Vår lägenhet ligger 5 minuter från Bastille och 10 minuter från Marais till fots.
Lägenheten är fullt utrustad och mycket bekväm, du hittar allt du behöver. Det finns ett vardagsrum, tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett duschrum, 2 toaletter.
Sovrum 1 har en king size-säng, Sovrum 2 har en queen size-säng, Sovrum 3 har en enkelsäng. Det separata köket är mycket välutrustat.
Byggnaden ligger i en lugn gata, med hiss.

Charming Apartment

We were a group of 4 and this was a perfect apartment for us! We found it so tidy and clean with everything we needed. Plenty of towels! It was a charming neighborhood with bakeries and supermarket nearby. Great outdoor marketplace on Thursday and Sunday mornings. We found the metro convenient and used it everyday to see everything. Richard was a great host, very accesible!

A week in Paris

This apartment is beautiful with high quality amenities. Richard met us at the property, and he and his wife made sure we knew how to use all the appliances and where everything was located in the house. The house was well stocked and there were even a few groceries. It was extremely clean. Richard gave us a tour of the neighborhood that was so much fun. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Comfortable, well-located, well-equipped 3-bedroom apartment in Paris

My group of four loved this property. It was conveniently located to Bus and Metro access and we walked to street markets and restaurants. The host was immediately responsive and even welcomed our group on arrival. Information about the apartment and the area was provided. I would love to stay here again.

Charming comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in the Marais

Fantastic authentic French apartment with lovely decor but modern comfort: fabulous kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction burners plus microwave and oven. Exceptional quality of dishes, pots/pans/cutlery. Nespresso plus French press and electric hot water kettle. Upscale bathroom with huge shower plus second bathroom with small shower. Bedrooms large with super comfortable memory foam mattresses.Neighborhood is lovely: less than 5 min walk to Metro Saint Ambroise stop and boulangerie, 2 min to FranPrix supermarket open 7 days a week 0730-2200. Easy walk to Bastille, Place de Vosges & Metro everywhere else. We shopped locally and cooked a lot. Most importantly, the hosts Richard and Ginette are fantastic. Excellent communication, met us on arrival and gave us a full tour of how to work the appliances as well as around the neighborhood. Bought us a baguette, butter, milk, eggs, strawberry jam and cookies and chocolate which was lovely after an overnight flight. Richard speaks a little English but can email/WhatsApp/use VRBO messages in English and French. He gave us his cell as well as his daughters' cell phones. A couple of caveats: heat but no AC. We came in April, a few days got warm, we opened the windows but no screens so a few bugs. For us, this would be way too hot in summer. The apartment is smoke/pet free (great as we have allergies and asthma & were fine); however, neighbors do smoke in the building so the hallway smells of smoke.

Great Stay in Paris

Richard was a wonderful host and was at the apartment when we arrived. He gave us tour of the neighborhood and pointed out several restaurants and shops. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, cheese, yogurt and wine. He was very responsive to our questions and quick to respond to my texts. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a metro station within in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family or group traveling together.

Christmas in Paris

The apartment and owners are wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was close to attractions yet far enough away to make for quiet evenings. Public transportation via bus and subway is close. There are several grocery stores along with a great wine shop around the corner. Great place to stay with a family.

A home for all ages

We enjoyed all the comforts of this clean, well stocked and lovely home and the hospitality of Richard and his wife. An older couple, a young couple, and a two-year-old all found this to be the perfect place to relax after a wonderful day in Paris. The surrounding neighborhood had lots to offer and the nearby bus and metro stops made sightseeing a breeze. This comes with our highest recommendation and thanks.

Richard is a wonderful host

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens. Living room for folks to gather. Very convenient to groceries, boulangeries, restaurants and three subways. Richard brought us two fans to help cool the apartment in the unusually hot June weather. He will take good care of you.

A comfortable place to stay

From the moment we booked this 3bedroom apartment Richard, our host, was there for us. He met our taxi on arrival and gave a very comprehensive tour, not only of the apartment, but also of the neighbourhood. The fridge had been stocked with the basics and we wanted for nothing. The Apartment itself was very clean and tidy? I cannot recommend it highly enough! Paris is a fabulous city!

Quiet and clean

For our first stay in Paris, this apartment was perfect. Plenty of room for the four of us, very clean and well organized. The street was very quiet and away from the bustling of the city. We felt very secure with the security system of the building. The owners were very friendly and responsive when we needed something. Thank you for everything!

A five star apartment

This apartment in the saint Ambroise area of Paris met all expectations. Spotless, comfortable beds, and quality furnishings and appliances. We were met on arrival and our hostess explained the amenities of the apartment and pointed out key features of the surrounding neighborhood. Minutes from the metro and grocery made our stay most agreeable. The location in a “real” Paris neighborhood gave us a true sense of Parisian life. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this apartment.

Fun Paris Stay

Three of us friends stayed here for a week visit in Paris. The property was in a convenient location, close to two metro stops for easy access to anywhere in the city. There were plenty of local bakeries and restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of amenities including basic kitchen staples such as coffee, butter, and water. Our friendly host gave us a thorough tour to familiarize us with the place and was very responsive to any other questions throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Paris 2023

Richard was a terrific host. He walked us around the neighborhood and had lots of suggestions for our stay.We were in Paris during a tremendous heat wave so sleeping was a little uncomfortable but Richard supplied fans in each room. Leaving the refrigerator supplied with some basics was appreciated. The home is in a very convenient location near the Bastille and public transit was easy to use. I highly recommend Richard’s rental flat !!!

Family trip in Paris

The apartment was bright, with all the windows, modern and immaculate. Three bedrooms and a large 2 sink bathroom and a smaller full bath. A galley kitchen fully stocked, for cooking. Host left us breakfast foods for morning. It’s in a quiet neighborhood- but close to grocery store, bakeries and cafes! There are 2 Metro stops approx. 10 minutes away. We easily were able to get all over Paris. I would highly recommend this host and his home! We had a wonderful time!!

Quiet, convenient, well equipped apartment

We had a wonderful stay with our 14 year old granddaughter. We didn’t use or need the third bedroom, which had a single bed. Richard, our host, met our taxi and showed us everything In great detail. He took the time for a walk around the neighborhood to point out the highlights. The apartment was well equipped, including everything needed in the kitchen. Richard was kind enough to put in a small stock of food, enough for a breakfast. The place is on a very quiet street. We heard no noise during our stay. It’s convenient to metro stations, and even closer to the line 69 bus route, which heads right downtown to all the main attractions; we used it almost every day. Don’t miss the Bastille market on Sundays and Thursdays. Great fresh food and quirky artisans’ stalls. A great find!

Un Magnifique Appartement

Richard and Ginnette were so lovely. They provided a baguette, croissants, eggs, juice, cookies, coffee and chocolate for our breakfast when we arrived. The apartment was spotless. We had a house phone which we could have used to make calls in France and to the US. We had our own cell phone plan and so we didn't need to use it. Since we were four seniors we used Uber to get around Paris rather than the convenient bus and Metro. The major sites we wanted to see were not close by and so we gave 3 stars for location. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the Kaim's apartment.

Location, Location, Location

For us, this apartment was just perfect. The location could not be beat, super close to two different Metro lines and a really convenient bus. The area has so many friendly shops and a large market several times each week as well as plenty of dining options. It’s is close to great sights that we had not visited before so that was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable, not a bustling night club area but plenty to do. Metro and bus were very reliable and made it seem so close to almost anywhere. There is laundry in the apartment but if you need to do larger loads or do multiple loads simultaneously, there is a nice laundry just a few feet away. I could not say enough kind things about the owner and his daughter who met us when we arrive, they were so helpful and very willing to give guidance or advice on anything we needed.

A lovely, comfortable and homey apartment.

I would stay here again in a heart beat! It is within 5 minutes walking distance to metro stations, grocery store, bakery and a laundromat next door. The location is on very quiet, residential Passage way. This apartment is very, very clean and has recently been renovated with modern showers and bathrooms. The kitchen has lovely newer appliances and also a small washer & dryer. The refrigerator even had essential breakfast supplies. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and desirable with plenty of closet space for clothes, shoes and luggage. Bedrooms are large and have automatic dark out shades. The entrance is extremely secure with a newer elevator. Being a corner apt., open windows provide more than adequate ventilation. Richard and family are French, very friendly and accommodating people. They do not live on premise and the grown daughters speak English fluently to accommodate any questions.

Paris Lifestyle Experience

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood tucked away from the main street. It is between 2 Metro stops, Richard-Lenoir station and Saint-Ambroise station. The Metro is 7-minute walk from the apartment. Outside the apartment, a 1-minute walk, there is a handy bus stop that goes directly to the Louvre and Museum D’Orsay. It was a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Marais, an excellent, trendy district. When we arrived, Richard and Jeanette gave us a thorough apartment tour. They showed us how to use their European appliances (you can also look them up on YouTube). They left us drinks and snacks and answered all our questions. They also gave us a walking tour of their neighborhood, which was very helpful. We went to the local grocery store, half a block away, and the local coffee shop. We also went to the local restaurants, 1 block away, they recommended. The apartment is on the first floor (above the ground floor), so even if the elevator breaks down, it is only one floor up. The elevator did not break down. The elevator is large and can hold three adults and luggage. The apartment was very secure and nicely designed. I especially enjoyed the living room. With the windows closed, it was very quiet. With the windows open, you could hear local children playing, dogs barking, and the occasional traffic. The apartment building is small and secure. It was great that there was a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer in the apartment.

Loved the apartment!!!!!!

Firstly, Richard and his wife were so sweet! They greeted us as we got out of our taxi cab from the airport, showed us around the neighborhood and explained how to use all the appliances in the apartment. They had lovely fresh croissants and baguettes waiting for us. The refrigerator was stocked with orange juice, water, eggs, butter, cream cheese, jam and cheese. The apartment was so clean and roomy. It was really a comfortable home base for our vacation. There were plenty of soft towels and the main bathroom was twice the size of any bathroom I had seen in a Paris apartment. The “Kinder” room was adorable with toys, books, and even a piano! The apartment has lots of large windows and French doors in the living/dining room that brought in lots of sunlight. There was easy access to the Metro station, Bus stop, grocery store, and a lovely bakery around the corner. The Italian restaurant, Bombolo, next to the bakery has the most friendly owners who made us feel as though we had been friends forever! The food was great also! Needless to say, we were very pleased with our accommodations.

Excellent in every way!

I spent a week with friends and family while exploring Paris. The apartment was ideal: close to the Metro and a bus stop, comfortable, very quiet, and with a truly excellent (and reasonably priced!) bakery very close. In addition there were great wine shops, a very tasty pizza place and a supermarket in the neighborhood. Despite being off the usual tourist track, there were plenty of people in all the shops and restaurants nearby that spoke English, and they were all super helpful and friendly despite our very limited (or non-existent) French. Speaking of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and it feels very safe. It's not too far from the major tourist sites and lots of other places we went to in Paris. Also, the building is very secure, so we had no worries about safety at all. The bedrooms in the apartment have blackout curtains which make the rooms pitch black and very quiet. This is helpful when recovering from jet lag. You can also easily open them, which makes the rooms bright and cheerful. The owners were great to work with, and they left us with some welcome supplies when we checked in. This was super helpful for a bunch of tired, disoriented and jet-lagged people on the first day. They also supplied a tour of the apartment and the neighborhood on check-in, which was excellent. I would happily stay there again without any hesitation. It was worth every penny.
