Privat En Suite Stort sovrum med king size-säng

Detta är sovrummet med eget badrum i ett privat hem. Ägarna är på plats med egen ingång. Gäster och ägare använder sina egna ingångar.
Dörrarna till var och en av ingångarna hålls låsta. Gästerna får sin egen nyckel.

Dörren från korridoren till sovrummet och skjutdörren på privatdäcket kan båda låsas inifrån.

Ägarens sovrum i det nordvästra hörnet ligger så långt från gästkvarteret i sydöstra hörnet av huset som möjligt och det finns ytterligare skjutdörrar mellan gästhuset och de återstående delarna av hemmet. Utrymmet är privat / tyst / säkert / säkert.

Det finns endast parkeringsplatser i gatan och bara några steg från den väl upplysta entrén till ytterdörren.

Vi är på gångavstånd till shoppingcentret Burlington Marketplace Downtown, University of Vermont, Champlain College och Lake Champlain Waterfront...
(1/2 mil promenad till Burlington Ferry till Port Kent NY att ansluta med NYC Montreal AmTrack maj till september)
Tio minuters bilresa till / från Burlington flygplats. 90 minuters bilresa till / från Montreal Canada. Uber och taxibilar tillgängliga.

Quite, quaint ensuite room, and private deck.

We were in town for a special Birthday & Anniversary party. Our flights were delayed/cancelled and Woodie & Bill were very attentive to all the last minute changes. We appreciated the quiet, private, quaint space with beautiful outdoors. We will be back!

Two-day stay while attending a wedding.

Four Night Stay in Burlington

The en suite room was just as described and met our needs perfectly. The location was within walking distance of Church Street and surrounding shops/restaurants. The hosts were very pleasant and the on-site parking was very convenient. A very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful stay

Location is absolutely excellent, Bill stayed up late to check us in (sorry Bill!) and was super sweet. Communication was easy throughout the booking process, and he even helped us bring bags in once we arrived.

Wonderful property and location

The owners were very helpful and communicated all the details accurately. The property is beautiful and was an easy walk to all of downtown and the waterfront. We'd stay there again.

Great location

Very well maintained unit located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This was our first time staying in a VRBO where the owners were on the property. However, the owners were very considerate of our privacy and made sure the unit was cooled properly during the extremely warm VT days. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Great place for UVM parents to stay. Just a few blocks from campus and a short walk to downtown and the waterfront areas. Very clean and comfortable with great lake views!

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I were in town for a college visit and could not have been more pleased with our stay and it’s proximity to downtown and to her college. Woodie and Bill were extremely attentive and so kind. The suite was very nice and clean. We will be returning.

Champlain Parent's Weekend

We were in town for parents weekend and this was a great option. We were located just around the block from the campus and easy walk downtown to Church Street. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very private with our own separate enterence.

Wonderful stay!

Bill and Woodie were wonderful hosts - kind, communicative, and accommodating. Their place is lovely and comfortable and had everything I needed and more. Burlington is amazing and the location of their house was perfect for exploring the city. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you Bill and Woodie for a perfect getaway!
