Perfect Honeymoon Vacation!

Condo surpassed our expectations! Very clean and had everything we needed! Beach access was so easy and the beach was so beautiful and uncrowded! Planning on returning next year!

We loved how close to the beach we were! The new furniture was lovely and very comfortable. The resort was well equipped and the staff was so welcoming upon our arrival.

Family trip

LOCATION WAS GREAT, stayed 3 days. A big DEAD cockroach at the entrance, later one alive at the inside of the dishwasher and one of the bathrooms. Called the office and pest nanagement arrived the following day. Didn't use them because if an infant with us.

We were happy this condo was accurately depicted in posting, very nicely decorated and had all amenities. The resort is nice in that is provides privacy and amazing ocean views and access. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd year in a row on LBK and in this unit. It’s beautiful and easily situated to the beach. The community is safe and so kid friendly. We had a great time as always and can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic

This unit is lovely. The location facing the beach and on the first floor was ideal. It is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds (even the sleeper sofa) were comfortable. I don’t have one complaint. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Condo in Relaxing Place

We just got back from a vacation at this beautiful condo. It was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a very long time. There were four of us - two kids under 12. We just swam and relaxed all day on the private beach and swam in the warm, beautiful water. You walk out the door and you are there! It's quiet which was welcome. The condo felt like home when we left (reluctantly) and everything provided was top-notch.

Great view

Even though we were on the first floor we had great views. Short walk about 1 to 2 minutes to the beach. They have everything we needed for the beach with a toddler including sand toys, umbrella and beach toys. Plenty of towels and a starter kit of other items. Checkin was easy just went to the office and got the keys then just dropped off. We had some electrical issues that the entire town was having and the office contacted me letting me know how to handle the air conditioning. That was very nice they were proactive. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and relaxing

The king bed I slept in was SO comfortable. I also loved the stand up shower. Great water pressure and plenty of nice, hot water. Loved having a kitchen stocked with pans, plates, etc. The living room was also so comfortable to lounge and watch movies, Netflix etc. Super comfortable couch. Nice having a washer and dryer in unit too. Only negative was that they forgot to put a key in our welcome envelope, so after a long day of traveling we were unable to get into our condo when we arrived. Was a bit stressful with a tired one year old, but they responded quickly and got us in.

Love Longboat Key

Beautiful location; enjoyed yard/sea views from living room & patio. Beautifully decorated, as pictured; but unfortunately, perhaps due to hurricane evacuation two weeks prior (no damage though,) the bed linens were dirty. Food stain, makeup stain on sham/bedspread & dirty marks on king bedspread. They brought new bedspreads but the shams were not replaced. I understand with time constraints that it must be hard to clean sheets & all the bedding too; but, and the office agreed, it must be done. Everything else was fairly clean.

- No stairs to climb to access unit or beach - this ground floor beachfront condo is just what we always dreamed of - just step outside and walk right out to the BEACH!

- Only Ground Floor condo's have washer and dryer in units. All other units have public access washer and dryer in main reception building.
