CHARMING APARTMENT PIAZZA DI SPAGNA / TREVI FOUNTAIN ÖVER KVARINAL OCH G

Huset är mycket rymligt och bekvämt, perfekt för familjer eller grupper av vänner. Denna magnifika lägenhet ligger på sjätte våningen med hiss, har en yta på 200 kvadratmeter och består av ett stort vardagsrum med vacker utsikt och balkonger, matsal med kök, 4 stora sovrum (tre med queen size-sängar madrass 190x160cm; en med en säng för en och en halv (190x120cm) och en enkelsäng 190x90cm). Alla rum är upplysta av stora fönster. Det finns en queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Möblerna är lyxiga och huset är unikt, med en underbar utsikt och mycket tyst. Luftkonditionering, värme, gratis wifi internet, TV LCD.
Lägenheten ligger i en XIX-talsbyggnad med entré från Viale Due Macelli. Husets läge är fantastiskt, mitt i centrum, intill Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi. Spagna och Barberini tunnelbana / tunnelbana är två minuters promenad.

Vi har slutfört renoveringen av lägenheten i maj 2015.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

Eternal City Excellence

We had a wonderful experience in Rome and having a quiet, clean place to come back to was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and photographed. I had many questions leading into the visit and the host was incredibly kind and attentive answering and helping with transportation to/from airport. The check-in process was easy. We met at the apartment and walked through the space going over all the details. The check-out process was simple as well. Overall, it was a great experience.Thank you!

Did not want to leave!! Stunning apartment!

Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Pre wedding trip to Rome

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place. Centrally located. Lots of room to spread out, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and large living areas with lots of big windows.Communication with the management team is excellent.Only reason it doesnt get a 5 rating is that the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/refresh.Other than that it's great...

Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the apartment. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The location was perfect we could walk anywhere and we did. The apartment was very clean and we had someone come in every morning to clean and had new towels just like a hotel. If traveling with a large group this is a great place to stay.

Comfort and roomy. Estetically very pleasing.

Our stay was just great. The apartment is lovely and very spacey. We were 5 adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space and.the contact person, Alan was very responsive. Fidia was always and immediately responding to any questions before we arrived. Great location! We could walk many parts of the city

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.

Family Reunion in Rome

This property, with 4 beds and 4 baths, is perfect for a family reunion. The bedrooms are separated, so early risers don't wake late sleepers. Two minutes to the Trevi Fountain, less than 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. Balconies! Great restaurants nearby, as well as busses and subways.

Good location with spacious set up

Stay was comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and the apartment is designed to give sufficient privacy and space. The kitchen is equipped well and the windows are large, bringing warm light into the apartment when needed, and with shutters when not needed. Good location for first time visitors who need proximity to sightseeing

Great stay in Rome

The location was perfect for Rome and had nice views from the small balconies. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The elevator was small but worked well to get all our luggage up to the 6th floor. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
