Great location in Barcelona

Excellent location! Close to beach, easy walks to La Rambla and Sagrada Familia. Comfortable apartment. One caution is the bathroom is very small. Javier was great!

Barcleona near the beach

This was a nice location. We were able to walk to the beach. It is also located near shopping and the metro. Making it easy to get to other parts of Barcelona. We stayed 8 days and really enjoyed our time there. Jane and Javier were very helpful and accommodating.

Short break in Barcelona

We recently stayed at this property for 2 nights, my husband and two children. The apartment was ideally placed for us to reach all of the main tourist sights in Barcelona by foot. We arranged to be picked up at the airport by Javier who then showed us round the apartment, gave us some advise on good places to eat and information on transport to the Camp Nou. Most welcome were the cold beers and drinks in the fridge! Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. We would not hesitate to return, ideally to see how the neighbourhood of Poblenou develops over the next couple of years!

Lovely apartment just a short walk from the beach

Very nice and clean apartment just a short walk from the beach. Worth getting picked up by the hosts as the cost seems fair and there is no Uber in Barcelona. Javier picked us up and dropped us off and was punctual and friendly and showed us around the apartment when we got there and looked after our cases after checking out. Another good point is there is a small store next door. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and there are many bus stops close by plus a pick up point for the open top bus tour of the city which is well worth the money. Would recommend.

Location super bien située.

Appartement trÚs agréable, bien localisé, proche des commerces, de la mer et de la rambla menant au centre de Barcelone. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et l'équipement trÚs complet. Un plus, l'accueil personnalisé par le propriétaire à l'arrivée et au retour pour l'aéroport. Juste un petit conseil, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour la nuit (nous sommes en ville et à Barcelone !!!). Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cette location pour visiter une super ville...

We stayed for a few days - four of us; wife, me and two daughters. The apartment has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This part of Barcelona is nice and they have their own 'mini-Rambla' a few streets away. Close to restaurants and the beach. Nos quedamos en el departamento por unos dias - mi esposa, yo y mis dos ninas. El depto. tiene todo lo necesario, incluyendo una pequena cocina. Esta parte de Barcelona es chevere y tiene una seccion pequena que se llama 'la rambla de Poblenou' cerca. Esta cerca a los restaurantes y la playa.

Wonderful apartment in a superb location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3rd-floor walkup apartment. It’s clean, well-decorated & comfortable. It has a small kitchen/bathroom, but both are totally useable and functional. It had plenty of closet space and living space for a couple to share. Two big windows let in lots of light & look out onto a neighborhood street. We loved the location, as it was well-situated near the beach, a Metro stop, a few great bakeries, many restaurants & tapas places. Everything is walkable, which is really convenient. Communication with Jane was quite easy and she was very responsive. Jane’s husband, Javier, who picked us up from the airport, was very friendly & helpful with answering questions & welcoming us to his charming little neighborhood of Poblenou.

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Barcelona. Appartement conforme Ă  la description, trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  deux pas de la mer, proche d'une station de mĂ©tro qui dessert trĂšs bien et trĂšs vite le centre de la ville. Magnifique balade le long du littoral, depuis l'appartement jusqu'au pied de La Rambla. SupermarchĂ© et restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. Parking gratuit dans la rue, apprĂ©ciable Ă  Barcelone! MĂȘme s'il n'est pas trĂšs grand, la taille de l'appartement est suffisante pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse des propriĂ©taires, les lits faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et les contacts mails faciles avec Jane avant le sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons cette location. Amazing Apartament

We stayed at this amazing apartment in September with our 22 month old son. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and well equipped. The owners are extremely accommodating providing us with a travel cot and were happy to help with anything we needed whilst we were staying there.

J'y suis allĂ© avec mes 2 enfants . Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le quartier PobleNou (pas trop de touristes dans ce quartier) . La dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e. La station de mĂ©tro (Llacuna) se trouve Ă  300 m environ. La plage se trouve Ă©galement Ă  300 mĂštres . Jane est trĂšs sympathique (son frĂšre Ă©galement) . Ils vous indiqueront quels endroits sont Ă  voir et lesquels sont Ă  Ă©viter. Si vous venez en voiture, le stationnement dans la rue face Ă  l'appartement est gratuit. On peut facilement y trouver des places . Seul petit bĂ©mol : Le canapĂ© rouge dans le salon n'est pas trĂšs confortable pour y dormir (mais cela est largement suffisant aprĂšs une journĂ©e chargĂ©e Ă  Barcelone) . Autre point : L'appartement est orientĂ© sud, il peut y faire assez chaud (mais la clim permet de rafraichir l'appartement) . Bref, on a passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine . A l'annĂ©e prochaine, peut ĂȘtre, Jane ...

Strandnahes schönes Ferienapartment

Schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes modernes Ferienapartment mit Klimaanlage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr schöner Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist die Altstadt schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine tolle Lage fĂŒr Besucher, die Strand und Altstadt lieben und schnell erreichen möchten. Klasse!

Charmant appartement proche mer et métro

Ce petit appartement est non seulement parfaitement rénové et décoré, mais aussi idéalement situé, à 5 minutes de la plage et à 10 minutes du métro (ligne directe centre ville et port). Il est également proche des cafés et restaurants de la Rambla del Poblenou et il se trouve au dessus d'une petite épicerie locale, bien pratique pour acheter les produits de base, lait, sucre, etc. Les propriétaire sont absolument charmants, ils viennent vous chercher à l'aéroport si vous leur demandez et vous trouvent une place de parking gratuite si vous venez en voiture. Si vous voulez visitez Barcelone tout en vivant comme un Barcelonais, n'hésitez pas, c'est l'endroit idéal!

"Petit appartement conforme à la description reprise dans l''annonce. Pas de soucis à se faire pour les nombreuses excursions à faire pendant le séjour car la station de métro se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de l''appartement. La longue digue de mer est également trÚs proche. Vous y trouverez de nombreux petits restaurants. Magasins à proximité. Possibilité de transport aéroport/appartement par le propriétaire qui est trÚs sympathique et serviable."

Great stay!

We stayed in the apartment with my wife for a few days in October. The apartment is located very favorably. The sea is just a few minutes walking distance. Near is also the city center easily reachable on foot. Nearby is the metro station. The apartment is clean, equipped with all necessary equipment and has a good layout of rooms. We had a nice time and we can with full confidence recommend the place.

Sanctuary near the sea

Apartment was a real surprise. Beautifully decorated, huge tv, wifi and kitchen well equipped for our purposes. It is very modern and comfortable but retains some lovely original features to give it charm. The bed was very comfortable and sofa bed was great for our daughter but good for adults too. Great location a short stroll from the beach (Mcdonalds handy if you want that) but lots of great restaurants/cafés I n every direction to choose from. Large shopping facilities & English cinema just up the road and 2 small stores right next to the apartment. Public transport within walking distance too. Owners are attentive and very friendly and were very helpful with anything we needed. Would high recommend staying here.

"We rented this flat for ...

"We rented this flat for a family of three in winter. We did use the heating, and the flat was quite cosy. The decoration is nice, there''s everything we needed, the supermarket at a walking distance, the metro also quite near, and we parked our car safely and free in the street.There are even some little food shops opened late in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to anyone who wants a convenient place to stay in Barcelona, only 5 stops by metro from the heart of town."
