Ett nyrenoverat finca med anor 1732, 6 minuters promenad från torget i Soller. Ligger i en vacker fruktträdgård, stor trädgård och pool med olika terrasser. Vackra utsikten över bergen och mycket lugn plats.
Färdiga till högsta specifikationen och kärleksfullt inredd av oss.
WiFi i hela (inte i trädgården ännu!)
Parkering bakom låsta grindar för fyra bilar (när du har förhandlat fram mycket smal enhet!)
Stora, vackra trädgårdar, apelsin, citron, avokado, granatäpple, persika och aprikosträd, med olika chill områden ..
Torget är så nära, lysande att doppa i och ut ur .... och det finns så mycket att se och göra mycket närliggande ..

Som du kommer in genom de tunga trä dörrar finns en härlig stort äta och vardagsrum område med en logg brännare spis. Entréplanet är fem steg upp, där du hittar en elegant TV-rum med bäddsoffa, som leder till mellanvåningen sovrummet och duschrum. Perfekt för äldre par, innehöll vara själv. Särskilt speciell funktion är återställd klinkergolv.
Fortsatt upp trappan hittar du sovrummet med penna inlägg säng och eget badrum, med magnifik utsikt över bergen från Juliet balkong ...

Det är en lyx familj badrum och ytterligare två sovrum på denna våning, varav en kan konfigureras som en king size säng eller tvillingar.


Tillbaka ner hittar du grovkök med alla bekvämligheter, plus klassiskt kök, som leder ut i sommaren kök och veranda. Det finns en utomhus matbord sittplatser 10. Solstolar och parasoll runt poolen och en härlig semi sluten terrass med utomhus soffor.

Alla rum har luftkonditionering. Det finns också full oljeeldad centralvärme hela, förhoppningsvis inte behövs !!

Vi hyrde huset en vecka i slutet av november, Träden dignade av apelsiner och mandariner. Det finns även banner, stora klasser hängde ner. Huset är stor och mycket funktionellt. Köket välutrustat och det går bra att laga middag hemma om man är flera som vill hjälpas åt. Det finns en öppen spis i det stora vardagsrummet som sprider ljus och värme. Många sovrum och flera badrum. Kan varmt rekommendera huset

Absolutely amazing!!!

We had the vacation of our lives. The house is so beautiful. Everything is in perfect condition and the settings are just stunning. The house is so close to the town centre but it lies in very quiet surroundings. Adriana and Wendy answered emediatly if we had any questions and was more than helpful. This has been absolutely amazing. A dream come true! Thank you!!

Mycket trevligt och välutrustat hus med stor trädgård och egen pool.

Vi letade efter ett hus i Soller för att fira vårt silverbröllop. Det här motsvarade alla våra förväntningar. Med välutrustat kök, fyra trevliga sovrum, apelsinträd i trädgården och egen pool. Vi var sju vuxna och kunde sitta tillsammans vid uteplatsen eller i det stora sällskapsrummet utan problem. Det fanns gott om utrymme för var och en att vara för sig själv vid behov. Renoveringen är välgjord, möbleringen välfungerande och trädgården större än man först tror. Det enda knepiga, men det påpekas i annonsen och av ägarna, är den trånga infarten för bilar. Närheten till Soller centrum och det lugna läget utan störande grannar passade oss utmärkt. Ägarna och den lokala värden har hjälpt oss hela vägen från bokning till avresa. Alltid lätta att få kontakt med och mycket generösa och hjälpsamma (inte för att det var mycket som behövde åtgärdas). Tack Wendy!

Beautiful house and garden!

A wonderful newly renovated house with all you need. Private garden with beutiful orange trees and nice pool area. 5 min walk from center of Sollér. We loved our stay and can definitely return. Excellent communication with the friendly owner and welcome greeting by the cleaner when we arrived to Sollér. Well done!

Beautiful home in Soller

The property was amazing, great layout for our family and only a few minutes walk into town. The garden is full of citrus trees which were all in season during our stay. The home has beautiful interior design and is equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the week we sent here.

Traum-Finca

Wir waren mit insgesamt vier Paaren einer Familie für eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Die Bilder des Inserats sind sehr realistisch, eigentlich ist die Finca noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich groß und verschieden ausgestattet. Aber, auch in dem kleinsten lässt es sich sehr gut schlafen. Zwei Paare haben sich eine Dusche geteilt, was aber auch kein Problem war.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, groß genug, dass man zusammen kochen kann und liegt direkt neben dem Aufenthaltsraum mit dem großen Esstisch. Weil das so fantastisch war, haben wir tatsächlich jeden Abend gekocht und gemeinsam gegessen und waren nicht einmal im Restaurant.Das Haus ist übrigens tatsächlich geheizt und kühlt nicht total aus. Zweimal haben wir trotzdem mal den großen Kamin angemacht, Holz ist vorhanden!Der Garten ist großzügig, der Poolbereich lädt am Nachmittag nach den Ausflügen zum Sonnen und Ausruhen ein. Das Wasser im Pool war doch recht kalt und überhaupt hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter und - ungewöhnlich - fast an jedem Tag Regen. Aber, dafür kann keiner etwas.Kurzum: Die Finca ist ein Traum für bis zu acht Personen, sie liegt zentral in Sóller und doch sehr ruhig, die Vermieter und das Personal vor Ort, das sich um Schlüssel etc. kümmert, sind unkompliziert und sehr freundlich!Daher auch von uns die volle Punktzahl für diese Traumfinca und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

A Mediterranean Dream

Where do I begin? Ca'n Vidorra was a perfect choice for our family trip to Soller! The historic house and property have been thoughtfully and meticulously restored with quality materials and design. The bedrooms are very comfortable with good mattresses and high quality linens, and the bathrooms are well done with great showers and lots of hot water.The living spaces are so comfortable and stylish. We loved the fireplace and wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the spectacular view, outdoor spaces, and the pool. The kitchen is very well done and well stocked so that all staples are already on hand. Wendy generously provided fresh breads, crackers, milk, wine and water! And a special thank you to Adriana, her property manager, who was available for help and info whenever needed. Wendy, thank you for sharing your comfortable, beautiful property with us!

Everything was great

The house is very beautiful, inside and outside. All amenities and stuff worked perfectly fine, except wifi coverage in one of the upper floor room but this is small matter. We cooked and did our laundry almost every day here and did not come into any problem at all. Walking distance to town center, along the way there's a river with ducks swimming and playing which our kids loved. We helped ourselves to some oranges straight from the trees, this was a unique experience to us as we only get oranges from market.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Wendy's Finca. The grounds were stunning as was the villa itself. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic, as just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Soller. Communication was great and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely house in Soller

A great location, a short walk into a charming little town, the house was very well equipped, especially the cooking facilities, comfortable and spacious. Everyone in our party strongly recommends staying here for a relaxing pool/beach holiday. The only minor gripe is the fact that all the outdoor lighting cuts out at 11pm.

Dreamy

This was a dreamy, magical place to celebrate my retirement with my husband and two couples! We did not want to leave the property! The setting against the mountains was spectacular. We spent many hours in the pool and could swim laps. The multiple outdoor living spaces just added to the relaxed environment to enjoy long outdoor meals and lazy afternoon naps. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor kitchen expanded the number of us who could cook. We loved making dinners after our daily shopping in town. We had Bittan, a chef recommended by Wendy, cook 3 nights for us. Her food was fabulous, and she was a total delight! The house was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples. It was a wonderful vacation in a fabulous property!

A perfect place to stay

With 6 adults and three under 4 any location was going to have to be good for us all to enjoy it. And Ca’n Vidorra was more than good. The location is ideal for a wander into town, with a playgroubnd on the way if you know where to look. The pool is really safely enclosed so there is no danger to the little one's, the villa is well equiped and meals on the terrace are a joy with a spectacular view over the hills. Wendy and the housekeeper Adriana are incredibly helpful, we had a problem with some of the air-con which Adriana quickly resolved for us and when the pool needed something sorted we didn't even notice it had been done, but Wendy the owner kept us fully informed. With the pictures and the 'whatthreewords' location it was easy to find, but whatever you do dont hire a large car as the drive is very narrow, but there is plenty of parking space if you do and make it to the property. We will be back for sure !

Family holiday in Soller

We had a lovely holiday for 3 generations of family including 2 toddlers. This lovely property proved ideal for all. The secure pool and grassy play area were particularly suitable for the young children and we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from the wealth of fruit in the garden. Proximity to Soller town meant walking into town very practical.

Great villa and location

Villa was perfect for a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). Location is great, walking distance from the heart of Sóller and the tram into the port. Hosts are very responsive and always happy to help with any question.

Wieder ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Zum zweiten Mal in der Finca gewesen. Es war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub. Der Garten ist mit seiner Aussicht und Größe unschlagbar. Das Haus bietet wirklich Alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Fantastic home in a lovely town

Lovely house with everything you could need and amazing views - particularly from the main upstairs bedroom. We have just spent a month here and loved it. Fresh orange juice in the morning and homemade lemonade from the windfalls from the abundant citrus trees in the garden. Ideal location for wandering to the square for dinner or walking out of the door into the hills or to the port. In February we were able to sit in the sun by the pool, although not all of us were brave enough to venture into it. We sampled many of the restaurants in the town and enjoyed the Friday night music at Cafè Soller where the food is great too. We also used the paellera at the house which was a great hit with our visitors. A special mention for Adrianna who was always available for any queries. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Fabulous Finca!

I had an amazing week in this wonderful finca, words don't really do it justice! The views were stunning and the property had a lot to offer. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They had the best stocked kitchen i have ever seen. I loved the fresh Soller orange juice and eating outside while enjoying the mountain views. The property is so quiet and private, yet only a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I didn't need a car and also explored some of the nearby villages on foot. I look forward to returning sometime in the future! Thank you Wendy for your good communication, attention to detail, and for sharing your inspiring finca with us!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage, ruhig und mit Blick auf die Berge, trotzdem nur kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt. Sehr gut ausgestattet und durchweg angenehmer Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Auch für den Winter aufgrund der Heizung gut geeignet. Einziger Nachteil in dieser Zeit ist, dass in Soller dann viel geschlossen hat.
