Njut av den vackra utsikten över Venedig och goda italienska måltider på vår nyrenoverade terrass!

Njut av livet som en venitian i denna vackra och rymliga lägenhet (100 kvadratmeter) belägen i ett autentiskt grannskap nära den livliga campo Santa Marguerita!

Lägenheten har en art deco-stil med träbibliotek, dekorerade glaspaneler och stärkeskor av järn. Den har ett stort vardagsrum / matsal (ca 50 m2), 2 separata sovrum med eget badrum samt tre mezzaniner. Det är också mycket bekvämt med sin satellit-TV, Blue Ray-läsare och Wifi internet.

Venedig är en magisk stad och vår lägenhet är ett mycket charmigt ställe att bo tack vare den smakfulla renoveringen av art deco och den vackra takterrassen där du kan ta en drink eller middag med utsikt över San Marco-tornet.

Vi älskar grannskapet som är borta från mängden men samtidigt livlig (University C'A Foscari, Campo Santa Marguerita), kulturella (nära Peggy Guggeiheim-museet och Accademia-galleriet) och mycket vackert (vi rekommenderar starkt San Basilio / Zattere går genom Giudecca-kanalen som ligger 5 minuter från lägenheten och har en av de bästa vyerna i Venedig).

Lägenheten ligger mycket bekvämt 12 minuters promenad från Accademia-bron, två ångkonstplatser från San Marco-piazzaen och 10 minuters promenad från Piazzale Roma-vägen eller Ferrovia / Santa Lucia tågstation.

Un formidable séjour à Venise

L'appartement de Stéphanie est absolument formidable. Situé dans un quartier calme et très agréable où l'on vit "à la vénitienne", mais qui permet un accès facile à toutes les commodités et tous les sites à visiter, il est très bien équipé et adapté pour une famille. Le contact avec la propriétaire et avec la personne qui a remis les clés a été très simple et amical, avec des arrangements très sympathiques quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Compte tenu des températures hivernales et malgré le soleil, nous n'avons hélas pas trop profité de la magnifique terrasse avec une vue magique sur tout Venise, mais ce doit être bien appréciable aux beaux jours. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location

We visited Venice for the Venice marathon, the location was ideal, a short walk to boat/bus/tram routes, the area was perfect, relatively quiet but with just enough little restaurants bars nearby. The apartment itself had some amazing features, the rooftop terrace had stunning views, the apartment was spacious and well catered for in terms of facilities.

Die Wendeltreppe

Die äußerst charmante Ferienwohnung war schon auf der unteren Ebene mehr als geräumig. Über eine nostalgische Wendeltreppe gelangt man auf eine zweite Ebene und von dort zur Dachterrasse mit Panorama- Blick über Venedig. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei Restaurants die der/die Hausherr/Hausdame in seiner Info - zu Recht - empfiehlt. Aber auch die Küche des Appartments selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse!

Wir (2 Ehepaare) hatten das Vergnügen, unseren 1-wöchigen Urlaub anfangs Sept. 2024 in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Venedig zu verbringen und wir können nur Positives berichten. Die stilvolle u. gemütliche Atmosphäre hat sofort für ein Wohlgefühl gesorgt. Jede Ecke der Wohnung strahlte Wohlbehagen u. Komfort aus, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend- von modernen Komfort bis hin zu liebevollen Details war alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt u. wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Belohnt wurden wir zudem mit einem herrlichen Blick über Venedig von der tollen Dachterrasse. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung vor Ort. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit, stand uns jederzeit mit Rat u. Tat zur Seite u. hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte nicht besser sein! Vom Sestiere Dorsoduro aus, haben wir die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs in kürzester Zeit erreicht u. konnten gleichzeitig die charmante Atmosphäre der Stadt genießen. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen können. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. 👍👍👍👍 Aufenthalt gegeben.

Appartement spacieux, authentique et plein de charme. Plutôt chaud en août mais les ventilateurs permettent de mieux dormir. La terrasse est très sympa ! L’été , appréciable à l’aube ou en soirée uniquement. Nous recommandons ce logement et Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir

Très bel appt conforme aux photos et descriptions de l'annonce. Bien équipé et bien agencé, le terrasse sur le toit ajoute un cachet et confort supplémentaires. A 15 min à pieds de la Galeria del'Academia et du Grand Canal, une placette avec 2 bars et 2 restos se trouvent en bas de l'immeuble. Réponse et conseils rapides de la propriétaire et assistance /présence de la gestionnaire pour remise des clés. A recommander sans hésitation.

Altana apartment in a quiet neighborhood

I stayed at this aoartment for three weeks, and was joined by a friend for a few days. The set up is ideal for different configurations of family and friends. The altana was really nice for hanging out, beautiful views up a spiral staircase from the kitchen. The neighborhood is mainly locals and students so the vibe isn't touristy at all. There were several restaurants and a food bar/cafe within minutes. I was able to get food and even a spritz to go to bring up to the altana. The owners were very responsive to questions and the check in process was easy including a full description of the apartment features.

A lovely apartment with a great view of La Serenissima

We had a great time staying here especially with the Biennale and all the wonderful art exhibitions going on everywhere because we are artists! When the weather was nice, we could sit up on the balcony and enjoy each other's company while watching gulls, swifts, and sunsets!

Quirky apartment with 360degree altana

Fantastic apartment with lots of space - twin room and open mezzanine extra double bed with ensuite bath. Double bed with mezzanine open double and ensuite shower. Also open mezzanine over lounge with single bed. Lovely art deco stained glass and woodwork. Tiny iron spiral staircase. Terrace is stunning with 360 degree views of venice.

Comfortable and relaxing base for exploring

We were warmly welcomed by a friend of the owner, who also swiftly helped us with a travel question on the second day. Good communication at all times. The living room was the perfect place to return to after each day's sight seeing. High ceilinged and spacious, yet a homely feel with some charming touches. The kitchen area is well laid out with room to prepare and everything to hand. The bedrooms are a bit austere but the roof terrace is a real bonus and so peaceful with extensive views. The area is attractive with a nice canal and good local bars and small shops. There were various celebrating groups of students on the streets, but we slept well without disturbances all week. We had a very enjoyable holiday and have recommended it to close family.

Superbe appart et très bien équipé !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’appartement est bourré de charme, la literie est confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme au bord d’un canal, un peu éloigné des spots mais on est dans le Venise typique. À 10 mn à pied de Piazzale Roma, très pratique pour y accéder. N’avons pas pu vraiment profiter du rooftop car nous avons eu de la pluie à chaque fois que nous aurions pu en profiter, tant pis, on y a pris de belles photos avec une vue 360 magnifique !

Another wonderful stay in Dorsoduro

Our second Christmas in Stéphanie and Marc's apartment in Dorsoduro and yet again everything was perfect. This is a spacious and well-equipped apartment full of period details and Venetian charm. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to everything on foot or by vaporetto and plenty of restaurants and shops without needing to hit the touristy areas. But those are close, too, if you fancy. The rooftop patio gives a lovely view of the neighborhood, which you can also see from the many windows. Although you're close to many attractions, you may not want to leave the comfort of coffee and panettone on the deep sofas.

Nice apartment with a beautiful roof terrace

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. We (3 adults) had enough room for everyone (one couple, one single), the kitchen offers all you need to cook (if you're not eating out) and the beds are comfortable. Sitting on the roof terrace at sunset is divine and definitely a highlight of each and every day. The neighborhood is young, many students, great cafés and two Vaporetto stops are easy to reach by foot. Stéphanie is not only very niche, she also provides all the information you need to have a great stay. Checking in and out was uncomplicated, and if I ever return to Venice, I'll try to book this place again.

Fantastic apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved this apartment. It was very large, clean and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was thought of, and lots of modern conveniences in place, but without altering the beauty and the historic character of the home. Loved the altana as well. The neighborhood is authentic and quiet, but also convenient for anything you may need or anywhere you want to go.
