What an amazing property! We booked 6 nights but could only do 5 and it was hard to leave when it was time to go.. such a well cared for beautiful house and the view is to die for. You could not ask for anything better as the house has everything a person could want or need.

Outstanding location and property

The house was perfect and very close to town, which made everything super convenient. The layout was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio was a great place to enjoy the pleasant evenings.

Spacious Place with an Awesome Deck to View the Lake

We were in Invermere for a golf weekend and stayed at this property. Everything was identical to the pictures and the house was very spacious. The location is great within walking distance to grocery stores, pubs and downtown Invermere.

Great vacation

My husband, daughter, sister, parents and I had a great stay at the Berry Patch. There was more than enough space for us, the kitchen was very well-appointed with everything we needed, and the house is spotless. Convenient location for walking around town and very close to the 2 beaches. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place with fantastic lake view for family vaca

We annually rent a place in Invermere for a summer vacation and this place was a great stay! As advertised with all the information you need to check in, in between, and check out. Well equipped rental from kitchen, to games, entertainment, relaxing on the deck, or beach equipment! Great place and worthy of a booking.

Annual family trip

This was our second visit to the property and we had a fantastic time, once again! Great location with amazing views. Immaculately clean and the kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need. Host is quick to respond to any queries. We can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing property.

I rented this house for a guys golf weekend. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. The house's interior is really nice and updated and you can't beat the view from the deck. I would definitely rent this house again!

Fabulous Thanksgiving in Inveremere

Enjoyed a truly enjoyable family gathering at the "Berry Patch". The home and all the amenities made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. A truly comfortable home to share family time .The view from the deck created lovely photos , reminders of our time as a family. Hope to return to soon again for more family time.

Winter Wonderland

Exceptional stay at the Berry Patch. Perfect for winter vacation with extended family. Gorgeous view, plenty of space for family of all ages and well stocked. Very well upkept and in a quiet family oriented area. Appreciated the garage for indoor parking during winter. Games room area was perfect for teens to hang out in, with foosball table. Walking distance to town and even the shuttle to Panorama if needed. Looked well stocked for summer activities too. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at The Berry Patch

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at The Berry Patch. It felt like home, with everything you could possibly want or need from the moment you walked in the door. The location was perfect; it was close to everything and had an amazing view of the lake from the deck. We travelled with six adults and two children and we all had ample space to do things together or retreat to our own little corners when needed. The host was very responsive when we had a question (which were few) and the property was just as advertised. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Active Elders Getaway

The house is well-appointed and spacious. It had many personal touches that made it feel like a home. There was lots of room to park and it was situated close to amenities in town. We enjoyed the recreation area. The only concern was that the temperature in the house was difficult to control, even after communicating with the property manager.

We’ll be back

We have stayed in Invermere for the last three summers and this was by far the nicest property that we have stayed at. The view was incredible, the house was very clean and everything felt fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the arrangement for two families to come was perfect because there was a main floor master suite and a basement master suite. There was stuff for kids, lots of utensils in the kitchen and we felt very safe at that place. Lots of good communication and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Family weekend-3 generations

Great property overall, and likely the most well equipped we've ever encountered in 25 yrs of property rentals. Well planned full home reno with updated, comfortable family friendly furnishings inside and out to accommodate the whole crew. Appreciated cleanliness and attention to detail in all areas, especially kitchen items and indoor/outdoor games and toys. A suggestion would be to remove some duplicate items in the kitchen to leave an empty cupboard or two for guest items...we used the foyer cupboard as our pantry :-) Outdoor deck was great for dining and relaxing with nice view of the lake. Property is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to town and a little further to beach. Otherwise a car is necessary. Would definitely recommend!

Three adults rented this 5 bdrm from August 1-8. The moment we walked in, we were enamored with the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Then we walked towards the back deck and it most certainly was an aha moment. The view of the lake and the mountains just takes your breath away. Each day, there were deers that visited the apple tree. Also, we had saw 2 bald eagles that flew by a couple of times. Jolene was excellent to work with. She was very responsive to our emails. I would highly recommend this home for families. There is plenty of room. Also, if you are a golfer, we would recommend Grey Wolf Golf Course.
