Äta ute: Det finns en mängd olika restauranger för alla smaker. Några ofta på havet och oftast dyra är perfekta för att fira ett speciellt tillfälle. Vi har nyligen besökt Carambola, The Fishpot och La Terra som har sin egen nattklubb och fann dem alla bra. På medellång prisklass The Waterfront i Bridgetown är mycket populärt, på flera nätter finns jazz eller ett stålband. När du bokar be om ett svalare bord ute på kajen. Hummer Alive i Bridgetown är också mycket ledig, ja de säljer hummer. På södra kusten finns det många medium prissatta kategori platser för dig att kolla in. Det finns en mexikansk restaurang en irländsk pub, kinesiska och Pizza för att nämna några. De billigare platser på sydkusten är Cocomos, Pizzaz för pizza, och Cheffette. Ofta små lokala ställen erbjuder bra typiskt Bajan mat.

The Beaches: Det finns många härliga stränder på den lugna karibiska västkusten. Den närmaste är Mullins Bay en 4 minuters promenad bort. Andra favoriter är Crane Beach på Atlanten sydkusten. Här kan du hyra styrelser kropp från badvakt. Solstolar / parasoll lägenheter är tillgängliga och det är en sådan härlig inställning som du bör ta en picknick och tillbringa dagen. Det finns flera länkade stränder för dig att gå och utforska. Foul Bay på samma kust är den perfekta platsen för en lång blåsig promenad. Sandy Beach är också vackra. Här i revet är det grunt och det perfekta stället att vada. Det är oftast lugnt och det är ett bra ställe att lära sig att vind surfa. Det finns två strandbarer rätt på sanden plus parkering och en lång sträcka av stranden för promenader. Solstolar / parasoll finns att hyra. Bathsheba är en mycket dramatisk del av ön och väl värt att köra. Rekommenderas varmt är det flygfisk pate på The Round House Restaurant. Det finns oftast musik på lunch på söndagar.

Peaceful and wonderful

We loved staying here! Very calm and relaxing part of the island. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We rented a car and this was a great "home base" for us to explore other parts of the country.It's a short walk to the beach which ended up being one of our favorite of any we visited on the whole island. Really nothing beats watching the sunsets there with a cup of Adrian's rum punch.

The property has a fantastic location and is comfortable. However, I do have some feedback regarding the amenities in the apartment. While it was clean, the space needs better ventilation, as there was a noticeable mold odor. All the towels are very worn out and should be replaced. The mattresses are old and not comfortable, so I recommend replacing them as well. I would also suggest that the owner contact the renter a few days in advance with information on how to access the property.

Loved our location,plenty of things to do in the area beaches restaurants and good walk to SpeightownThe facility is a little dated ,old fridge all cushions in living room and porch need updating as well as linens

Wonderful haven

We were only a couple but there was plenty of room for 4. The swimming at Giibbes beach nearby was our favourite and returning to the property (apartment and pool area) was always quiet and peaceful. The situation is also perfect with many things to do within easy reach from there.

First Time In Barbados

We had an amazing stay at Judith and Peter's apartment. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and pool daily. We enjoyed our 5-minute walk down to Mullins beach - incredible water...and visited the Sea Shed for dinner 4 times! We also did our daily walks into Speightstown to visit the local bakery.We had a car which enabled us to explore the different areas of Barbados - the waves and ruggedness of Bathsheba was a hit since there was an International Surfing competition.Highly recommend this apartment and the area :)

Always a winner!

We have stayed here every time we've been to Barbados. The villa is perfect, location is lovely, quiet and close to everything we need. All staff are friendly and welcoming and service with a smile. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

stay at Casablanca

we were with our two teenage children, they really enjoy, the proximity to the beach was a plus since they were able to go everyday with their friends. Very quiet and tranquil property and neighbourhood.

Lovely first floor condo very well situated. Ample space for two couples or family with two children. Cleaning ladies onsite who can answer most questions. Five minutes to Holetown and same for Speightstown. Best beach IMO Royal Fairmont where you can hire beds and brollies.

We had a wonderful time in Barbados! The accommodations were beautiful! We loved the views from our balcony, and the place was so comfortable! We love the tropics so this was the place to be!

Lovely Apartment , great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casablanca. Quite near to Speightstown, so easy to get a bus to visit the places we wanted to go to. The Apartment was very well equipped and spacious . The pool was a lovely area to relax on very comfy sunloungers and swim . Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely place!

We absolutely love staying here. We have already booked to stay again. The owners are quick to respond and send helpful information beforehand. The villa had all amenities that you need. It was immaculately clean, plenty of towels and bedding. The cleaning ladies, gardener, pool maintenance team are so lovely, always a smile given and a chat. It's a perfect location and wonderfully quiet, breakfast watching the birds and occasional monkey walking by, it's my happy place!

An absolute delight with sunsets to die for just a short stroll away!

Cocktails, sunsets, coconut shrimp- it doesn’t get much better than that !!! Lovely well designed and appointed apartment with good sized swimming pool just minutes away from the sea…. Good restaurants on Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach, fifteen minutes walk away is a sheer delight- shaded seclusion with few people as no facilities! Fish Pot in Speightstown was our favourite restaurant right on the waters edge, locally Ci Cis for coconut shrimp and Reggie’s Jerk for lightly barbecued tuna!

Our Honeymoon magic

Peter and I had a truly romantic honeymoon at this wonderful apartment. We had everything we needed, a real home from home. We relaxed on the beach and by the pool. Next time we'll chill out more as we hired a car and saw most of the island. The restaurants are all wonderful and we wish we could pop over for dinner at some of our favourites. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and we can't wait to come back again.

Great Stay

Mullins was very spacious and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. We had cleaning service on several occasions during our stay so our space was very well maintained . The location manger was very responsive to our requests. The location was in a very quite neighbor hood and we enjoyed the monkeys trooping by most mornings. If you are looking for closer proximities to grocery stores, drug stores et, I would recommend either a location in or around Holetown or Speightstown for easier access to the above . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quite spot during their vacation

Very enjoyable stay

We had an excellent holiday in this apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is quite well equipped overall, although the small fridge (not North-American size), necessitated more frequent shopping as there is not much freezer storage. The friendly housekeeping ladies came in twice a week. The pool and area is wonderful and well maintained. Casablanca is in an excellent location within a close walk to nearby beaches, and there are also very pleasant walking areas inland from the apartment. We didn't rent a car so we had groceries delivered from Aone Supermarkets (fairly good online ordering process) or walked 30 minutes to Jordan's in Speightstown to get supplies. All in all, we loved our stay in Casablanca.

Casablanca Apartment

I am a return guest to this apartment and it is everything you could possibly want from a holiday home. All the arrangements run like clockwork, including being picked up at the airport and taken to the supermarket on the way. The local staff are superb - helpful and accessible without being intrusive. The apartment itself is stunning and the kitchen is probably better equiped than most people's in the UK! The location is perfect, and whilst a car is useful, not at all necessary. Faultless.

An Experience of Barbados

Location of the property is excellent,close to beaches,Speightstown and Holetown . Communication with the owner before our stay was informative . My disappointment was that the photographs don’t portray how tired the property was. The bed linen , rugs in both bedrooms were thread bare , the toilet seat in the guest bedroom was broken . In the kitchen the sink needed to be replaced and the cooker was not clean . Sunbeds had seen better days .

We can't add a lot that hasn't already been said by previous reviewers. We would recommend this apartment which is in a great spot - in a quiet residential area only a short stroll from the beach We never felt threatened at all The apartment is in a very safe area . The bus service is very good ( all over the island). The yellow local buses are a real treat - but hang on tight! The Cliff restaurant lives up to its reputation, spectacular and not wildly expensive - it's a "must do". The Fishpot in Little Good Harbour comes a close second and we also recommend Olives in Holetown (upstairs is best). Self catering is straightforward. The supermarkets sell Waitrose goods amongst others. Duty frees at the airport are excellent. Many shops sell duty free goods but take your passport. It was our first time in Barbados but it won't be the last. Have a great trip!!

Perfect Villa in Mullins

Booking process very smooth and all communication with owners swift with lots of helpful tips to get the most out of the holiday in Barbados. The Villa is beautiful, well maintained and the balcony has a lovely view of the pool which is clean and quiet. The garden is filled with tropical plants, pops of colour - frangipani and bougainvilleas. Take strong mosquito repellent, they are a problem. This is a tranquil spot with friendly housekeepers and a gardener. We travelled on the local yellow bus to Bridgetown and to and from the supermarket and although not for the faint hearted as often noisy and over crowded, it was a lot of fun. The blue bus is more sedate. We didn’t have a car and don’t need one as there is always a bus or taxi. Catamaran trip one of the best days with El Tigra swimming with turtles. Restaurants are expensive. Fish pot favourite and most varied menu. The Lone star best for idealic location on the beach and celebrity reputation, but over priced. Mullins and Gibbs beach two of the nicest beaches along the West coast but need to bring water and food to Gibbs and Payne beach as no bars or food venues on the beach. Super holiday and apartment highly recommended.
