Amazing property and location right on Grand Canal. What could be better? Orial met us at the jetty in front of the property, helped with our luggage, and explained everything in the unit for us. He even gave us a great dining suggestion in the nearby Campo Santo Stefano. I hate to say anything that might be interpreted as critical of this property, as it is definitely a 10, but as a spoiled American (haha), we are not used to the concept of having a clothes washer and dryer in the SAME machine. I like the concept of a dingle machine which does both functions, but itâs really not that common in America. Despite my best efforts and reading the userâs manual, this my third property in Europe with such a combined machine, and I have of yet to figure out how to get the dryer to work properly. Using the washer is no problem (really easy), but the proper functioning of the dryer component is beyond my comprehension. Four hours and wet steaming towels? No real problem though, just be prepared hang everything to dry, which is no problem for my clothes, but it would have been nice to have the towels dry by the machine. Other than that one small issue (which is common in European properties I suppose), nothing could be better!! Thanks again to Giovanni and for all of Orialâs help.
