Detta är en riktigt härlig 2 sovrum bottenvåningen trädgård lägenhet. Det har takfläktar i alla rum och en säker muromgärdad trädgård så mycket säker för små barn. Det är handikappvänligt (ramp kan ordnas). Duschrummet har en stor duschkabin och skyddsräcke. Det finns inomhus och utomhus matplats om du föredrar att äta utomhus. Det finns också 4 uteplats solstolar med dynor. Ett litet hörn av himlen på kvällen när solen går ner. Denna lägenhet är inredd till en höjdstandard och upprätthålls till en hög kvalitet. Vi förväntar dig att lämna den under förutsättning att du tycker om det.

Family holiday

Very comfortable with lovely garden.

The apartment had everything we needed for our three weeks stay. A few small problems were sorted out very quickly by Rosie. The bedding and towels were changed each week. We had a very enjoyable stay in a very good area with plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.

Apartment in Santiago I

The location of the apartment is great - right near the sea and very close to bars and restaurants. The pool and poolside bar/cafe are great with food and drink very reasonably priced and the staff are all really friendly.

Lovely appartement

Lovely apartment in a well-kept resort. Walking distance to several beaches and supermarkets The resort also has a nice pool with a children-area. We really loved the walled garden, especially with a 4-year-old, who can't run off to who-knows where :). Beautiful greenery and you could find a shady or sunny spot any time of the day. The kitchen is properly equipped with everything you might need for your holiday-cooking. Beds are good and we slept really well. Fast internet and a large TV. The owner was very responsive and helped to resolve some smaller issues. Would definitely book again, good value.

Excellent location and very helpful owners/managers

We had a brilliant time at the property. we had a problem with the safety deposit box. The owner arranged for the local team to rectify the matter and was most helpful throughout. The property was clean and adequate and although due to the time of year we had little sunshine on the rear patio, the pool area was spacious and clean and very close by. The location is excellent and we would be delighted to return. Thank you

Fantastic apartment superbly located in heart of Tenerife with fabulous host

Jilli was excellent from start to finish. I booked in a very stressed state of mind but Jilli was superb from day 1 and responded quickly to every enquiry with messages imbued with positivity! The apartment was superb and had everything we needed including two TVs, fridge, microwave, iron and more. Great garden also to chill out in the sun on 4 loungers. Location is superb on the ground floor and the apartment is in a superb hotel. Great restaurants and bars on doorstep and sandy beach, Playa Del Camison 10 minute walk away. Lovely pool, bar and very friendly clientele. Very user friendly booking process and portal. Thank you to Jilli and Vrbo!

A Great Little Spot

Thought it about time there was a more recent review on this place, even though I never normally write them. 1st of all, Jilli is great. All communications were 1st class and any issues before or during the trip were dealt with promptly. We had the property for 11 nights at the end of October. It was exactly as described. Weather was a constant 26-30 degrees, sunny and just perfect. Pool area really convenient and clean. No ball games allowed!! Sun beds are €2.5 and mattresses and parasols a bit more. Pool bar is fantastic, pretty cheap and very friendly staff. Location is perfect for main town and beach restaurants. Only thing we missed was having fresh bedding and towels after a week of use. All in all, a 4.5 score would be what I would give it, based on price etc.

Nice apartment with good location

We spent 6 weeks in the apartment and it was a very pleasant stay. The location is very good with shops and restaurants close by. The beachwalk is close and easy accessible. It's a short walk to a sandy beach, but we liked to go to a rocky beach just 200 m away with fewer people around. The heated saltwater pool in the complex is close to the apartment and is very nice. The apartment is comfortable and quiet and the beds are very good. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful flowers and we could always find places with sun. Wifi was good and it's nice with a big TV in livingroom. We were missing some things in the kitchen and this was fixed immediately when we told the owner. A couple of days we had a bad smell in the shower, but it disappeared by itself. Some of the lightning bolbs was too white and uncosy according to our taste, but not a big problem. We would love to come back to this nice and comfortable place.

Disappointed

Communication with owner very good. On arrival opened doors to garden, mattresses for sunbeds extremely dirty, as there were no cleaning cloths i had to go to the shop and buy cloths and cleaning fluids and really scrub mattresses so we could use them, garden was very overgrown with bird poo on all the furniture. Washing machine placed so near to the fridge in the kitchen so you could not open the fridge door fully. No rubbish bin in the kitchen so we used carrier bags and had to go to the bins often. No frying pan either. Very noisy at night. On the plus side location is perfect, and weather was lovely. Would not return for all reasons above.

Perfect stay

Great property. Central location but really quite complex. Apartment as described. Everything you needed, comfortable bed, plenty of towels etc. Back garden with sunbeds and sun most of the day. Great communication with the host Jill. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Jill

Great location

This is our 2nd stay at this apartment and have enjoyed it both times. It’s in a great location just a stones through from the beach and the outside space is excellent. Communication with the owner was brilliant and the check in late at night was not an issue, we were even able to get a late check out due to a late night flight.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Anlage

Im Appartement war alles enthalten was man braucht. Viel Tageslicht in allen Zimmern. Lüften ist erforderlich. Großer Garten zum Entspannen. Großer Salzwasserpool in der Anlage. Sehr strandnah.

Our stay in Arona

We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment. It was particularly good having a garden to sit in rather than just having a balcony. Everything was to hand and in walking distance shops and restaurants.The pool area was lovely so we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. We felt very safe and it was good to have sheets and towels changed after a week.

First time self catering

We had a fantastic stay,the apartment was excellent,everything you need for a restful stay especially the garden . Perfect location on a very quiet a clean complex. An information folder would be helpful i.e how to use the cooker, local buses and any recommendations for days out and restaraunts. We will be back next year.

We had a very good stay. A few initial problems were resolved very quickly by Jilli , the owner. Vicky who was on call , and lived only a few doors away, was a dream and helped us to settle in. The location in Santiago 1 is excellent. The patio is large, very private, and although north facing got the sun for most of the day. The main bedroom has a king bed which was very comfortable. The tv had all the English channels including Sky sports. All in all we had a good time and a most enjoyable holiday.

Spacious apartment

Spacious apartment on lovely complex. Loved the king size bed. Very nicely furnished with a pleasant garden area. Complex is very well kept with an excellent bar restaurant and very close to seafront, large shopping area and all amenities. Hope to stay again.

Brilliant location in the centre of a popular resort

Lovely roomy apartment with all the mod cons necessary for a nine night stay. Beds were comfortable and the huge king size was fabulous. Lovely safe garden really comfortable couch, good TV and good internet. Our only negative was we had to clean the floors before we settled and bleached the toilet because it was below our expectation of what it should be. Once done, we had a wonderful and restful break.

Position of property was excellent. Short walk to both beach and town. However, the description “recently renovated” should be removed. We found the property to be dark inside and needed some Tlc, mainly because of all the dark wood and furniture. Shutters were difficult to lock, especially in the lounge. The courtyard was a plus but needed to be tidied. However we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if it was modernised. George and Irene Bond

Fantastic rental for could, or small family.

The apartment is great for a couple, or a small family and has all the comforts of home contained within. It was very well maintained, with tables inside and out and the most comfortable sofa ever, that you can sink into, after a hard day of sunbathing. The garden was a sun trap, where you can top up your tan after 6pm on the sun beds, or eat outside on the table and chairs in the corner of the garden.There is also another set of chairs and table in the shade on the tiled patio area, should you have enough of the sun, but want to sit outside. Excellent choices! The property was in an excellent location, with pubs and eateries nearby, but not too close to hear the hustle and bustle of Playas nightlife. The complex was clean and well maintained and the pool bar was run by a lovely woman, where nothing was too much trouble. The food at the pool bar was of great quality and service was second to none too. The proprietor is very informative and nothing is too much trouble should you require extra information with questions. The response time is also quick, which makes you feel more reassured about your booking. Thanks for a lovely week!

Superb rental for a couple or for a small family

With my wife, we had a great week at Playa Las Americas in December 2016. Great thanks Rosie :-) The location is perfectly in line with the announcement (there is even a space more, that we do not see on the photos ...). It contains everything you need to feel like "at home". It is superbly located, and we could even go to Los Cristianos on foot. The residence is very nice too, and it is very close to everything (pool, beaches, shops, restaurants, bus, bars, ...). Big thanks and kisses again, to Rosie SByCC
