Small, simple apartment – perfect for a short 1–2 night stay. For this price, it’s really hard to find anything better in Barcelona. It was the cheapest private place I could find, with its own bathroom, small kitchen, and everything needed for a short visit. It’s not a place that impresses with style, but if you’re choosing between a hostel and a private flat, this one is definitely worth it.The location is very good – about 1.3 km from La Rambla and 1.6 km from the Magic Fountain, so almost in the heart of Barcelona. The nearest metro station is around 150 meters away, which makes it easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is quite mixed and not the cleanest or quietest part of the city, but despite what some reviews say, we never felt unsafe.The host was great – very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, a good and affordable place for a short stay in Barcelona.Highly recommended.Krzysztof

Place was clean and but the problems with the aircon were annoyingIt’s not air conditioned as advertised and the host argued with me a lot when I tried to get them to fix itHad a lot of back and forth sending photos and asking them to tape up the pipe that was spurting hot air into apartment. It then leaked water all over the floor where the power boards wereThe host only communicated through the app and had another person check us in which is confusing and annoying The host doesn’t seem to care about your stay and is not much help if there is a problem

We stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. At check-in the app didn’t notify us or allow us to access the host’s messages, and when we contacted the host via WhatsApp, instead of a welcome he was rude and we were told the issue wasn’t he's fault and to wait for the manager, who lived 40 minutes away. We waited outside with our luggage for about an hour. On arrival we were informed there was a water problem in the building, which lasted almost 24 hours. During this time we couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, or wash our hands. The manager kindly left us an 8L bottle of water, which was thoughtful but not a real solution The apartment itself was not clean, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and once the water returned we had to clean the kitchen and utensils ourselves. The cooktop also didn’t work, and by the time the manager provided instructions, the food we had purchased had gone to waste On a positive note, the location was ok and the manager, once present, was polite and tried to help. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, the long water outage, and difficulties with the facilities, this property didn’t meet our expectations. We booked it as an ideal studio for a couple with cooking facilities, but sadly it turned into our least enjoyable stay in Europe. We would not recommend this property.

Loved the location

The apartment was super simple and just what we needed. We walked (almost) everywhere in the city but when we needed a metro, it was a close 5-7min walk. A great breakfast place just a couple minute walk away and even some pastries right on our street. About a 15 min walk to Las Ramblas. Host was great with communication and check in was simple. Would stay here again.

Escapade à Barcelone !

L’emplacement est juste parfait à deux pas du métro Quartier populaire avec tous commerces de proximité et tous les commerçants très sympathiques L’appartement est joliment décoré et fonctionnel Je reviendrais sans hésiter ! Il manquerait peut-être une machine à café 😅 Le propriétaire Roman est très prévenant et Alejandro qui m’a accueille très sympa et serviable

Cozy place

We requested to check-in an hour early and they were willing to make this happen for us. We were able to drop our stuff off while the host finished cleaning. The apartment was small but pleasant, and well-equipped with the things we needed. Both the shower and kitchen are quite small and the bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was squeaky and we were able to hear the neighbors most of the time. Overall, we had a nice stay and were happy with the space.

Correct pour Barcelone

Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous sommes arrivés et parti sans encombre. cependant, l’appartement est situé dans un quartier qui « craint » un peu mais pas loin du quartier principal Gothic, du Montjuic et de la mer.
