Beautiful view and recent updates were lovely. The little touches like extra goodies (e.g., pet pickup bags, wipes, etc.) and kids dishes were such a nice touch. The owners were very thoughtful about their guests needs.

We have stayed here at least five times because it is so convenient to town and right on the beach. We love the kitchen with the updated cabinets and counter tops. Having the washer and dryer is such a plus. We don't do much cooking, because I take vacation to keep from cooking. However, having a dishwasher is also a plus for those that do. The coffee maker is great and we appreciate having an ice maker. We love staying her and have already booked our next visit. We come here twice a year.

We had a fantastic stay and an amazing beach location. Parking was a breeze, and the beach was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs.

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach, the balcony is so close so we could really enjoy the ocean. The condo was nicely outfitted with kitchen supplies for cooking. Very hospitable spot.

Amazing stay. Everything we could ask for!

My wife, parents, and 2 small Cavalier spaniels all had an amazing stay! Super clean, easy check-in, incredible beach balcony, everything worked just the way you would hope, simple private beach access. Not sure you could ask for anything more in a fernandina beach property!

A wonderful property overall. Especially for if you’re looking for a quiet place close to a quiet beach within distance of a few busier placers (short walk or drive). Would come again.

Wonderful condo

Our stay at Coral Sands couldn't have been better thanks to the owners of 302 who created a home-like, well-appointed and comfortable spot for our four days. The spaces are more than adequate for a couple; well decorated to fit the location, and outfitted with everyone anyone would need. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful appointments, ease of check-in and check-out, and detailed information on the area. Highly recommended for a great beach vacation.*

Wonderful views

This condo had everything advertised and then some. It had beautiful views from the living room, main bedroom and balcony. It was immaculate. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Fernandina Vacation 2022

Sunrise on the beach

Great place to stay right on the beach! Love sitting on the deck for sunrise. Also, easy access to beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely choose to stay there again.

The property was in a great location and appointed very nicely. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the balcony and the beautiful ocean views. The owners have done a great job of decorating and you can tell that it is more than just a vacation rental to them. We loved it and had a great time.

Great location

This property has direct access to the beach and has a huge greenway for walking within a few blocks. It is only a 7 minute drive to town as well. It is a great location! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The management agency was very easy to work with. The unit is pet friendly and that is a huge factor in favor of this rental.

25th Anniversary

We spent our honeymoon in 1997 on Amelia Island and returned to celebrate our 25th. We wanted to bring our pups and this place was perfect and well worth the money.

Loved being right on the beach. Very wavy while we were there but still loved it. Clean . Bring your own pillows if you are a picky pillow person.

Great family getaway with your pet!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with our pet dog! The location, easy access to the beach and short drive to the downtown were perfect! The downtown is also very dog friendly! We appreciated the well appointed unit which made it easier for us not having to bring all of the beach "extras". The building was quiet, too! We will stay here again, for sure!
