Paradise

Very clean and cozy. Had everything to have fun on the beach and in the surf. 50 steps to Nepali cove beach. Ocean views and constant soothing ocean sounds make this place special.

Napili Beach is Beautiful

Corner unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is beautiful and despite the choppy water (typical in November), we were able to snorkel further down the bay.

Loved our stay at Napili Bay

Great location. Good amenities. Could use updated Maui inf. Since fires, the Lahaina info was not dependable. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Comfortable and close to the beach

This property was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Just 50 steps to Napili bay! Very close to good restaurants and markets!

Great location and conveniences

My wife and I (28,30) stayed here with our 1 year old. Great location. Beach is right outside and room is fully equipped for such activities. On site laundry and parking. Would recommend to anyone traveling with a small family.

We stayed in this cozy studio unit for two nights and it had plenty of the things we needed, including float toys and balls for the kids, beach towels, etc.

Very comfortable stay. Perfect location. I have stayed at a few different units at this location and was very pleased with this unit. The communication by the property owner was great as well when I needed it. Recommend.

Quaint Condo

Great place, steps from the beach. Our family of 4 had a blast staying here. The coolest thing were the access to the beach chairs which we utilized within an hour of check in! Couldn't miss that Napili Bay sunset!! Thanks again

Not so great experience. Cockroaches

The condo photographs well, but it is overdue for basic maintenance. We found rust on several light fixtures and faucets, and the wooden blinds in the bathroom wouldn’t stay open, trapping moisture and creating an unpleasant odor. The sofa is heavily worn and carries a musty smell.More troubling, we killed four cockroaches during our stay—one large roach in the drawer with the skillets and three smaller ones on the countertops—which left us constantly worried about food safety.The location, resort amenities, and beach access are excellent, but until the owners invest in proper renovations and professional pest control, I cannot recommend this unit.

My husband and I wanted to try a new area of the island… Napili Bay is absolutely gorgeous!!! Great paddle boarding and snorkeling. Our rental was perfect for what we needed -and supplied lots of extra beach necessities! We would rent this again in a heartbeat! Bed was very comfortable. Very safe area.

Wonderful Studio Condo on Napili Bay

The condo had a partial ocean view from the lanai. It was very well stocked with 3beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and kids toys. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We’d stay there again.

Ocean Breeze Easy Sounds

We enjoyed every part of staying in Deanne’s Condo, beautiful sounds of ocean, tropical birds all through the night & day. It was exactly what we needed to help rest our heart & minds to a place of rejuvenation! Nicely decorated to bring The Hawaiian Aloha which made us feel right at home and allowing to enjoy our 30th Anniversary! Thank you so much Deanne for sharing your condo in Paradise!

Shady Oasis

When you have had enough of the sunny beach at Nāpili Bay, retreat to this sweet studio. The lanai has a nice (but not expansive) view of the waves, otherwise looks on a small yard and woods. It’s a corner unit…the lanai catches the breezes. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans. The locks use keys, but they work fine, and there is a system in place in case you lock yourself out. Neutral decor, good Wi-Fi, Roku tv, a dishwasher and a full-sized fridge. Lots of extra gear is included: boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs, picnic coolers. Band-aids in the bathroom cabinet. It feels homey, not corporate.Outdoor amenities include a picnic barbecue area, an ice machine, and a locked gate near the outdoor shower. Parking is plentiful. The on-site manager returned a hat we had lost. I loved this as a solo woman, down the beach from a boisterous family group. I think it’s perfect for one or two people…I think this studio might be a bit small for more.

Great place to spend a week

Its all good. Nice and cosy bathroom, kitchenette with all amenities. Small balcony where you can overlook the beach (somewhat). I can only recommend to either fix the wardrobe door, or empty some of the caninets so that people can put their stuff somewhere. In general the property is very quiet and relaxing unless you get some noisy teenage neighbours...

Amazing location in Napili Bay

The owner/ property manager was wonderful to work with. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking/bbqing etc... our concerns about not having AC we're unfounded. We live in a cold state and are used to sleeping in a climate controlled 68°f. We found that although the day temps were in the mid to high 80°s, the temp dropped in the evening to a more comfortable temp. Also, the two fans in the condo, along with the nice breeze that blew through the unit were great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful location

Well stocked kitchen, good supply of beach items (umbrella, chairs, cooler, bogey boards), beautiful birds-eye view of ocean from patio. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her upon arrival because their was leak water on the floor. She notified the property manager who came over within an hour and a plumber fixed the problem an hour later. We enjoyed the birds, but some may not like the fact that they begin chattering loudly at 5am! Also, there is typically a nice breeze, but there was a night or two that we would have appreciated air conditioning. Overall, a perfect stay!

Convenient stay

The host left us a basket of goods with macadamia nut chocolates, coffee, cookies, chips etc. that was very nice. Thank you! It was a nice studio with a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities . The place also has a laundry area outside of the room. Beach was accessible through a gate. One needs to have a key to enter the beach. We enjoyed staying at the place. The only thing we didn’t know about is that birds and lots of birds come at around some time in the evening to the back tree and one can hear all their chirping for some time. I personally have a hard time falling asleep so I always carry my ear plugs. So I had to use that to fall asleep. But my husband had no problem sleeping so just so people know to be prepared. Bring your ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. But other than that very nice studio.

This property has only 33 units. All owners and the resident manager work very hard to make the Resort a beautiful and quite place to be. The BBQ area is a nice gathering place for family and friends.
