Detta helt nya lyxiga Maine Coast Home har allt. Det hela börjar med fantastisk BOLD havsutsikt från alla rum, somna till ljudet från vågorna kraschar på klipporna eller hummerbåtarna som tar upp dagens fångst. Varje dag har du något nytt att se och se.
Hemmet ligger i slutet av en privat väg direkt med utsikt över havet, inte mer än en 30 sekunders promenad till vattenkanten och 7 minuters promenad till Short Sands Beach.
Ingen bekvämlighet har lämnats ute, hemmet har det BÄSTA AV BÄSTA från ett Sub Zero kylskåp, till ett Wolfe 6-brännare gasområde och ugn, Mikrovågsugn, Bosch diskmaskin, Webber Gas Grill, 5. 1 Surround Sound, 60 tums HD TV , Apple TV, NETFLIX, SONOS, WIFI och B- och W-högtalare i hela.

This beautiful home lives up to its title, it is spotless and beautiful. The views are truly incredible. You can walk down to the rocks below for a better vantage point for sunrises and sunsets (also can be seen from the lovely balcony. It is easy to walk to town where there is a wonderful community area and views all along the way. The visit can be as peaceful or active as you choose. We truly enjoyed the kind communication by our hosts and this gorgeous property.

AMAZING LOCATION AND AMENITIES

Beautiful home stocked with anything you need. We stayed with our two daughters and their husbands and had an amazing time. Amazing views, walk to beach, Nubble Light and town plus close to Ogunquit/Perkins Cove shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I wish every place was this exceptional. The views are beautiful and the home is spotless. The interiors are very well designed to create a relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We did not want to leave. One of the BEST stays we have experienced!

Great Home

The home is incredibly well appointed with everything you need for your stay and more. Spotless and organized. Beautiful views. The property manager stopped by to see if everything was set after we checked in. Wonderful rental.

Great place with no amenity overlooked. I have been renting various places around the country for years and this is top choice. The location could not be beat but it really was the inside and all the touches that made this place so great. Complimentary beverages to cleaning products I have never felt more "at home" in a rental. Hope to be able to visit again.

Great Trip and Property

We stayed here for a wedding and everyone who stopped by loved the place. We almost changed where the groomsmen were going to get ready for pictures to this place because it was awesome! Will definitely be coming back!

40th Anniversary on The Nubble

Our rental was spotless and the view was spectacular. This is the third time we have rented a Rick Benson property and they have all been outstanding. We are looking forward to renting again soon. Jim

Amazing house with great views- magical getaway

This house was fabulous: Great location, clean, equipped with everything you could think of. Easy trip to Ongunquit and Kennebunkport . There are ocean views from every room and fabulous decks. It was hard to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much! Communication with property owner and manager was easy and they were very responsive. I will definitely go back!!

Outstanding Vacation!

We decided to explore southern Maine and found this beautiful cottage in York Beach. It was truly exceptional - very well equipped with a fantastic view of the ocean. Scenic walks to town and the Nubble Lighthouse and convenient to York, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and Freeport. The owner and property manager were friendly and very helpful (we mentioned to Bruce that we forgot to bring a coffee bean grinder and he got us one the same day!) Family and friends visited and were blown way by the cottage and the view!

Seaside Views

Everything was as advertised and completely enjoyable! This property was so clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The views from every room contributed to immediate relaxation! The customizable music throughout the house was well utilized and appreciated. Fireplaces were cozy. The deck was spacious with a sitting area and a large table. Overall a totally beautiful house, with gorgeous views on multiple levels, located at the end of a quiet street.
