Ligger direkt på Santa Rosa Sound ligger detta nyligen färdiga hem inom bekvämt gångavstånd från shopping, restauranger och nattliv. En kort tre-kvarter promenad över ön tar dig till de vita sandarna i den vackra Pensacola Beach. Detta hem har ett bra rum med kök som skriker låt oss underhålla. Det här stora rummet är perfekt för en samling av familj och vänner. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat master bad och dörr till Sound veranda. Förutom sovrummet finns två sovrum med queen size-sängar och privata badrum. Sovrum fyra och fem delar ett Jack-and-Jill bad och en har en enkelsängar och den andra har en tvilling över hela våningssängen. Förutom tvättmaskin och torktumlare har tvättstugan ocks�� ett andra kylskåp.

Gäster i detta hem har användning av den delade piren framför hemmet precis i väster. Området under hemmet rymmer enkelt sex fordon.

The porch of this house overlooking the sound was where we spent most of our time and it was always hard to transition to another location. This is our favorite house.

Quick trip from Texas to a beautiful beach!

The only complaint would be that we only were given 2 dishwasher tablets , and only 2 trash bags for 4 nights (and 10 people!). Everything was comfortable, and we loved all the bathrooms! We enjoyed being on the Bayside, but could just walk across the street to the beach side. Beach was not crowded and super clean. Also, be sure to try the McQuire roll at the Crab Restaurant. So good! Also, loved visiting the Blue Angel Museum and the historic district in Pensacola.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at this property. It’s a great location right on the bay with a dock so we can have our boat right there. It is a short walk across the road to go to the gulf side and an even shorter walk to Paradise for a Bushwacker! The balcony is great for watching the sunset every night!! The outdoor furniture has been updated and is quite nice. It would be nice to have a couple of ceiling fans outside on the balcony though. The house is spacious ! We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. We love that there is a bathroom in each bedroom! We will definitely stay there again!

A short walk to the beach, food, convenience store, and much more. We fished from the dock. The neighbors were super friendly. The living space was large. The parking spaces were ample. The beds were comfortable. The best thing about this property, to me, is that it is not over decorated or filled with accent furniture. So many beach homes are decorated and furnished like a showroom. This property was minimally decorated with appropriate furnishings for 8-10 adults to be very comfortable. It was also easy to clean up and pack up when time to leave.We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again!

Great location and views

Great house and location, but not even bare minimum necessities were provided for our weekend. For the high price, some hand soap, spare toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap should have been available. Be prepared to bring everything, as you must travel across the bay to visit a store. Traffic was backed up for hours on Sunday evening, so plan accordingly .We travel and rent apartments and houses quite often and this was the least supplied vacation home I have rented.

A Pensacola Beach Gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. I can’t say enough positive things about the bedrooms. They were well decorated and each connected to a bathroom (all private except two that shared a big Jack and Jill bathroom) PLUS the house has an extra 1.5 bathroom. The beds were extremely comfy, the views were breathtaking and most even had a nice sized TV. The kids often went to their rooms to watch YouTube after an afternoon at the beach (which is directly across the street, easy walking distance!) They also enjoyed the basketball court directly in front of the house or a walk up to the cafes each morning for breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners BUT bring your own seasonings (they didn’t have any), extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper (we ran out quickly). We enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the waves and looking at the stars. We LOVED this house and give it 5 out of 5 stars. We’ll definitely look to rent it again when we travel back to Pensacola!
