Detta hus vid sjön Gaston vid sjön har underbar utsikt och ett utmÀrkt lÀge att njuta av pÄ din semester. Hemmet Àr 2400 kvm med ny matta och alla nya möbler. Mycket bekvÀmt frÄn det ögonblick du anlÀnder.

PÄ översta vÄningen finns det tvÄ sovrum: 1 drottning och 2 uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar, med 1 badrum. Det finns ocksÄ en full futon pÄ loftomrÄdet som har en integritetsgardin som kan omge den.

BottenvÄningen har vardagsrum, matplats, komplett kök, badrum och Master BR (King) som vetter mot dÀck. Vardagsrummet öppnar mot sjöstranden med gunga, gasgrill och sittplatser utanför.

Köket Àr vÀlutrustat med disk, köksredskap och köksredskap och STOR kylskÄp. Vi har ocksÄ en kaffekanna som tillÄter traditionell bryggning eller anvÀndning av enskilda skida!

Gillar filmer? Det finns en ny platt-TV och DVD i vardagsrummet och rummet med direkt-TV. Vi har massor av DVD-skivor som du kan titta pÄ.

NedervÄningen finns 1 drottning sovrum, 1 badrum och en rec rum. Rec-rummet har en utdragbar bÀddsoffa, TV, Xbox och nÄgra spel, böcker, spel och fotbollsbord. Det finns en tÀckt uteplats utanför rec-rummet med ett stort picknickbord! Det finns ocksÄ ett tvÀttstuga i kÀllaren med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Vi har ocksÄ kornhÄlbrÀdor, lÀgerstolar och tÄng för rostning av marshmallows eller korv i eldstaden.

Vattnet Àr ungefÀr 4 meter djup i slutet av bÄthuset. Du har gott om plats för en bÄt och det finns en flytande jet ski dock för din anvÀndning. Det Àr bra fiske Àr precis utanför bryggan. För solÀlskare finns det ett stort öppet dÀck och för dem som föredrar skuggan finns det en tÀckt sittgrupp. Det finns en kanot och kajak och nÄgra flytvÀstar tillgÀngliga för din anvÀndning. Vi befinner oss i en bred vik pÄ kort avstÄnd frÄn sjön och Eaton Ferry Marina. Den privata bÄt rampen (ingen avgift) Àr bokstavligen intill vÄr fastighet!

Vi Àr mitt i sjön Gaston och tar dig nÀra till alla aktiviteter inklusive mataffÀren som ligger bara 10 minuter bort.

First trip to Lake Gaston

This was our first time visiting Lake Gaston. The house is a great location on a cove off the main channel. The boat ramp was conveniently located next door to the house. The dock worked great for our boat; it was nice not having to take the boat in and out everyday. The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had to communicate with the owner a few times and they were very helpful and responsive.

A lake vacation full of LOVE & MEMORIES

Great Place

We had a great time with family at Kristen's lake house. Great location and great price. The kids loved fishing and swimming right off the dock. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have a big family!

Perfect family vacation!

This house and spot was perfect for our multiple family vacation. It provided plenty of beds and room for everyone. The back porch and backyard are perfect for gathering and eating. The water was wonderful and the kayaks and paddle boards were a blast! We made so many memories here, my son even took his first steps there! Happy to visit lake Gaston again :)

Very convenient

We stayed at Kristin’s property for a fishing tournament and it was very nice having the dock and the neighborhood ramp right next door. Kristin was very accommodating to us and our needs.

Annual fishing trip

Great location with a private community boat dock next door. The fishing was fantastic. Make sure to arrange with the property owner ahead of time to insure that the dock has power. The dock worked well for boat and kayak use. House was very clean and had all of the right furnishings.

Wonderful Location!

The location was amazing! It was quite and allowed us to paddle board, kayak, and float without worry! Even being next to the neighborhood boat access it wasn’t busy, I think we maybe encountered 3 boats the whole week. House was plenty big for our group of 8 and no one felt like they were on top of anyone. 3 full bathrooms and a separate living room for the kids is a game changer! We had a great week and we will be back!

Annual family time

We have a lake vacation every summer, this is our 3rd yr at lake Gaston and one of our fav homes. Check-in seamless with door code. We had 8–9 adults/teens and though cozy but comfortable - esp with the deck swing, mom & I would just sit and enjoy the water view. Boat ramp next door was awesome, we were in/out water in minutes. House dock, spacious for fishing & lounging - sadly, only caught couple tiny fishes (not big enough for dinner :( The lake is huge and calm - why we keep coming back. House in cove - couldn’t ask for better spot & few minutes fm Food Lion & restaurants.

Gorgeous sunset lake views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! It was everything that I was looking for in a lake house. The highlights of my stay were watching beautiful sunsets while eating dinner on the deck. The kayaks and paddle boards were a plus since we didn't bring a boat or rent one. We didn't have time to use the cornhole boards or use the firepit but they are an added bonus. The neighbors across the lake even gave us two great fireworks shows during the week! The house was clean and comfortable and Kristy, the host, was very responsive. FYI to future renters: cell service was fine for us at the house but the internet speed was slow. Several of my family members were working remotely and had to use the local libraries which worked well. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

This home is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a great location. We really enjoyed the boathouse and dock and spent a considerable amount of time there. Having the community boat ramp next door was very convenient for us as we brought our new boat with us. I was a little bit worried about how much boat traffic we might have to deal with having the ramp so close but it turned out to be a non-issue. Even on a holiday weekend the boat ramp was pretty minimally used. Being at the end of a cove made for a really quiet and peaceful weekend even though the lake was very busy elsewhere. The kids really thought that the house was really cool and a wonderful venue for hide and seek! There may even be a hidden room somewhere in the house. I won't tell you where. You'll have to find it for yourself. Kristin was a great host and check in was a breeze. House was well appointed. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Family weekend

We had a family group of 11. Even though the weather was a little on the cool side, the water was very warm. We made use of the paddle boards and spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and just hanging out. The layout of the house accomodated all 11 of us comfortably without feeling crowded. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with more than enough good quality dishes, silverware and cooking utensils to make cooking a breeze. We all agreed that we would definitely come again.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time in Lake Gaston! Being in the cove made it easy for the kids to swim and jump off the dock. The house was a great size for our two families; and the little kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Overall, it was a great place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Perfect in many ways

Easy access to the rental. Very clean. The boat ramp is literally next door which made it very convenient to put our boat in and out. Quiet cove that leads to main lake. About 4 feet deep off dock—wear water shoes. Great selection of games and videos available. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Lake Getaway

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. There were 6 adults and 3 children (3, 2, and 7 months). It was a great house for us. Kristy was very helpful throughout the process leading up to our stay. While we were at the lake to visit family and were at their house most of the time, we were still able to enjoy many of the amenities offered by this house. The deck and dock were a great place to relax. We would certainly stay here again.

Awesome location and super nice house

If you are on the fence just do it. This place was great. Wonderful location. Near grocery store and ace hardware. Super clean and plenty big enough and even really nice neighbors. For sure a 10 out of 10. Thanks again and would for sure stay again.

We provided amenities that we have found to be useful, but also that are added extras helping to make a vacation truly perfect. We tried to the family in mind...lots of space and lots to do!
