Very comfortable accommodation with a full kitchen. Situated in a very quiet area it was very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had all the equipment we needed for a super stay.Deb & John were very friendly & helpful.

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Walking distance to some very good breweries answer restaurants and not too far from downtown. Would stay again!

Great location for lake or city.

Very clean and beautifully decorated! Nice short walk to the beach or multiple Vermont breweries or little longer walk to downtown Burlington. Very quiet family friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay again!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location for us, we walked the trail to town and lovely park on the lake nearby. House is very nicely done and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bath was very well furnished with nice extras. The sofa was a little too low and soft for us, but nice kitchen chairs. Would stay here again.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy to walk into town. Charming helpful host. Comfortable bed. The property was perfectly clean our only criticism is we needed to wash the crockery before use.

Home Sweet Vermont

We had an excellent long weekend in this lovely south end neighborhood. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but feels worlds away. Deb and John were excellent hosts and the apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. The proximity to the Pine Street area, as well as, the beach and bike path made it a hit for everyone. We hope to return soon.

Perfect!

Our hosts were amazing and the location was great. We could walk along the beach and be downtown in about 20ish minutes. The unit was awesome. It had everything you could possibly need. We were greeted with a great local beer and it was the best way to start our stay. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Cozy spot in a lovely neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this cozy, feels like home property. If you appreciate places that feel more like staying at a friends as opposed to a bare space with the necessary furniture, this is a place for you. Friendly and accommodating hosts next door. We had just the right amount of space for two adults and an infant. It is close enough to stroll to town and part of a really lovely lakeside community.

Close to the lake, downtown Burlington, the happening South End of Burlington and the great bike/walking trail just steps from the door. Mid October stay

The property was just as pictured. A cute, well located apartment. It was just the right size for my husband and I on our quick getaway. The only downside was the construction going on next door that we had no awareness about before our trip. It made it nearly impossible to sleep past 8am. Beyond that it was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in Burlington . House was super clean and was very convenient to downtown , bike / walking paths , UVM and other area attractions. Deb and John were great hosts , very helpful with area and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again if in this area!!!

We had another enjoyable stay at John and Deb's place. The location is perfect for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area while also providing plenty to see, eat, and drink within a 5 minute walk. Communication was timely and exceptionally helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! Deb was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy to find at all hours of the day, and the location was perfect! We will certainly check availability here for future trips to Burlington!

Second Year Here and Will Be BACK!

We loved our stay here so much for our second year in a row. The home is comfortable, clean, and ideally located. We walked on the bike trail to local breweries, and were a walk away from Church street! It is in such a cozy neighborhood by the lake and a park. We hope to be back many years to come! Burlington in early October can’t be beat!

Great long weekend

Perfect location for long weekend. Quiet street with ample parking. Home was clean, had everything we needed and some goodies in the fridge for us. Reading on the porch was a plus and walking to the various parks/beaches so easy. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Thank you!!!

We totally renovated the entire house in 2013, and just completely redecorated and repainted the entire apartment. Fresh update!

Plus we follow strict cleaning and safely protocol.

Views...AND access to bike path, parks, beach, downtown, breweries, art studios, fabulous restaurants, vibrant art scene, on and on and on! Private apartment and fully equipped. Amazing sunsets!
