Privat Chautauqua Lake House - 75 Ft Lake Front - Dock tillgänglig - Djurvänligt

Välkommen till den vackra sjön Chautauqua och upplev sjön som lever som bäst! Lake House är perfekt för semester, återföreningar och resor.

Detta helårshus fick mindre renoveringar inklusive färsk färg i alla sovrum och kök samt nyare apparater (spis, kylskåp, tvättmaskin och torktumlare under våren, 2015). En ny värmare / panna och varmvattenbehållare installerades också i maj 2015, ett nytt trädäck i juli 2015 och nya vardagsrum och utemöbler i juli 2016. Ett helt ombyggt badrum kommer också i december 2017. Bredband Wi-Fi och kabel-TV ingår. Huset är barnvänligt och det stora partiet ger massor av gräs för spel och en eldstad vid sjön. Husdjur är tillåtna för ytterligare $ 100 / husdjur på begäran. Veckouthyrning, särskilt från juni till augusti, kör normalt lördag till lördag.

Bekväma möbler, ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår. Sängkläder tillhandahålls, inklusive handdukar och sängkläder.

Detta sjöhus ligger på en fantastisk privat tomt vid sjön Chautauqua och ligger vid sjöns sandbotten. Med 75 fot sjön fasad och användning av en privat brygga, är hela sjön din att utforska. Hyran inkluderar användning av bryggan - ta med din egen småbåt, jet ski eller kajak - eller så kan du hyra från olika marinor som ligger runt sjön. Vinterhyrare kan ta med egna skidor eller snöskotrar - vi ligger nära Peek n Peak och snöskoterlederna.

Husets läge är centralt för flera andra attraktioner, vare sig det är restauranger, nattliv eller shopping.

It was close to the institute which I found fascinating as you go there to become enlightened. And the Chautauqua golf course interestingly was the runway for Amelia Erhardt as she was speaking at the institute! My kids enjoyed it. I must come back with my friends next time. Thank u so much

Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

Weekend Stay

We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience.

Needs some work

While we enjoyed the property and the beautiful spot on the lake, the place needs some work. It was necessary to open windows to allow airflow but the windows were very dirty. Lighting in the house was poor. My biggest complaint though was the goose poop all over the yard. It spent a couple of hours cleaning it up so we could use the yard.

Beautiful View and perfect for making memories

My family of six, including my 4 teen boys as well as my friend and her daughter had a wonderful time here. The cabin has a beautiful view and a nice sized deck and backyard for all kinds of activities. The house was clean and well stocked. The house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably but cozy enough that so much time was spent together. Teenagers have a habit of disappearing on their phones. Instead the days were spent floating and kayaking in the lake or playing yard games. Evenings we gathered around the fire pit and made smores and told ghost stories or sat around the table playing board games. We had a great stay and made some wonderful memories! 10/10 would stay again!

Fishing with the boys

group of us have been taking a week in the summer to go fishing for 15 years. We enjoy trying different places. But, this probably one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken.

Annual Fishing Trip

We have been coming here for the last 4 years. Place is perfect for our needs. Room for two bass boats at the dock. Plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers. We will be back!

Perfect place for families to enjoy

We stay here once-two times per year. We love the cottage because it’s roomy enough for 8 adults, it has a great kitchen that has all you need, Tops Markets is five minutes away, there’s a private dock. It just has all you would want.

Another Great Stay

There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!

Cute lake house

We stayed here after Christmas with family and it was the perfect lake front property for our group. We are hoping to get back to it during the summer so we can enjoy the lake I grew up at with my kids.

Our house in Mayville is a great gathering place for both friends and families. We are relatively new owners of this house (closed on 12/31/14) and are excited to make continuous improvements to the home for all of us, guests included, to enjoy for years to come.

The large lakefront lot is secluded much more than most, providing the privacy that we all desire. Views of the lake are spectacular with easy access to a private dock.
