Området där lägenheten ligger är mycket speciell, i den historiska stadskärnan precis bakom den berömda teatern La Fenice, ett stenkast från Campo Santa Maria del Giglio (Giglio) där längs den berömda Calle Larga XXII Marzo (fullt av affärer, Griffe och 5 -Star hotell med utsikt över Canal Grande) får du en 5-minuters promenad till Piazza San Marco. Läget är centralt och avundsvärd.
Ingången ser ut som en typisk venetiansk entré, med en skala från Istrien sten.
Lägenheten består av en stor entré, två sovrum (med möjlighet till 2 enkelsängar eller 1 dubbelsäng för varje rum), två badrum med dusch, ett kök med matsal och ett stort vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa för varje två andra gäster. Är utrustad med luftkonditionering.

Venice

This was our first time visiting Italy and Venice and we had a wonderful stay at The Teatro La Fenice and Piazza S. Marco. Francesca (our host) was a very attentive and responded quickly to all our inquiries and was gracious enough to setup a watertaxi for us to the airport. The apartment was as described, spacious with gondolier’s singing outside the livingroom window as they passed by. Excellent host, wonderful stay!

Amazing Apartment

The apartment was very spacious. It fits 5 people comfortably. The apartment has great views of the water from one of the rooms and the living room. The management team was great, answered all of my questions and recommended great local restaurants. The apartment is located in the perfect spot, everything within a short walk. I will definitely be back and book the same apartment.

Winning Visit in Venice

A beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with lots of room for everyone. Our family enjoyed the space, and watching the gondolas go past from our window. Location was great! Lots of shops, food and sites that were very convenient. Definitely recommend this place!

A Fun Place to stay in Venice

We loved the apartment! It’s in a beautiful location and we really enjoyed watching the gondolas make their way through the canals. Be aware that it’s a bit of a hike from the vaporetto stop, so if you have a lot of luggage, it’s a haul, but definitely worth the stay.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for our family of four; it’s much larger than we anticipated from the photos. The location is ideal for walking around the city, and the canal view made it quite special. I highly recommend this property.

Great place/location in Venice.

Communication was perfect, made arrangements from airport directly to property and again to train station. Perfect for 4, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen & living areas. Watch gondalas from bedroom or living area. Beautiful stay!!

Picturesque perfect

What a lovely apartment in a lovely City. My favorite part was being able to watch the gondolas go by right outside our window. Francesca was an amazing communicator and very helpful. We took a water taxi from the apartment to our next transportation just for fun and she set it all up. It was amazing!

Great Stay

The apartment is exactly as advertised and was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get anywhere. The area was quiet in the evening which was nice. Our host was amazing and helped us with getting taxis when we arrived and departed. I would strongly recommend and would stay here again when I return to Venice.

Happy in venice

Loved the location and the closeness to both the Rialto bridge and San Marcos Square. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very nice to travel with 2 teenage grandsons.

Great Apartment and Location

The location was a short walk to San Marco and also Rialto bridge. It was in a slightly less congested area. Francesa was so helpful getting us a water taxi to the airport which picked us up just outside the door. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Francesca, we will be back!

Central location

We stayed here for 4 nights, and the location was great, central to everything. However, there are mold/mildew problems. The washing machine had mold in it, the bath mats were moldy, there was a leak in the living room from rain, and we found evidence of mold on the wall.

Beautiful, secure, large place with view of gondoliers

Great stay and communication. Walkable to all the sites of Venice. Lovely to listen to the singing of the gondoliers throughout the day. Great big space to relax and chat at night.

Great location

You can’t beat the location of this property. The AC was also an absolute gift in the July heat. Was a comfortable stay for our family of 4. My only suggestion would be to add just a few basic amenities such as a shelf in the shower for Shampoo and soap, and maybe a tiny bit of coffee for when arriving after a long day of travel. Otherwise a great stay.
