie erwartet. Einzig der Check-In gestaltete sich schwierig, da der sofort ins Auge fallende außen am Haus neben der Tür angebrachte Mini-Safe im Gegensatz zum mitgeteilten 5-stelligen Code nur 4-stellig war. Der richtige Mini-Safe ist am Fenster angebracht und als solcher erst dann zu erkennen, wenn man es geschafft hat, die Schutzkappe zu entfernen. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre schön, da die Kappe relativ widerspenstig ist und man ja auch nichts kaputt reißen möchte, zumal man in der Dunkelheit immer noch im Glauben ist, dass dies gar nicht der Safe ist.

We had a wonderful holiday again at this amazing sea-front apartment, thank you!

We have now stayed at this property several times, as the location is absolutely fantastic and is also dog-friendly! The apartment is right on the sea-front, at the Parade at Swanage, and has amazing views right across Swanage Bay. The apartment has a lovely window seat where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the bay. There is one parking bay in front of the property. Warren is very quick to reply with any queries and the apartment was really clean and tidy. The bathroom contains a small shower and is directly off the master double bedroom, however there is also another separate small toilet in the apartment. Swanage is our favourite seaside town and we absolutely love staying at this apartment, as it is so close to the beach, the harbour and all the local facilities. It is also close to the town with all the lovely souvenir shops and restaurants. We recommend a cocktail at Gee Whites roof top terrace at the harbour (it gets quite busy, however if you leave a contact number, they are happy to ring you when a table is available). They also sell a small selection of meals and aperitifs. We had a fantastic time in Swanage at this lovely apartment and thank you for another perfect holiday stay!

Swanage, our second home.

The property was in a fantastic location, literally seconds from the beach. Well equipped and spacious, couldn't fault anything. Warren the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will definitely book this property again.

Annual Swanage visit

This flat is in a stunning location and central for everything that we needed. We couldn't park our car outside as the spaces are very limited and a Tesla had parked next door blocking our space. The flat has everything you need for a weeks holiday and was mainly clean unfortunately the windows were so dirty that we had trouble seeing out of it, probably a problem living a stones throw from the sea. We thought that the price was reasonable given the location.

A real gem right by the beach and town.

We came with our son, grandchildren and 2 cockapoos. We all had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed racing around the sand and the children loved crabbing and rock pooling. The apartment was well equipped and WiFi was reliable. We'll be back next year.

A PERFECT WEEK IN SWANAGE

The flat sits in a Victorian terrace of 4-storey houses just yards from the sea. There is a large bay window to enjoy this proximity, and the views beyond. The weather was cold, as expected in February, but there were fabulous walks for us to take around the bay; the sandy beach that runs the entire length of the town, and we also enjoyed breathtaking views as we walked over the cliffs. All this "on the doorstep". Perfect for us and Millie the Cockerpoo.

A room with a view

Working and living in and around London we began Holidaying in Swanage around 10 years ago. I then discovered I have family in Swanage and absolutely adore this quaint "time forgotten" sea side town. Both my wife and I visited Swanage during a school trip and vowed to return some day! we are proud to be part of the community and have made many life long friends. Its just a friendly place!

We have been visiting Swanage for many years and fell in love with its timeless charm. The pace is relaxed and the beach is soft sand and is award winning.
We converted our Edwardian apartment with all mod cons whilst retaining period charm. Its location is arguably the best in Swanage, as its a right on the beach and in the centre of the bay providing a 360 panoramic view over the entire bay.

its a few second stroll to a host of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. the theatre, Cinema and arcades are a 30 second stroll ! No need to drive but the area is packed with numerous attractions and things to do and visit.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are a family run holiday home and have strived to make it "home from home". You will find all mod cons and a huge DVD library plus a host of board games to entertain.

Our location is perfect as not only RIGHT ON THE BEACH, but within strolling distance of restaurants, bars, shops, arcades, cinema and theatre ! if beaches aren't your thing then within a 10 minute stroll you are walking the cliffs with a rural back drop one side and the sea looking out to France the other! Bike hire is available nearby and there's even a castle to explore! (Durlston castle, 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive)

Our apartment is all on one level with NO STAIRS making it ideal for elderly. We even allow small dogs (maximum 2)
