Denna stuga byggdes 2011. Det Àgs och förvaltas av en omrÄdesinvÄnare och anpassad hembyggare i mer Àn 20 Är.

NedervÄningen har ett vardagsrum med gas / vedspis, en 55in HD internet-TV och surroundljudsystem med DVR. Matsalen har ett stort bord som rymmer 8-12 personer och köket Àr modernt och fullt utrustat. GranitbÀnkskivor och rostfria apparater (mikrovÄgsugn, kyl / frys med ismaskin, ugn / spis, diskmaskin och bortskaffning). Det finns ocksÄ tvÄ sovrum (1 drottning / 2 singlar), ett badrum, en tvÀttmaskin i full storlek och torktumlare. TrÀgolv i hela.

Det Àr en helt underbar utsikt över landskapet nÀr du tittar ut pÄ den tvÄ vÄningar med fönster frÄn vardagsrummet / matsalen.

Den andra berÀttelsen om stugan har ytterligare tvÄ sovrum (1 drottning / 2 singlar) och ytterligare ett badrum i full storlek - detta med bubbelbadkar.

Hemets frÀmre dÀck Àr en tvÄ nivÄ, enormt dÀck med en inbyggd gasgrill. Gott om utrymme för att Àta ute och koppla av och njuta av den vackra utsikten.

Family trip

The property is some distance away from the highway. We were aware of that and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. Property is very nice both inside and out. Easy contact with owner. Reported we could not get the outside grill to light but this did not create an issue for us.

Beautiful and clean getaway

The perfect place for kids to explore and parents to relax! Very close to midway park and the lake. It was also nice to just stay at the house and enjoy what it has to offer.

Family getaway

This chalet was very secluded on a beautiful setting! Very relaxing and peaceful! We had a wonderful time playing games, grilling, and just chilling in the yard.

Chautauqua Family Weekend

Been going to Chautauqua for years and never want to leave. The Chalet is tucked away and not far from the boat launch for fishing. Lots of Chipmunks to keep you entertained. Recommend

Great location and comfortable.

This is a great property, particularly for anyone attending the Chautauqua events. Beautiful lawn area, lots of deer. The fire pit makes for a great gathering spot in the evening. The house is well supplied with appliances and comfortable furniture. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add a grab bar for the bathtubs.

Wedding Weekend

Our son got married at CHQ Barn and it was the perfect place to stay. It is spacious, beautiful, clean and relaxing. We hiked, had a beautiful fire and enjoyed time together on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms are large and well stocked also. Highly recommend.

Excellent property!

We had an excellent stay! The check in process was easy, the house was clean, plenty of towels and the pillows were great too! It might seem like that isn’t something to mention but we’ve stayed at many places where the pillows were flat and uncomfortable so definitely worth mentioning here! We did have some critters get into the garbage so had to block the door for the garbage bin with some firewood which did the trick. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Isolated But in a Good Way

Wonderful peaceful getaway

Amazing place to stay! Had a family getaway weekend and it was just beautiful. Right from the star with driving down the long secluded driveway to come up on the chalet with all the windows and the big front yard was just breath taking. The fireplace was a great asset and very convenient with both both gas and wood. The openness of the inside was great since we had all ages of us and it allowed us to all be together yet doing different things if needed. The porch and fire out outside were nice at night. Comfortable and clean. Will be back!
