Denna lägenhet med ett sovrum, två badrum har nyligen renoverats med många uppgraderingar överallt. Den fullstora köket innehåller vackra bänkskivor i bänkskivor, ny bambu träskåp, rostfritt stål överst i raden apparater, full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Badrummen var helt uppgraderade med vackra kakel, granit bänkskivor stå upp dusch med glasvägg i det första badrummet och en badkar i master badet. This condo was top notch! From the cleanliness, decor and all the amenities needed for my 9 days here. It was very clean and I described it to my friends back home as Elegant and Classy .I would definitely recommend this condo for a single traveler or a couple :)

It was an amazing, comfortable property. The beach, stores and most restaurants were within walking distance. The property was well kept and staff were very helpful. I woud definitely stay there again if I go back to Maui!

Maui Stay

The location was phenomenal, took us about 3 minutes to walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The layout of the condo also worked well for us with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom since we were traveling with our baby. We would absolutely stay again!

The Aston at Maui Banyan

We were very pleased with this property. This was our 29th trip to the islands and this property was one of the best ones we rented on Maui. Very clean, well stocked of items we liked. The lighting in the condo was great. This may not mean a lot to many, but we really dislike properties that have poor lighting. Check in and out was extremely simple. We have nothing negative to say about this condo.

Clean, great location, very comfortable bed. A smaller table that would have left room for a recliner or chair would be a nice addition but we spent very little time inside so it didn't matter much. Would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home. Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling coves, golf courses and endless sunsets. Impeccably clean- stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels plus the bed was super comfy with perfect pillows and extra cozy blankets. We really enjoyed our visit and didn’t want to leave! Mahalo

Wonderful Escape

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday here. The location is perfect with beautiful grounds and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. It’s our third time at the Maui Banyan and this is the nicest unit we’ve had — fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a balcony big enough for breakfasts. Would return in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your spot.

Beautiful, easy access, a few steps to the beach ! I definitely would stay here again. Only thing is we got charge for a cleaning fee during booking yet instructions are to take your own trash out. Why the fee ?

Immaculate with incredible location.

This place was immaculate and tastefully decorated with all new appliances. Place was very well furnished with great showers and a great bed. I am a detailed person and was so impressed how organized everything was in the drawers. We were so comfortable here and perfect for our needs with respect to location to snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again! I'd give it a 6 out of 5 stars!

Spectacular!!!

Beautiful condo! Location, parking, minutes to beach, beach toys, decor, cleanliness, comfy bed…everything was perfect!! We were worried about not having a water view. We had a view of our own private jungle outside and we left sliders open, (screen doors shut), fell asleep and woke to the sound of tropical birds and ocean waves! We hope we can come back to this same condo unit next year💕

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The well-appointed unit was perfect for a one-week getaway and I wish that I could have stayed for longer. It is current, clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed. Easy access to the beach, close proximity to stores on South Kihei Rd., and a great location from which to travel to all parts of the island. I'll surely stay there again in the future. Perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, the condo's location made exploring the island effortless and enjoyable. Each morning greeted us with sun-soaked beaches, while evenings offered leisurely walks to nearby attractions. The condo itself impressed with its beautiful design and comprehensive amenities, ensuring our utmost comfort and relaxation. Nestled in South Kihei, opposite Kamaole Beach II, the resort is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and features amenities such as swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. The convenience of having ocean activities, dining, and shopping within walking distance, coupled with the condo's clean, well-appointed interior, made our stay truly special. The Maui Banyan Resort embodies a perfect mix of Hawaiian charm and modern convenience, making it a highly recommended destination for a memorable Maui vacation.

All is fine except this: 1. A/C blows directly on the sofa 2. Very tight space 3. No recycle bins 4. Expensive, even considering New Year surge 5. Unhealthy welcome snacks. Better not to propose it or change to fruits or smth else Anyway, thanks to owners!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location excellent for beach-lovers. Descriptions accurate. Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.

Great condo, but sadly we were disappointed with communication

We wanted to love this condo so much! It's light and airy, great location, and has the comfiest bed I've ever slept in on a vacation. The amenities and washer dryer were huge perks! The check-in process was easy, though we struggled to reach the condo office on our day of arrival to make sure we could go in 30 minutes early. Nobody ever answered the phone so we just waited. Not a huge deal. Our first couple of days we started to notice some weird bugs in the kitchen trying to get into our food. We're from the coast of WA so we don't have much other than ants here. After looking into it we determined they were cockroaches. I sent a message to the host through the VRBO app to see what could be done, maybe a quick treatment to keep them away until we checked out, but didn't hear back. When I followed up a second time I finally got a response that someone from the office would contact me. I kept my phone on me all day, but never received a call. At that point, we decided to just tough out our last two days and wash all of our belongings before packing up. Luckily I don't think we brought any home with us. Maybe it's expected to see these types of bugs in HI, but this was my 8th trip to Maui and my first time with that experience. Overall, it was just the lack of communication that bothered me. It didn't really seem like anyone cared. Not the communication I expected for the price we paid.
