This exclusive and modern villa has an excellent location just 100 meters from the magnificent beaches Empurias the best of the Costa Brava, with fine sand and clear water. Ideal for children. Environment of the house is protected area with a pine forest in front of the sea. The road near the house is pedestrian, the place is very quiet and relaxing. At about 250 meters from the villa is EmpĂșries Hotel with its exclusive restaurant and spa overlooking the sea. By the quiet promenade of Empuries we access within 10 minutes walk to the old medieval village of Sant MartĂ d`Empuries with a variety of restaurants and the old town of L`Escala with a variety of shopping and entertainment. The nearest supermarket is 500 meters.
The villa is over 300 m2 built on 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room of the house is very spacious and has access to the terrace and garden with pool. The plot of the house is more than 1000 m2. The kitchen of the house is very modern and fully equipped, has access to the dining area for summer. The villa has air conditioning. Private garage for 3 cars. The villa has beautiful views of the sea and green area.
In total, in the house can sleep 9 people in 3 double beds and 3 single beds.
Barcelona is at 140 km from the house, Girona is at 40 km, the French border is at 50 km.
