Bottenvåning Condo med två steg som leder ut baksidan Lanai till den vita sandstranden i Longboat Key. Du kan inte komma närmare stranden än i den här enheten. De privata stränderna ut bakdörren erbjuder miles av skal samla, sandslottar, snorkling och delfin observation. Silver Sands Resorts erbjuder on-site management för att tillgodose alla dina behov.

One week Spring break

We had a perfect week in this clean and perfectly situated unit directly on the beach. Furnishings are comfortable, kitchen has adequate supplies, and view is wonderful.

Wonderful condo!

Lovely condo with direct access to the beach. The pool was fabulous and can’t say a negative thing about our stay! Any questions I had were answered immediately by owner. Great vacation!

Perfect little beach getaway

Our first visit to this part of the gulf coast and this was so perfect. The beach was just outside the back door and the porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks listening to the ocean and birds. Amazing sunsets as well.

60th birthday trip

We stayed on property for two nights. Our unit walked right out onto the beach, which was wonderful. Everything in the unit was new due to hurricane Helen and they are still working on the area

Fabulous location and views, and beach access

This property is about as well located as anything in the Sarasota area. The beach and views are fabulous and but it is much quieter than Anna Maria Island to the north or St. Armands Circle/Siesta Key to the south.

Birthday getaway

Excellent spot to celebrate my wife's birthday. Location was great, easy to get around Longboat Key. Excellent choice of restaurants, all very close by. Walking out to the beach everyday was exactly what we needed. Very nice room, A/C worked great, very comfortable and roomy bed. Kitchen was put to good use every morning.

First Time LongBoat Key Visitor

This property is amazing and is well connected to the beach.. Each day I went to the local Harry's deli grabbed a sandwich and sun bathed at the beach and the pool. Getting around to and from Sarasota was easy using Uber.

Weekend Away

Overall very nice place for a quick get away. Easy check in and check out. Only issue would be the shower. Needs updated shower head and the tub needs re-enameled badly. Otherwise great place and would recommend.

Right on the Beach takes it over the top

My wife and I returned to Silver Sands unit #240 because it is close to the Gulf of Mexico waves, and is a quiet spot on Longboat Key. The unit was clean, with quality towels & linens, and an efficient kitchen. All you need : basic not fancy. Quiet and right on the beach. Lots of good restaurants within 5 -15 min drive.

Piece of Paradise

This condo is a perfect little piece for paradise with the perfect location right on the end facing the beach! We had a clear view of the beautiful longboat key beach and were just steps away from the sand. Super convenient with also being located in close proximity to the pool. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had exactly what was needed, and our stay was delightful.

Cozy condo on a beautiful and quiet beach.

Nice, quaint Florida resort. This unit was perfect for a couple's getaway. We absolutely LOVED our view and the close proximity to the beach. If you have young children, you would be able to keep an eye on them while sitting in your screened lanai. A short drive (5 miles either way) to restaurants/shops/groceries. We plan on returning to the area and would definitely check into this cozy condo again.

Florida 2020

We happened to be there at the start of the whole COVID19 quarantine and amidst all the bad that started to happen it was so beautiful and peaceful to be on the beach and fresh air for a little bit. When all this is over if you have the chance definitely a great place to stay. We hope to go back another time soon to fully enjoy it! Bridget the owner was so great and accommodating.

Florida post Covid

We stayed at this property last year when Covid started happening and things were shutting down. We came back this year around the same time and again it is a great place to stay! We love the condo and location beautiful to wake up and hear and see the gulf! The condo had a few upgrades of appliances and furniture it was a nice refresh! This year all restaurants were open and so great to see everyone out and about. Location is great as it is close to Bradenton and Anna Marie as well. We may make this our new tradition and come here every March hopefully!! Owner Bridget is great as well!!

I am a wife of 24 years and mother to two sons in their 20's. My husband is originally from Thousand Oaks California, but moved to Muncie Indiana to be near family. I am originally from northwest Indiana and moved down to Muncie to attend Ball State. We are a very active family and now as empty nesters I look forward to traveling.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we toured different places on Longboat Key and the surrounding area as an investment opportunity and somewhere we would want to vacation, there was no comparison once we found Unit 240. We looked at high rises, but the ideal place I had in mind was also a vacation for me (mom). I didn't want to pack 3 bags and take an elevator to make it to the sand. Since the boys were 6 and 4 it has been exactly what I was looking for. I can sit out on the lanai and watch them on the beach. If you forget a shovel or sunscreen it's just 10 steps back to our place to retrieve it. The chaise lounges waiting on the beach and the close proximity to pool is what I wanted.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Unit 240 really is our second home. To be able to open the back sliding door and hear the waves while you sleep will never get old. Having the beach so close and private are what I think people are looking for in a vacation. Our condo would be ideal for a honeymooning couple to a family of four. I hope my future grandkids will be able to have the same special memories my boys have made here.
