This rental was perfect and the host Gail is beyond helpful and a wonderful communicator. It was clean, bed sheets are the best, the pool and the backyard are very relaxing! Thank you for everything, Gail!

Our visit was wonderful! Gail and Steve were always available for questions.

The neighborhood of Las Sendas was fabulous ! Our six week visit was lovely.Great recreational facilities, near shopping, hiking, spring baseball training, affordable golf, neighborhood pool, restaurants. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Our grandchildren enjoyed the swing set and our dog was welcome! Our hosts even found us a dogsitter! We loved sitting in the backyard and the built in barbeque got plenty of use.

Barbara and Jeff were perfect guests! We would love to have them back anytime. They kept us informed at all times, and left the house perfect. I'm so glad they picked our house for their vacation! Hopefully they and their adorable dog will make it back sometime!

Great house and location

Really enjoyed our stay at Gail’s Las Sendas house. Roomy, we’ll appointed house. Kitchen was well supplied. The house was large enough when our daughter and her family were there for 2 weeks. The Las Sendas pool and hot tub were very nice. Great neighborhood with beautiful desert plants and walking trails. Very close to the Hawes Mountian Biking Trail System which thrilled my daughter and son-in-law! At least 5 restaurants that we like within 1 mile. Close access to the 202 freeway. Gail and Steve were quickly available and very helpful.

Las Sendas

Gail was very responsive and very helpful. We had a couple issues which turned out to be self inflicted user issues. Gail offered to send someone over to check it however with her help via text we realized what we were doing wrong. The home is nice and nicely equipped. The neighbors were really nice folks and the neighborhood is really cool. Parks nearby for the kids and dog, I rode my bike each day around the 5 mile loop. Everything you need in terms of stores and restaurants are very close. If you are going to be in the East valley give this property a strong consideration.

Everything we hoped for and more

This was the first time we traveled to AZ for the winter and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. We rented this home for a month and were thrilled with how well it worked out for us. Gail and Steve were extremely helpful before and during our stay -- offering advice, stocking the house with essentials (like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.) and the welcoming small touches like fresh-baked cookies and lots of books to read. We felt very much at home. We also had family visitors throughout our stay and the space and layout of the house worked well -- very comfortable and spacious. The supply of bedding and towels was terrific. The back patio and grill were a natural gathering place and had plenty of seating. Whenever we had a question, Gail and Steve responded immediately and it was great that they live close by. In fact, the washer went out and they replaced it the very next day. They even planted grass for us snow-buried Chicagoans! Just so very thoughtful and kind. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants (Red, White and Brew was a local favorite). We did quite a bit of sightseeing and you do need a car since the area is so spread out. We enjoyed the Las Sendas pool, golf course and hiking trails ... and you must see the sunset from The Patio restaurant at the golf course! We would strongly recommend this home. Many thanks to Gail and Steve for sharing their home with us.

It was a pleasure to have Dan and Sally stay with us. They were very sweet, considerate and pleasant and we would recommend them to any VRBO owner! They left the house very clean and well taken care of. It was fun for us to get to know them and appreciate them picking us for their trip to Arizona. Very responsive owner!

Comfortable, well-appointed accommodations in a safe neighborhood. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, and I made use of the extensive sidewalks to go for my daily runs. Most impressive was the quick response by the owner to our texts. Very helpful!

Perfect Property

This house worked so well for us and I would highly recommend it to a family with or without small dogs! The quiet and secure neighborhood with quick and easy access to lots of hiking, biking, horseback riding as well as plenty of stores and services a short drive away, made our stay very enjoyable. Gail was easy to work with and the weather was amazing! Loved it.Thanks Gail!

Great place to spend the winter

I stayed here most of the winter in 2021. Gail and Steve are very attentive hosts. Gail responded to my questions via text in minutes. The house is comfortable and the we really enjoyed the backyard.

Long Weekend

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and was just as pictured. Gail was the perfect hostess, even delivering extra lawn chairs and a cooler so we could sit outdoors with our group of six and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this home located in a safe and quiet gated community. The home is exactly as portrayed - nicely furnished, plenty of room, full complement of dishes and cookware with easy access to community pool and hot tub. Gail was wonderful to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Luxury and Convenience in the Heart of the Desert

We highly recommend this spacious luxurious home conveniently located on the outskirts of the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area. Decorated with charm, its mulltiple bedrooms gave us options and flexiblity when other family members were able to join us for a couple of days during our week's stay. And the cozy living spaces on the first floor were ideal for being together without feeling cooped up. We also enjoyed the access to the community's beautifully landscaped swimming pool.

March vacation at La Sendas

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . House was very clean and well supplied with all utensils, bowls , etc. Gail and Steve very attentive to any of our needs and quick to respond . From the minute I booked this home , Gail was immediately in contact. Lovely back yard , quiet neighborhood and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend renting this home .

Great place!

We had a great stay at this property - plenty of room for 2 adults and a dog. Backyard was spacious and well maintained, neighborhood was quiet and location was convenient. Gail was easy to work with and quick to answer questions as needed. We'll be back!
