Cozy & Comfy Kings Beach

My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and had a lovely time. The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen was updated and pleasant to cook in. Only thing you really need is spices and cooking oil. Nice electric bbq on back patio that worked amazing and made some delicious grilled burgers/chicken. I had to contact the rental company North Tahoe rentals a few times during our stay and received quick response times and everyone I spoke with was very helpful, professional and accommodating. We have stayed in this complex before and always enjoy the pool, corn hole, gym & sauna amenities! It’s centrally located and only a quick 5min drive to Kings beach and 15-20min to Sand harbor beach (our fav). Our family of four along with our friends family of four were very comfortable and had plenty of space for all to relax. The kids bunk room was perfect for the kiddos to have a chill space away from the adults! There is even an extra loft space with queen bed that we did not use. My fiancĂ© and I had a little difficulty figuring out the tv and Roku but once we did it worked great! Over all amazing rental we would definitely recommend! We’ll be back again :)

Well appointed family friendly rental

Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed except no ice. The property has nice large sized units - good for families, Parking is close and easy, close to KB, and the manager is responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4, including a teenager and a pre-teen, had a great ski week in this 3-BR condo. We love the location - 10-15 min drive to North Star, Incline Village, 20 min to Truckee downtown and 5 min to groceries/food/pizza/beach access in King's Beach. The apt had plenty of space, was nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, and dining table big enough for us for dinner. We didn't have any issues and would love to come back.

Nice place to stay!

Condominium is on a quiet area. 2 to 3min away from kings Beach, with a grocery store and pharmacy near by.. my family and I enjoyed our time in this place. The only thing I didn't enjoyed much was that, the whole floor in Condominium is to noise. Other than that i enjoy it very much.

Great Place

I was very impressed with this place. We did run into a small issue with the internet router not being properly set up, but was fixed very quickly. The place was clean and spacious for our kids. Perfect for our needs and conveniently close to the lake!

Beware!!!!

Property manger charged us for a broken TV that was already broken upon arrival, despite the fact that I phoned it in along with other issues. I don't want to deter anyone from staying at other properties at this location but this place is NOT recommended. We purchased extra insurance and it was still not covered according to property manager. I highly advise you to check elsewhere as an experienced VRBO renter this has never happened until now. So again Stay At Your Own Risk here!!!! There are plenty of other properties to select from that don’t charge you for other people’s damages.

A comfortable space for families

The condo was very nice - new furniture, recently remodeled, space for the kids to play away from the main rooms. We made breakfast and dinner everyday because it was easier to have those meals there rather than go out. The kitchen had nice dinnerware and was stocked with the right utensils. In the past we have always stayed in the Heavenly area for skiing - I was hesitant of a new location. MUCH prefer this location of Tahoe - less crowded, more laidback, nice restaurants, close to several ski areas. It was a little difficult to find - its best to try to get there with daylight.
