Vår HELT REMODELLERADE CONDO på Maui Banyan är unikt belägen på översta våningen i den eftertraktade G-byggnaden som har det bästa läget på The Banyan. Det är bara några minuters promenad till Kamaole II Beach och Park men tillräckligt långt bort från huvudvägen att lindra vägbuller. Vår enhet är också unik i att den har utsikt från sovrummet lanais av havet och Haleakala Mountain med utsikt över poolen, vår frodiga, gröna, tropiska trädgårdar och The Banyan nya vatten funktion. Vår lägenhet ligger bara några minuter gångavstånd till restauranger, butiker, aktivitetscenter och ytterligare stränder. Vårt främsta läge gör oss unika.

Den ombyggda och inredda mästaren och badet går ut till lanai med utsikt över havet och bergen och är utrustad med fläkt, AC och TV. Många gäster skryter av bekvämligheten i Cal King size-sängen.
Studio-låsningen (när den finns) har ombyggts, inklusive en ny Cal King-säng, en sovstol för en, ett litet pentry och ett nyligen ombyggt modernt badrum. Det har också egen lanai, AC, fläkt och TV. Du ser fram emot att vakna upp varje morgon till en spektakulär utsikt. (De 6 sista bilderna är av studion.)
Köket är fullt utrustad med nya rostfria vitvaror, inklusive kylskåp, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Matsalen plats bekvämt 4 med ytterligare två platser vid disken i närheten.
Vardagsrummet är inrett för komfort och har även egen AC, fläkt, TV och utsikt från Lanai. En ny topp i linjen queen size bäddsoffa lägger till ytterligare sovplatser särskilt för kiddos.

Banyan Skälen är vackert formgiven och erbjuder två pooler med badtunnor och utomhus duschar, grillplatser, en tennisbana och garage. Banorna slingrande runt grunderna är omgivna av tropiska växter och är precis rätt för en kvällspromenad.

För din bekvämlighet en välkommen korg kommer att förses med ett par Maui väsentligheter som kommer att komma igång på din avkopplande semester. Som en extra funktion ett land telefon har installerats gratis fjärrsamtal i hela USA och Kanada.

I have multiple sclerosis and am a wheelchair user that looked for ADA compliance. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, first time to Maui. We found the unit to be excellent! The unit was conducive to my needs. The parking garage was fun when we would return to the unit. Everything was beyond what we were expecting, which was already excellent!The views, the distance to local establishments, ease of check in and out, the staff, and Barb were simply amazing!We flew in on 9/9 and days before Hurricane Kiko was expected to hit the islands, which it thankfully did not, Barb was reaching out to update me and provided me info for local Maui weather! She is an excellent host!

Everything was wonderful! After getting in late we LOVED the welcome basket of snacks. Everything was exactly described. Already referred two friends to book. Kids loved the toys for the pool and beach. Will definitely visit again. Super quick walk to the beach and close to yummy restaurants.

We had the most wonderful week at this condo! It was in a prime location and we walked to the beach nearly every day we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, the lanai had gorgeous views, and the poolside grills were pristinely kept (we never used them, but saw them being scrubbed and cleaned multiple times). The unit was clean and Barb was so easy to get a hold of (though we didn't need her for anything, she still checked in with us on our first day and replied to us quickly). We would love to stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Awesome stay!

Our stay in Kihei was awesome at this property. We’ve been to the Maui banyan before and love the location. This condo was perfect for us and Barb was super attentive when we needed some more bath towels. She was also able to accommodate a late check out which saved us with having a red eye flight!

The unit has everything you can imagine needed for a great stay. Location is perfect directly across from a lovely beach with gentle waves. The view is exactly as advertised. Close to many good restaurants. Most appreciative of how accommodating the owner is. Highly recommended.

One of our best stays at the Maui Banyan

We've stayed at theMaui Banyan 4 times beforein a few different properties and this was one of the nicest and most well equipt rooms. The location was fantastic, close to the pool and not a long walk from the beach which was perfect for our little kids. Barbara was an amazing host and was able to be flexible and accomodating to some of our specific needs. I personally slept on the pull out couch with my child and for a couch bed it was pretty great. Chairs, beach toys, wagon snorkles, noodles were all there for us which was perfect. Thank you again Barbara for hosting us!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was comfortable and easy. There was beach chairs and boogie boards and everything you might need for a fun day. The teenagers slept on the fold out couch and said it was really comfortable. Communication with Barb was fantastic! The view from the Lanai was extraordinary and we will definitely be back! Morning coffee and sunsets on the lanai were our favorite part of the trip.

Favorite place!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. I was so excited when it was available for the dates of my trip for a simple reason - this place is perfect! Location - you are right across from Kam 2 beach which is the best in my opinion. Walking distance to restaurants and little shops. You are also a 5 minute drive from Wailea mall that offers plenty of shopping and dining options. Condo - clean, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Also you have a view of the pool area so you can get a good idea of what’s going on there before heading down. And as a big plus you get a covered parking spot! Communication- Barb is fantastic! She will take care of you and answer all your questions promptly! I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay! Just book it and check it out for yourself! Aloha!

Great Kihei condo

We loved our stay in the Kihei condo. Well-appointed condo with lovely pool and grounds. It is a short walk to a large beach and very walkable to restaurants and stores. We booked again for next year the same day we checked out.

Holiday Made Easy

Our Maui vacation

Overall the property was good,clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for the beach was appreciated. We were there for over 3 weeks, first week was great and then the tearing up of the pool deck started which wasn’t good as the noise was terrible. I can appreciate maintenance has to be done but I feel that if we were informed of that we might not have stayed there! Barb was great to answer our concerns and the owners of the condo offered us a token $20.00 off for 14 nights which I guess it’s better than nothing.

Amazing Property!!

Everything was perfect! After a slight miscommunication at check in, Barb was fantastic to work with! The condo is in the best location right across from the beach with a view of the ocean and Haleakala. It has a comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Great place to stay!!!

What a perfect place to stay! It's right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops and the condo itself was everything we needed! There are beach supplies provided, the kitchen had all the things and there's even a pool! I would definitely recommend this condo for your Maui stay!

We are a retired school teacher and industrial engineer along with our youngest daughter and son-in-law who love Maui and the Kam beaches!!! Our oldest daughter and family live in Pukalani so we are on island frequently and want to share our lovely condo with you. We have provided extra special furnishings that we wanted in our beach home with hope that you'll enjoy them as well. We love our views of Haleakala, the inviting azure blue of the pool below our lanais, and the views of the ocean thru palm trees and tropical gardens.
