Denna underbara strandlägenhet har stor terrass med utsikt över havet och sandstranden vilket ger en romantisk plats. Att vara enhetsenhet vyer spänner från havet runt i söder. Byggd på två våningar lägre nivå har hall, stort sovrum, badrum och tvättstuga. Trätrappor leder till sovrum med eget duschrum. .Extra duschrum vid landning. Enorma vardagsrummet är 40 "med 16" med höga betade tall katedral tak. Italienska köket har Neff diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn Neff ugn + spisplatta. Gated parkering. Amazing

We had an amazing holiday while staying at Coco de mer. The property is ideally located to visit the numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the town. Great access to the beach.The spacious penthouse apartment has everything you need from cooking, sleeping, washing to beach chairs.The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and watching the incredible sunsets.

Outstanding Condo

We loved this condo. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Easy access. Met by Sarah, who showed us round. The bedrooms large and bright. The lounge beautifully set out and the huge balcony was just what we like on holiday. The view of the ocean was just gorgeous. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. We moved to the Gap after 1 week but we just wanted to pick up this condo and take it with us. Thankyou Jude. It was perfect!

Speightstown penthouse

This was the first time we had stayed at Coco de Mer, although we know the area pretty well. The apartment was excellent. Amazing sunset views from the terrace, lots of space all very tastefully decorated and furnished and ( importantly) the beds were very comfortable! Everything worked and all the equipment you could want, and more, for a self catering holiday was there. No hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay!

Coco de Mer Speightstown

Our third visit to Coco de Mer. We love the apartment and the area, waking to the sound of the sea and walking distance to the beautiful beaches at Heywoods, restaurants and bars. We hope to return again .

Special Speightstown trip

The property was more than what we expected. Yes the photos show it superbly, but the feel of the place was amazing. My wife and 2 friends shared the property, initially we had some concerns about being on top of each other however, this quickly was dismissed as the layout almost felt like 2 different places, with its downstairs bedroom and bathroom facilities. Location - perfect. We know the area so was always comfortable, anything you wanted was within easy strolling distance. Absolutely will be back. Loved it!!!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It benefits from being on a corner so the breeze flows through the apartment on a hot day. The air conditioning in the bedroom is a welcome addition and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked Speightstown. It felt a little more authentic than some of the resorts, whilst still having a number of nice restaurants. The highlight was the beach opposite and the snorkelling. Although it’s a relatively small beach, it often felt like our own private beach and you can snorkel safely from shore.

Barbados bliss

From the moment we met Sarah the housekeeper to when we left, everything about Coco de mer was fantastic. The property is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach could not be much closer. The local restaurants and shops are all within an easy stroll. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely stay at Coco de mer again when we return to Barbados. Great Location

Clean and safe. Constant tropical breeze through the living area and kitchen made the house temperature very comfortable. Location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. A/C in the bedroom took a little bit of time to figure out how best to adjust. Sarah was spot on with all of her suggestions.

White Sands was wonderful!!

Great experience at Coco De Mer. Sarah was more than accommodating!! The condo was lovely and very well equipped! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was convenient and close to town. Being off season, it was very quiet and serene!

Another Awesome Visit!

We just spent our second January at the beautiful Coco de Mer. The sunsets on the beautiful terrace were fantastic. The layout of the unit is perfect for two couples. Jude is a great host. She responds very quickly to any concerns. Already looking forward to our third visit!

Marvelous Vacation

We stayed three weeks in that wonderful location which is the perfect spot in a quiet area, wonderful furnished you feel really like being home. a big terrace to watch spectacular sunsets and everything is just in walking distance, the beach , nice restaurants, groceries etc. Good updates from the owner and things we should be aware. For sure when we come back that is our place again.

Beautiful!

What a lovely apartment…the side aspect windows make this a very light and breezy apartment ..much needed in Barbados And it’s position in Speightstown is perfect…with allocated locked parking Coco is very well equipped .. From beach chairs to kitchen utensils!! We stayed in the bedroom upstairs..the bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet at night . We cooked fish from the market and ate outside on the balcony several times in our 8 day stay Thank you Judy it’s been fab !

Coming Back Next Year

We are coming back next year! The apartment was great for us and we look longingly at the photos of the blue caribbean ocean taken from the balcony... Speightstown takes you back in time and we miss all the street stalls with the fresh mangoes pawpaw and bananas which we made smoothies with for breakfast! Thank you for a special holiday in beautiful Barbados.

Paradise with a Sunset

What a wonderful stay at Coco De Mer. Jude’s property is in the perfect location and those views from the balcony, wow. If you’re considering your first visit to the Island (or a return one for they matter) and deliberating between a Hotel and a DIY one, you’d be mad to pass this property up. Speightstown is a perfect location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, with others a short drive away. The beaches are just a dream. Plenty on your doorstep and lots more on the west coast too. Jude is the perfect host and Sarah her manager is on hand to check you in go over everything and be available for anything you need.

Not A Good Experience

Property is located right across from small beach front. A/C only in bed rooms and the WiFi only works upstairs. We could barely get TV to work in the family room. Upon arrival we were met by House Keeping not property manager. Upon Departure we weren’t met by anyone. During the stay of 8 nights we had an issue with downstairs bathroom and I items come up missing from the secured property. I find that kinda funny but overall I wouldn’t stay in this location or at this property again.

A very nice condo with a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was good and we were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is a small beach right across the road from the condo but just a short walk north and you are graced with the beautiful Heywoods Beach. We also spent time at Mullins Beach because there are lounge chairs to rent. The only thing that I would suggest for this condo would be to invest in some better beach chairs and maybe stock the kitchen with some essentials (pepper, saran wrap, etc.) Some other condos that we have been to also will leave some non perishable things from previous users that didn't get used.

Wonderful apartment...perfect location...

The property is lovely, exactly as it says in the description. Views were better than in the photos and the sounds of waves is something we will miss. The location is a stones throw from the beach, very peaceful but within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Local & co is a lovely spot for dinner and we would recommend lunch at the Animal flower cave, in the north of the island (a 20 minute drive) The views are stunning! For a chilled out drink try Caboose it's a 2 min walk near Heywoods beach a quirky little bar with a boat as it's focal point! As with most properties there were a couple of minor hiccups but these were resolved very quickly. Sarah (the property manager) and Jude were very responsive to anything that we asked them. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Amazing Just Amazing

Our stay was fabulous; the sounds from the ocean waves were incredible. My wife and I slept on the patio just about every night. Judy and Sarah were great as well. We felt that the location was perfect, we could see the beach and waves from the patio, and it was only a minute walk to the beach. I wish I had more time to write a better review, or I would write a book. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Then there was the rum punch; we drank that day. Judy and Sarah helped to make our stay fantastic; they were accommodating when it came to places to go and visit. So you all know, if we ever revisit Barbados, we will not stay anywhere else as long as we can stay here again.

Incredible!!

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at this villa. Jude was very timely with questions and concerns and Sarah here property manager that welcomed us with open arms was great. The location is perfect if you want to be a part of the "real" Barbados. It was very nice taking morning walks through town and getting fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers, at great prices. The locals are very warm and friendly. We did have a concern about the villa not having AC in the common areas (AC works great in the bedrooms) with the time of year we were staying (June/July), but can say that with the ability to open up the doors in the kitchen, living room, and patio there was a constant nice breeze. You will not be disappointed if you're lucky enough to book this villa.

Heavenly Paradise

This is an absolutely picture perfect flat down to the smallest details. The views are outstanding, the breeze kisses your skin all day and the birds sing to you whilst the sound of the lapping ocean sends you to another world The photos don’t do it justice. The beach is like your own private space. Sometimes you may see two other people or a small family, but most of the time it’s yours. Speightstown still has that original Bajan charm. The people are lovely and it’s quiet. There is an excellent restaurant across the street and two more down the road. There are shops for all your essentials in walking distance as well as a local fish market. The house manager, Sarah is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. The flat has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook an excellent fish stew or any other dish I can’t recommend it more and I hope we will be able to return next year.

fabulous apartment in Speightstown

We loved this apartment. It overlooks a crystal clear beach, with nesting turtles and is a short walk from Heywoods Beach where we swam with turtles every day The apartment is superbly equipped … the kitchen contains everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms were delightful. It is filled with work by local artists, lovely shells and candles for a relaxed evening. Speightstown was very unspoilt with a couple of beach bars and Wayne’s fish cutter boat. Easy private car parking and a hose to wash off the sand before you head upstairs. Opposite the apartment was a new restaurant Gaia … the joy of this apartment was the great balcony where you can eat, watch the sunsets or have a candlelit supper. We wished there had been a visitors book to share local knowledge. We would certainly like to return one day … thank you for a very special apartment!

Beautiful apartment in relaxing beach town

We stayed at Coco de Mer for one week and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is just as well-kept, spacious, and beautiful as it appears in the photos. The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite spot to relax in the morning and in the evening watching the sunsets. The Speightstown fish market is a short walk away and a great place to get fresh fish to cook. We did our grocery shopping at the two nearby super markets also in walking distance and bought fresh bread at the local bakery. There are beachfront restaurants within walking distance, but we chose to cook and eat the majority of our meals on the balcony. If you are looking to stay in a less touristy area and experience the local Bajan culture Speightstown is perfect. We took the bus a couple of times from the nearby terminal, but it can take an hour or more to reach destinations in the South of the island. There are plenty of beaches close to Coco de Mer. We swam in the beach directly in front of the apartment, but it can be rocky. Just a short 3 minute walk there is a long stretch of beach in front of various hotels that is perfect for swimming and also has shaded areas. This was our first time in Barbados and we would definitely come back and happily stay at Coco de Mer again.
