Excellent accommodation. Highlights include the location right off Kensington HIgh Street a 5-minute walk from a convenient tube station. Also an outdoor deck area ideal for morning coffee in warm weather. Steps from the superb Michelin-starred restaurant Kitchen W8. We had a lovely stay.

This flat was perfect for us, a couple staying in London for a week. Close to the tube, a Waitrose also close by for groceries and convenient for travel around London. We also ate at the Michelin restaurant next door. We would stay here again. Thank you Mark.

This apartment was perfect for us. We stayed two weeks. It had everything we needed and was in a very convenient location. It had more room than most other apartments in the same price range. Lots of shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.It was a short walk to the High Street Kensington Underground Station, making all the London sights, theatres and museums easy to get to.The apartment enhanced our enjoyment of a great vacation.

This was a fantastic location to spend a week — just a few blocks from the Kensington High Street station made for easy access to all of London. Nice, light filled apartment with all of the promised amenities. MArk and Sophie were super easy to communicate with and were responsive to our messages via WhatsApp. Would stay here again!

What a great place to stay! The hosts were great and even checked in on me to make sure all was well. The flat is very clean and has all the amenities you could want. Centrally located in London to get anywhere you want easily. Not only do I highly recommend this location and the hosts but I’ll definitely be back here!Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at this apartment in London. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and the space was very comfortable and homey. The location couldn’t have been better - Kensington is fantastic. We were conveniently near to restaurants, groceries, pubs and cafés, plus the subway, which made exploring the city really simple. The apartment interior was still pleasantly quiet. The bed and bedding were great — supportive and cozy — and the bathroom was surprisingly roomy. The air conditioning in the bedroom made such a difference during the heat wave, and we slept very comfortably. The rooftop patio was a super cute place to have breakfast each morning and a cup of tea (or a wee dram!) before bed. Our host Mark was extremely helpful and always available when we had a question, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in an unbeatable part of London.

Fantastic apartment just off Kensington High Street. Very easy walk to tube station and bus stop. Owners were lovely to deal with and the apartment was beautifully appointed. Cafe below plus Kitchen W8 and Raj of Kensington. Would definitely stay again!

The flat was very clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. The friendly host met us upon arrival and walked us through the particulars of the flat. The AC in the bedroom has been updated since the pictures were taken and it is excellent. If you like a very firm bed, this flat is for you. The linens are lovely. The bedroom has ample storage for your clothing should you choose to unpack for your stay. There are several outstanding restaurants nearby and markets from which to buy essentials and food. Sunday lunch at Kitchen W8 was a highlight of our dining experiences. We recommend this flat as the location is near to both Holland and Hyde Parks, and an easy walks to the tube and bus stops.

Fabulous to meet Sophia and get a chance to have her explain the delightful flat to me upon check in. The flat is in one of my favourite neighbourhoods and it was quiet and very well stocked and extremely comfortable and clean.

We stayed at the Kensington Roof Garden for three weeks. It was the perfect accommodation for us - very comfortable open floor plan, clean, quiet, lots of light, and the location could not have been better. The tube is a 10 minute walk, and the parks to the east and west were a lovely diversion from city life. Walks around the "hood" included almost every type of upscale retail outlet as well as excellent restaurants - even a fresh flower stall at the end of the street! The roof terrace was a welcome addition to our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom large and modern. The bed was comfortable and reading lights were helpful. Our hosts were readily available if needed.

Perfect location and space!

We loved our stay at Mark's place on Abingdon. It was clean, convenient, and spacious. They really go the extra mile to make sure quests are comfortable.

Fabulous apartment in a gorgeous part of London

We had a wonderful 5-day trip and felt very comfortable and relaxed in this luxurious apartment. It was very well-equipped and a real home from home and in a perfect location. Thoroughly recommend, spacious and attractive and very easy check in check out.
