Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos and was perfect for my daughter and I. The location is great, super easy to find and lots of resources nearby. The hosts were absolutely fabulous! They were great to communicate with and our check in was a breeze. They went out if their way to accommodate us and help with anything they could including tips for the metro. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful property and very useable space, plenty of room for 3-4 adults. Very close to grocery and tram line. Far enough from city centre that the neighbourhood felt quiet and cozy.

Perfect stay near Paris!

The property owners are thoughtful, communicative and lovely. The flat is clean, bright and has everything you may need. The metro station is close walking distance (with the 14 accessible by a slightly farther walk) meaning you can easily access anywhere in Paris. A lovely stay!

So lovely!

This was a great little apartment; very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The metro station is very close with good connections all through Paris. I absolutely recommend staying with Bernard and Aude!

Nice Apartment

Very nice apartment to stay. Located very close to Garibaldi Metro Station. Situated on 4th floor so some stairs, but are ok once you’re used to them. High ceilings and everything you need.

Enjoyed our stay

Owners were a family who lived in the bulding--very kind and helpful to us and available. Apartment was nicely arranged and decorated. Proximity to the metro/train is reachable, but a bit of a walk. Unit is on the 4th floor, no elevator available.

Great Stay

Perfect, reasonable accommodations right next to the metro, eating options and bars. Beds were comfortable - we had our kids in the pull out which was a comfy one as well. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as we were gone all day in the city but looked well stocked. The metro is less than a block away but did find it gets quite busy and uncomfortable heading out of the city back in the evenings. Communication and welcome was great. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Comfortable

The apartment is small and comfortable. There is everything you need. The host is amazing and she lives close by if you ever need anything. She also provided us with Champaign when we arrived which we really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is there is no elevator so you have to walk up to the fourth floor but it’s great exercise.

We could not have been happier with our choice to spend a week at Bernard's apartment when we were visiting France. The apartment is clean, bright, comfortable, and has all the amenities that one would need; ample supply of kitchen equipment, laundry, great shower, big bed, comfortable couch, and a few minutes walk to groceries, bakery. cafes, metro. Bernard and Aude were very welcoming hosts and available for assistance if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Thank you Bernard and Aude for sharing your lovely spot with us.

Fantastic Paris apartment

My wife and I recently traveled to Paris and we needed a place to stay that was clean, reasonably priced, and close to many of the landmark sites we wanted to visit. This apartment fit our requirements completely. It was clean, well appointed, and near to several major transportation hubs. Our hosts, Bernard and Aude, went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. When we learned there were on-going strikes and protests going on in Paris, Bernard provided these nervous Americans with some much-needed assurance that all was well. We are so glad we took his advice and kept our original plans intact. Our visit to Paris was memorable and we're grateful to Bernard and Aude for their guidance and hospitality!

Super séjour

Appartement trĂšs sympathique. Ça proximitĂ© avec la linge 13 nous Ă  permis d'aller au Stade de France sans trop de difficultĂ©. Ce petit appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et le lit en 160cm est parfait pour bien dormir. Point nĂ©gatif, l'appartement est situĂ© au 4 Ă©tage sans ascenseur.

Excellent bijou apartment

The communication from the hosts,Bernard and Aude, has been excellent. I would describe the apartment as French bijou. It was furnished well and was very clean. There was plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc.although there are lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is situated about 100m from the Garibaldi metro and so it was very easy to traverse Paris. As stated in the description, the apartment is up 4 flights of steps which is good exercise! The largest flea market with over 2500 stalls is situated a few streets away. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby and it was great to go and get fresh baguettes from the boulangerie each morning. Again there are plenty of patisseries which should satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending this VRBO property.

Un lugar muy acogedor

Es un apartamento muy lindo y comodo con todas las cosas que uno necesita durante su estancia. El señor Bernard muy atento todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadia. Otra cosa esta muy cerca del metro y centros comerciales, asi como restaurantes y panaderías.

Sympathisches Appartement NĂ€he Flohmarkt St. Ouen

Das Appartment ist stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet, klein und schmuck. In der KĂŒche gab es alle wichtigen Zutaten wie Kaffeepulver und - Filter, Öl, Auswahl an GewĂŒrzen. Die EigentĂŒmer sind liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Kontakt verlief reibungslos und schnell. Tolle Wahl fĂŒr uns. Das Viertel ist sicher nicht das schickste von Paris, aber alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Metro sind in nĂ€chster NĂ€he. Die neue Metro 14 ist modern und sauber und bietet eine gute ErgĂ€nzung zur Linie 13. Wie in Paris typisch ist das Appartement klein. Wie gut haben es dennoch genossen 2 RĂ€ume, eine praktische KĂŒche und ein ordentliches Bad zur VerfĂŒgung zu haben. Insgesamt ist die Lage ruhig. Die Matratze ist eher hart als weich, woran wir uns nach der ersten Nacht schon gewöhnt hatten. Die EigentĂŒmer wohnen direkt darĂŒber und sind sehr hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und pflegen die Wohnung mit viel Sorgfalt. FĂŒr uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Empfehlung!

Nice stay

Located close to Metro stop with nearby grocery stores. Appreciated having the extra space and kitchen was stocked with supplies. On 4th floor with no elevator but it was good exercise going up and down. Nice owners live in the same building.

Accueil trĂšs gentil. Petit appartement agrĂ©able avec trĂšs petite cuisine et petite salle de bain. Quartier cosmopolite qui fut une dĂ©couverte. Cependant quand le sofa-lit est dĂ©pliĂ© il ne reste plus de place dans le salon. Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait 4 Ă©tages Ă  monter Ă  pieds. Ce devrait ĂȘtre plus clairement indiquĂ©

Ideal fĂŒr einen mehrtĂ€gigen Ausflug nach Paris- sehr schönes Appartement mit separatem Schlafzimmer, ein genĂŒgend grosses Bett, KĂŒche und Bad klein, aber alles vorhanden(auch Basisversorgung wie Kaffee , Filterpapier, Essig und Öl etc.) sehr freundliche Gastgeber- auch das Quartier ist lebendig- SupermĂ€rkte und kleine LĂ€den fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf um die Ecke ) Metro in 10 Minuten, ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten um ins Zentrum zu kommen.
