Beläget intill Kalimarmaro stadion och mittemot National Gardens ligger det i hjärtat av centrum men ändå på en unik plats. En nyrenoverad 140 kvm. hus med en fantastisk terrass och en 180 * utsikt över Aten och Akropolis. De 2 största sovrummen ger dig möjlighet att njuta av Akropolis medan du ligger på din säng samtidigt som du ligger bredvid skogen i Arditos-kullen. Alla höjdpunkter i staden ligger inom gångavstånd och grannskapet är tyst och vackert!

Agras St. där huset ligger ligger bredvid Panathenaic Stadium

Panathenaic Stadium är i distriktet Pangrati och Mets öster om National Gardens och Zappeion Exhibition Hall, mellan de tvillinggrenkullade kullarna Ardettos och Agra. Fram till 1950-talet sprang Ilissosfloden (nu täckt av och flödade under) framför stadionens entré, och Kallirröens vår, Sanctuary of Pankrates (en lokal hjälte) och Cynosarges offentliga gym var i närheten.

Fokianos sportanläggning ligger tvärs över Vasileos Konstantinou-avenyn, och intill den ligger Aten tennisklubb, Ethnikos friidrott, Federation swimmingpoolen, rester av templet i Olympiska Zeus och Hadrians port.

Man kan gå till alla de närliggande attraktionerna och inom 200 m från Agras St hittar du en av de bästa restaurangerna i Athens Restaurants, (URL HIDDEN) som är en prisbelönt restaurang för gourmetälskare.

I den närliggande Varnava Sq kan man hitta små grekiska matrestauranger och den kända Athens Susi-baren (URL HIDDEN) och Chelsea hotellets bar för kaffe och dryck på natten.
Gå ner Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue i 8 minuter. promenad man kan gå till Areopagitou st på Akropolis museum (URL HIDDEN) och Akropolis webbplats.

Grekiska National Gardens och Zapeion Megaron var alla de historiska grekiska fördragen undertecknade bredvid Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue mittemot huset tvärs över gatan.

En promenad genom trädgården är alltid den perfekta flykten från stadsmiljön och i andra änden av trädgården hittar du Syntagma-torget där det grekiska parlamentet är.

Great location & view!

Lovely home near the stadium & a short walk to the Plaka. The views from two bedrooms & the large deck are amazing! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Close to all public transportation, the top floor patio is gorgeous, and the home owner was so gracious and helpful. Highly recommended!

Perfect place!

Stayed for 4 nights with my two sons 23/26. House was clean and spacious and extremely well located in a great neighborhood. Angel was very helpful and just the perfect hostess!! Will definitely return!

Agras Stay

This location is perfect and the property is everything it says it is. The Owner, Angel, was very helpful from the start and available anytime throughout our stay. You are literally staying next door to the Panathenaic Stadium and your deck views are incredible. You have an uninterrupted view from the Pnyx to the Acropolis to Lycabetus Hill. Everything worth visiting is from 5-25 minutes walk and transportation is readily available in front of the stadium. The neighborhood is also very safe with various options for dining.

Athens for 3 days

The location of the lodging was right next to the old olympic stadium. The views were great. It was about a 30 minute walk to most of the sites that we wanted to see including acropolis, temple of zeus, plaka, the Agora and monastiraki. The Lycabettus funicular was a 20 minute walk as well but it was uphill hilking there and there were several flights of stairs to climb as you got closer to the funicular. The walk back was much easier. The national archealogical museum was about a 45 minute walk. Taxis were everywhere but seemed like they were hard to flag down. For US travelers I recommend a sim card from Cosmote for your data plans while you are in Greece.

Better than the pictures

Angel met us at the property to show us around and give us the rundown of the house. It is truley better than the pictures in the listing. The location is fantastic and close to everythin. Amazing views of the Parthanon and Acropolis and it is right next to the Panathenaic Olympic stadium! Angel setup a ride for us back to the airport. I give this stay a 10 out of 10! Amazing!!! Thank you Angel!!!

Amazing location, gracious hospitality, beautiful

The home was situated close to everything, right in by the stadium. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our family of five (could have slept many more), but the bathroom situation was interesting in that there was not a bathroom on the main level with he 2 bedrooms, and the bedroom upstairs had a toilet and sink, but the "shower" was in the whole room, so you would get everything wet if you used it. The only decent shower was on the bottom floor with nothing else, right by the front door. That, the fact that the outside dining table was not on the same level as the kitchen, and the number of stairs were the only downfall. The views out the window of the Acropolis were amazing.

An upscale modern apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is set in the best location with easy access to whatever one could wish for. The apartment is very well equipped and very spacious. It has three levels with unobstructed views of the Acropolis. Just keep in mind that there are many steps to climb, both outside the apartment and inside as well. We had a family reunion and it was perfect, allowing privacy and a get together place. We would love to return someday.

Beautiful Condo with view of the Acropolis and much more!

Angel was very easy to deal with. She met us promptly at the apartment and was very helpful in getting us settled. This is a beautifully renovated house. The upper bedroom, sitting area and terrace are very spacious. The main bathroom is located on the entry level then you proceed up a flight of stairs to the main living area, so anyone with mobility problems could have a concern with that. The location is very good for sight seeing. Thank you Angel for sharing your home with us.

Great location, amazing view!

This property is located in the best area in Athens a tourist could ask for. It is a 10 minutes walk from all the tour sites and Plaka, with a lot of good options for food, amenities etc. Having said this, it is tucked away in a rather private spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house itself is neat and well kept, and the best part is that almost every part of the house has a great view of the Acropolis. The landlady was very kind and very helpful throughout our stay in Athens. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Athens.
