Detta nyligen uppgraderade radhus ligger längs den främre raden vid Gulf Winds East! Fantastisk utsikt över viken finns från främre sovrummet, uteplatsen, vardagsrummet och balkongen!

Sitt på din balkong och titta på Emerald Green vågorna rulla i nästan inom räckhåll. Läckorna och ljuden i viken kommer alltid att vara närvarande! Koppla av och njut av denna fastighet bara några steg från sanden! Söndag till söndag hyra under högsäsong.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. Just 40 steps from the beach. The rooms were clean and nice. We had an issue with the bathtub in the room close to the parking lot. Water drained slow, but they fixed it within reasonable timeframe. I already recommended this vacation home to my friends.

Always a joy staying at Gulf Winds East

They also love being able to walk to multiple places that are just right down the road and we enjoy the beautiful sunset every night!

I was there for my 60th birthday celebration and was welcomed with a cake and ballon. The Harmony staff went above and beyond. customer service was outstanding. Great Stay!!!

It was right across the road! All the amenities were great. Kitchen stocked. Washer and dryer downstairs. Bedrooms downstairs. It was a great stay and Connie was super helpful and nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying in GWE #4 for the past 10 years and love it. However the new owner has decided to rent their selves (VRBO). Lucky for us Harmony had GWE #3 available for next year. I will only rent through a rental company like Harmony. If something happens to the unit or new owners come in, they will find me something comparable or better. Owners cannot do this because they usually have only one unit.

Vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 15th year staying at GWE. It was our first year in Unit 4 and it is definitely our favorite. However, there were a couple of cleaning issues that were concerning. We found three roaches (one of them was crawling up the kitchen wall) and there was sand in the bottom bunk which is where my mother slept and she never went to the beach. There was also a disturbing brown stain on her sheet. We also were concerned about the shrubs alongThe fence between GWE and Beach Retreat. It was very hard to walk down that pathway with the vines from the bushes being so overgrown.

We love the location as it's in the middle of Scenic 98. We never really have to get on the main highway 98. We are already booked for next year. We book before we leave every year. Harmony is so easy to work with and very friendly.

Clean - Well Appointed

The Decor and the condo were absolutely lovely. Everything was sparkly clean. The view was amazing. We had one tiny issue of a bees nest that we noticed and Harmony Beach Vacations came immediately to remedy it. Highly recommend!

I always take my own bedding and or wash the covers as soon as I arrive but I did not feel the need for that at this rental. Great view of the beach and a very close walk. this definitely be our go to when we visit destin. overall everything was great and I highly recommend.
