Fastigheten ligger i slutet av 1700-talet och ligger på en hektar mark i kommunen Vitrac, 5 km från Sarlat, i hjärtat av Périgord Noir. Det består av en huvudbyggnad som fungerar som ett hus som totalrenoverades 2014 i en chic landlig anda som rymmer upp till 6 personer, en gammal ladugård, en brödugn och en privat uppvärmd pool. 5x10m.

Du kommer att kunna dra nytta av wifi, TV och stereo.

Äkta fristad för lugn, du kan sola i trädgården, i fred, runt en stor uppvärmd pool (5mx10m djup 1m10 till 1m90) och lunch under brödugnen på varma sommardagar (en grill är på din bestämmelse).

Wonderful stay in a beautiful area. The property was spotless and the communication from the owners was excellent. The pool is a great size. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to rebook for summer 2026. Many thanks to Krystel and her parents.

Lovely house, great pool, perfect location

The house is tastefully decorated, the pool large, and the garden/grounds lovely. The position - so close to la Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Domme, etc - is perfect. We had a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful house with excellent location

The house is beautiful, well maintained and has everything for the perfect summer holiday: swimming pool, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen,... We had a warm welcome and the host was very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect: very central and close to all the top attractions in the Dordogne. We recommand this property!

Wonderful home and location.

Our confirmation and communication process with the family was very thorough and helpful. They met us on time at the home and made sure we understood all the details (but having a French speaker in your group helps!) It's historic charm is balanced with modern features that make it comfortable. Great location near Sarlat and more broadly to the rest of the Dordogne and surrounding region. Highly recommended!

The most amazing holiday house!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the villa. The house was immaculate with excellent facilities. We loved the pool and ping pong table, spending time walking around the grounds. Only a short walk to the most fantastic cafe where you can pick up bread and croissants. We can highly recommend the crepes at the old school. We visited the lakes to swim and fish, the river was beautifully clean to swim in too. We have visited this area many times previously, but this has been our most memorable visit. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful farmhouse in a fab location

Fantastic garden, well maintained and cared for. The pool was wonderful to cool off in and a good size for our two children to spend hours playing in! The house itself was beautiful and exactly as described, the aircon was a welcome addition! Oh yes and the ping pong table was very popular in the evening. Location was perfect, walking distance to a welcoming coffee shop where we picked up our morning croissant regularly. Top places to visit included the gardens of Marqueyssac, Canoë hire in Vitrac and all the beautiful local villages. The kids both loved the Via Ferrata at the gardens. Highly recommend this farmhouse and it’s location.

The perfect French retreat.

A beautifully maintained property which met our every need. From arrival & being welcomed by Krystal’s mum & dad, to departure, a first class experience. We only used the pool once in the week we were there, simply because there’s so much to see & do in the region. That said, it’s a beautiful place just to lounge around the pool. The bedrooms are tastefully prepared & very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped & dining indoors or outside is lovely. Thanks to you Krystal for allowing us to holiday in your wonderful property & thanks to to your parents for being so welcoming.

One week in Dordogne

We greatly enjoyed staying here. The host is very responsive to enquiries and her parents who manage the property are very kind. The pool was a delight , and you feel like you are in the deep countryside, surrounded by wildlife. Local amenities are easy to find, and should it rain (which it did for us for a day) - there is an enormous choice of things to do nearby, from visiting the lovely Sarlat, to kayaking on the river at Pont Vitrac or hot air ballooning, to local markets, castles and prehistoric cave art, as well as a plethora of beautiful villages. The house is comfortable and air conditioned which makes all the difference on those super hot days (and nights). We would certainly go again. A real pleasure. Thank you, Krystel and family.

Formidable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. La météo n’était pas parfaite mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire plein de visites et même de profiter de la piscine chauffée. La maison est très confortable, très propre, l’accueil est parfait. Excellent séjour, merci pour tout !

Séjour très agréable

Le logement est très agréable, grand, climatisé (idéal pour la canicule…), grand jardin, piscine. Les hôtes ont également été courtois et disponibles tout au long du séjour. Le logement est tres bien situé, au calme et au cœur des différents sites à visiter. L’heure d’arrivée est peut être un peu tardive (18h) à notre goût. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage

Uns erwartete ein mit viel Liebe renoviertes Bauernhaus der Großeltern der Vermieterin. Krystels Eltern haben sich vor Ort vorbildlich um uns gekümmert und eingewiesen. Krystels Mutter kam sogar extra noch einmal vorbei um Spülmaschinentabs vorbei zu bringen. Selbstgemachte Spezialitäten und eine Flasche Wein warteten auf uns im Kühlschrank und ließen uns gleich in Urlaubsstimmung kommen. Das Schwimmbad und die Lage sind großartig. Man kann zu Fuss zur Dordogne laufen und wunderbare Dörfer liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Krystel und Ihren Eltern für diesen schönen Urlaub und die ausserordentliche Gastfreundschaft bedanken.

Absolutamente impresionante, un 10 para la casa, los propietarios y la zona

Acabamos de estar 15 días en esta preciosa casa... y queremos volver!!! La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido siempre perfecta, nos ayudó mucho con dudas y nos indicó en una guía excursiones que hacer, que nos sirvió mucho para programar los días. Sus padres, que nos atendieron a la llegada y pudimos ver en otras ocasiones, ¡¡son un verdadero encanto!! Magníficas personas, que ha sido magnífico conocer. Tenían a nuestra llegada unos detalles de bienvenida geniales. La casa es perfecta y tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea maravillosa, te encuentras como en tu propia casa. Todo super limpio y con una decoración muy bonita y con mucho estilo. La casa es una preciosidad, es increíble. Se encuentra rodeada de espesos bosques, en un alto donde se domina todos los alrededores, muy tranquilo, pero no solitario, cerca hay bonitas casas. ¡¡Por la mañana temprano puedes ver en las praderas delante del bosque ciervos y conejos…un día vimos un zorro!! La piscina es muy grande y es muy agradable que esté calentada para la última hora de la tarde. Cuando estás en la piscina y miras alrededor es impresionante, la vista de los diferentes edificios de esta antigua granja con los bosques alrededor es algo inolvidable, mágico. Jugamos mucho también al ping-pong!! ¡¡¡Y nos aterrizó un enorme globo aerostático en la pradera delante de la casa!!! Fue muy divertido. La barbacoa es también espectacular, así como el precioso comedor exterior, que está situado en un antiguo horno donde hacían pan!! La situación, para hacer excursiones, es perfecta. En la zona hay muchísimo que ver, todo muy cerca, ¡¡muy cómodo y todo tan impresionante!! Sarlat se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche, increíble ciudad medieval. A 15 minutos tenemos castillos increíbles o los magníficos jardines de Marqueyssac o los jardines del Agua, un lugar que nos cautivó a toda la familia. Y qué decir del encanto de los pequeños pueblos… muchos declarados en la lista de los pueblos más bonitos de Francia… Lo más lejano que vimos fue Rocamadour (que aunque sea el 2º lugar más visitado de Francia no nos impactó tanto) y la Sima de Padirac (estas cuevas no os las perdáis y coger entradas con antelación!!) Están a 1 hora de viaje por preciosas carreteras… Si me quedara con un pueblo, es difícil, porque todos son preciosos, me quedaría con Collonges la Rouge… Sin duda volveremos. Ha sido uno de los mejores viajes que hemos tenido. Gracias Krystel y por favor agradece a tus padres también.

Vacances août 2022 à Vitrac

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables en famille . Nous avons connu de fortes températures extérieures avec une maison très bien équipée avec climatisation , piscine, wifi et livres. Nous avons pu prendre de nombreux repas dans le local de l'ancien four à pain. L'accueil et la disponibilité des parents de Krystel a été très appréciés et nous avons eu de bons échanges avec Krystel. La location est très bien située pour découvrir les nombreux sites touristiques. Location à découvrir.

A perfect house and location

What an amazing place in the heart of the Dordogne! The house itself was full of old world charm, but with all the modern essentials. The pool was amazing for cooling down on a hot day. The communication and reception from Krystel and her lovely parents made everything so easy. The location is just perfect, a short ride from Sarlat and its wonderful market. The highlights for us included Rocamadour, the Water Gardens of Carsac, Castlenord, the Walnut museum and Marqueyssac Gardens, all of which are a short drive. We will miss relaxing by the pool in the evening watching all the hot air balloons overhead!

dit was onze ervaring

De ligging is mooi, geeft veel vakantiegevoel en is rustgevend. Krystel, Adrien en Josiane doen er alles aan om uw vragen te beantwoorden voor en tijdens uw verblijf, dus dat is een mooie betrokkenheid. Het is een grote troef dat het zwembad verwarmd is en er binnen airconditioning aanwezig is - voor het geval dat nodig zou zijn. Bovendien zijn bed- en badlinnen in de prijs inbegrepen, net als het totale water- en energieverbruik. De woning was super goed uitgerust, er was aandacht voor vele details en werd kraaknet gepresenteerd.

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem wirklich traumhaften Anwesen mit riesigem Pool, sehr gepflegtem Garten und einem top ausgestatteten Haus, das sehr gepflegt ist und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Ruhe, der Ausblick, die traumhafte Umgebung, das Traumhaus und vor allem die sehr nette Familie Fezza, die uns herzlich willkommen hieß u mit der die Kommunikation hervorragend lief, haben uns eine unvergessliche Woche beschwert! Vielen herzlichen Dank!!! Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder!

Maison idéalement située et au calme

La maison de Krystell est idéalement située pour rayonner sur les sites touristiques du Périgord Noir, tout en étant suffisamment au calme pour pouvoir apprécier la quiétude des soirées ! Elle est bien équipée, la piscine est au top, et la communication, que ce soit avec Krystell ou avec ses parents lors de notre séjour a été parfaite !

Calme et confort

Nous avons tous les 5 passé un séjour agréable où chacun a pu vivre dans son propre espace sans se marcher dessus. La maison est très bien équipée et propose un niveau de prestations très confortable. Nous avons profité du calme du lieu tout en profitant des sites touristiques majestueux à proximité et d'une nature généreuse. La piscine chauffée offre une bonne aire de baignade sécurisée pour les plus petits. L'accueil a été très courtois, nous avons profité des très bons conseils de notre hôte et avons partagé de très bons moments de randonnée en sa compagnie. Un grand merci pour ces belles semaines de vacances !

Tout simplement parfait!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans ce petit coin de paradis qui est Le Bois de l'Eglise. Tout a été au superlatif, à commencer avec la communication avec Krystel et l'accueil chaleureux que nous ont réservé ses excellents parents. La chance de les avoir rencontrés reste d'ailleurs le souvenir le plus marquant de notre séjour et une excellente raison d'y retourner. L'annonce présente fidèlement les atouts de cette magnifique propriété, en tous points un havre de paix, dans un environnement fabuleux, qui trouve son égal dans la beauté et le confort du logis, décoré avec gout impeccable et grande finesse. Tout ceci explique le sentiment d’être chez soi qu'on a dès qu'on y arrive, qui est renforcé par toute une série d'aspects pratiques, la propriété état en tous points organisée et équipée pour assurer le confort des invités. L'on sent très clairement une grande générosité et désir de partager la sérénité et le bien-être que cet endroit ne manque d'engendrer, de la part de sa propriétaire. Un petit mot aussi pour notre très bonne "amie", la (grande) piscine: quel bonheur de pouvoir s'y détendre au milieu de la belle nature qui l'entoure, après une journée passée à explorer les innombrables attractions du Périgord Noir (le Bois de l'Eglise étant, de surcroît, parfaitement situé pour ce faire). A ce propos, un grand merci à Krystel, pour ses conseils, et à M. et Mme Frezza qui, avec une générosité égalée uniquement par leur savoir et amour de cette région unique, nous ont permis la découvrir autrement, à travers une randonnée qui restera l'un des moments les plus forts de notre premier "rendez-vous" avec le Périgord Noir!

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in der näheren Umgebung von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben tolle Wanderungen gemacht und uns wunderbar erholt. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great house, lovely owners

We rented the house for a week with four person and two children. The house is very nice decorated with toughtful details. Also the house was very clean so we felt comfortable from the beginning. The owners are a nice couple that speak also English and Italian. They welcomed us like friends it, even helped us cooking traditional cuisine and took us out for a walk. It was a pleasure to stay there and its certainly recommended!!

5km from Sarlat, in the town of VITRAC,the heart of Black Perigord, we 've bought in 2013 this old farm from the XVIII century, that was the property of our grand-mother. We've restored the main house in 2014. We do really love our beautiful region and we can offer you special advice to make your stay an unforgettable journey.
