Perfect condo...lake views!

4 adults and 15 month old. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed...and then some! Kim was an excellent communicator and accomadated all our requedts!

Exceeded expectations

The place was roomy, clean and beautifully set up. The porch was amazing looking out towards Norman Lake. It was quiet, homey and close to my son's home. Couldn't have asked for more.

Lake Life

This unit is located in a wonderful lakefront community. Great for taking a dockside walk or a stroll through a tree-lined neighborhood. I met several friendly neighbors while out for a walk. The furnishings are very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Loved the waterfront view from the back patio too. Communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and homey

This condo is beautiful with everything that you could need for a visit. It was very clean and updated. We walked to the restaurant for dinner along the water and it was just beautiful. It’s a lovely setting and a great and convenient location. Kim was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to enjoy Lake Norman/Charlotte

The is a great 3 bedroom condo with lake views of LKN, and easy access to Charlotte. Loved the place, great patio by the lake and had everything we needed. Host Kim was very accessible, definitely would stay here again!

Long weekend with family

Lovely rental - very clean, well equipped, owner allowed us to arrive early; really beautiful location with water view and very easy to Birkdale Village shopping and Davidson College. Would visit again!

Heavenly Spring Break

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. It had a nice view of the water and the patio was fabulous! We enjoyed most of our meals there. The condo had everything we needed and more!

We have stayed in this complex before and it is wonderful!! Our daughter lives in Huntersville and this is perfect! The unit was clean, beautifically decorated and we loved the lay out! We will definately be back!!

Wonderful location and perfect for our vaca

This property is located perfectly for daily jaunts to thrift stores and antique markets. It's far enough away from the hubbub and traffic to be serene but close enough to everything without a long drive. The unit is well-maintained and has everything needed. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and very comfy beds. The outside seating area is a dream. Nice little water view where you can watch the ducks with their babies, plenty of shade, and comfortable chairs where we enjoyed coffee every morning and shared several dinners. On the coldish and rainy days, we enjoyed watching our favorite TV shows and movies. The entertainment selection is huge. The host is very responsive and very accommodating. We had a hiccup right before our trip, and Kim was most willing to flex for us. This place was a wonderful spot for our annual sisters' meet-up.

As Advertised Condo

The unit is a ground floor end unit which minimizes stairs and noise. The lake view is nice for watching sunsets. Unit is clean and well maintained.

Great condo

Great condo! The whole process was very easy. Owners were very nice; so were the neighbors above. Loved being able to stroll around a part of Lake Norman. Condo is in a great location too! Very positive experience!

We used to live in New York and New England before moving to the Lake Norman area in 2004. It is a perfect location for year-round living or a vacation get-away. The warm weather attracted us to the area, and now the rest of our northern family loves to visit us here. There is always something to do, but it is also a great place to unwind & relax when you need to.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The lakefront condo is an ideal spot to enjoy the lake and all it offers -- while also being only 20 minutes from Charlotte and major sporting events. Even closer to shopping (outlets) and local colleges. It is also less than an hour to wineries, and hiking (which we still love to do!). We live 10 minutes away from the condo so are always available.
