Villa Evgoron är godkänd av den grekiska turistorganisationen med licensnummer: 1041K91003166201 och förvaltas av "etouri management management".

Beläget i en lugn by Zouridi, erbjuder den nybyggda envåningshus på 145 kvm den bästa komforten för våra gäster.
Det rymmer 4 personer i sängar och upp till 6 personer om det är nödvändigt.

Inomhuslayout
Att komma in i villan och när du går genom hallen finns det 2 dubbelrum, båda med direkt tillgång till poolområdet. Sedan finns det ett badrum med dusch som är helt utformad för att vara tillgänglig med rullstol. Dessutom finns en toalett i samma område.

Efter hallen finns ett rymligt öppet planområde som består av vardagsrummet med stora soffor och en 32 ”HDTV. För de mer atletiska typerna finns det dessutom ett löpband i samma område. Det stora fönstret från vardagsrummet leder dig till utomhusterrassen, trädgården och poolen. Bredvid det öppna vardagsrummet finns ett matbord och ett fullt utrustat kök med toppkvalitetsarmaturer och apparater.

Utomhusområdet
Det vackert anlagda utomhusområdet i villan erbjuder en mängd olika faciliteter och platser för avkoppling.

Mer specifikt inkluderar våra utomhusanläggningar:
- 43 kvm pool med barnpool
- Fullt utrustat grillplats
- Ett utomhus matbord med utsikt över poolen och det omgivande landskapet - En mängd möblerade platser (med solstolar, parasoller, bord och stolar) för avkoppling i terrassen och trädgården runt villan

In one word: perfection! Everything is arranged fantastic, the Villa is a dream and incredibly clean. The pool is wonderful. The property is well maintained as well. Ein kleines Paradies

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem ganzen Anwesen. Es ist sehr gepflegt. Schöner großer Pool, In ca. 30 - 40 Minuten ist man sowohl im Norden als auch im Süden am Meer.

Für Ruhe suchende

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Weit und breit idyllisches Landleben. Ein Mietwagen ist hier daher ein Muss.

Excellente location

La villa est parfaite : spacieuse, extrêmement bien équipée (en ustensiles ménagers mais aussi y compris des moindres détails comme des pansements par exemple), piscine à fond plat très bien pour s’amuser. D’un calme exemplaire à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. La voiture est indispensable au quotidien mais la villa est bien placée comme point de départ pour visiter l’île. Les représentants du propriétaire sont très à l’écoute et de bon conseil pour les visites. La propreté de la villa est aussi exemplaire. Vraiment une très très bonne adresse !

Excellent holiday

The villa was fabulous. Very spacious, clean, well-equipped. Great air-con throughout the villa, including bedrooms. Cleaned regularly. The outdoors area was great as well, plenty of seating and tables around the villa, comfortable loungers and umbrellas, good outdoor lighting. The pool was lovely and was very welcome during the hot July/August weather. We made good use of the mint and rosemary plants growing outside, as well as the lemon and lime trees. The villa is quiet, safe and secure. It's in a quite location - perfect for "getting away from it all". We would definitely return and would absolutely recommend this villa - probably the best we've experienced in 10+ years booking with this website. Thanks to Kostas & team for a really excellent holiday.

Relaxing vacation

Our stay at Villa Evgoron was absolutly fantastic. The house is clean and well kept as is the outside and the pool. The location suited us perfect, away from all tourists but still close to everything we needed. We also got very good service from the owners and their service provider Etouri

Splendid accommodation & pool

The listing description did not do this villa justice.It excellent with great facilities including lovely private pool,wet room, individual controllable A/C in each room,electric metal blinds on each window(great security),comfortable beds I could go on .Great layout all on one floor.Location on the edge of a village so nice and private with an excellent local taverna but google maps a necessity ! Spotless throughout with regular cleaning and change of towels ect. Owner(Julia) met us on arrival and provided complete introduction to all the facilities as well as leaving a lovely welcome food pack.Also sent us a comprehensive list of places to go. The local rep Kostas was also outstanding sending us very detailed list of restaurants ,local sites and so on.Nothing was too much trouble he even recommended a lovely restaurant and booked us the best table in it !!top service. Would definitely recommend this villa and local rep and will be coming back. As far as local sites and attractions we did not do that much preferring to just chill but yet again the rep had informed us of all the surrounding places to visit and eat. As I said we "shall return"

Villa Evgoron July 2018

My wife and I stayed at the villa in Zouridi for 2 weeks in June/July. The villa is great, has all the necessary facilities and is a perfect base to explore the island. It's very spacious, clean and has a lovely pool. It's got very good A/C but we actually kept most of the shutters down during the day and it stayed relatively cool. You definitely need a car as the location is quite rural (Rethymno is a 20-25 minute drive away while Chania is approx. 1 hour) but you can walk to a lovely traditional taverna and a small supermarket/bakery. The lovely owner met us on arrival and recommended lots of places to visit which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend it!

Prachtige villa!!

We hebben als koppel genoten van deze prachtige villa! Perfect onderhouden, prachtige tuin rond de villa. Super vriendelijke eigenaars. In de omgeving, kan je binnen de 20 minuten heel lekkere typische restaurantjes vinden. Wij komen zeker terug voor een volgende ontspannende vakantie. Deze villa is voor mensen die rust en privacy zoeken.
