Great Stay in Heart of Rome

I was able to book this apartment on short notice. Agnese was very friendly and communicative. She gave very good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The place is cozy, on the top floor of an old building, so be ready for lots of stairs. The location is fantastic. I would happily stay again.

Could be better

First of all, the main benefit of this apartment might be the location right in the city center of Rome. All important attractions are near by so that you can walk there. Unfortunately the apartment itself has some issues, some are as they are, some are self made. It is on 4th floor of an ancient building with very high ceilings and no elevator - very exhausting and inconvenient and I think a potential guest needs to be aware of.Further the appartment is rather chaotic and in some instance disgusting. Cleansing material everywhere as to an extend no one can ever use, no room to place any stuff. The kitchen is nearly not useable as there is stuff no one needs really everywhere. You cannot open the dish washer as it gets stuck by a rack and an ironing board. The worst thing were a whole bunch of old and used slippers in big organizers hanging on the bathroom door and in the living room. I mean what for? No one will wear old and dirty shoes of former guests.Also overall cleanliness could be better.So our conclusion is that the apartment needs a complete clearance of all the junk in it and a more efficient space planning. By the way, we also doubt the in the description given 60 sqm…

Zentral und ruhig

Wir haben unsere Woche in Rom und diesem wunderbaren Appartement sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer winzigen Gasse. Alles was in der Beschreibung angepriesen wird, ist vorhanden. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterasse.

Highly Recommended

Cozy, quiet and clean apartment located in a close proximity to all main attractions. Has a large queen size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the leaving room. Access to a large rooftop private patio with a view is a big plus. Manager was professional and met all our expectations. Had a really enjoyable stay.

A few lovely days in Rome

We LOVED our stay at this lovely apartment! It was in a great location, and walkable to so much of historic Rome. It’s on the fourth floor, so quite a walk up, but worth it for the ambience! The host was very flexible for checkin when our flights were delayed, and they provided good recommendations for local dinner spots.I would 100% stay there again!

Lovely apartment

We couldn't be happier. This is a lively apartment in the heart of Rome. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see. We used the rooftop patio on our last night to enjoy the susurroundings. .wit.bcharcuterie and wine.

This is one of the best rental properties I’ve stayed at and I’m a pretty well-versed traveler. This Rome property is in the best location you could possibly ask for and i will absolutely return here. I wish I lived here!!!

Merveilleux séjour à Rome

Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, nous y avons été très bien accueillis. La climatisation était appréciée par ces températures d’été. La terrasse est incroyable pour le petit-déjeuner ou une soirée avec Rome à nos pieds, vraiment inoubliable !

Fantastic location

My son and I stayed at the beginning of July and were grateful for the very quiet air con. Brilliant location, just a 1 minute walk to Trestevere and close to the Pantheon and colosseum. The apartment had everything you could need and more. Would stay again.

THE perfect location for experiencing Rome!

Perfect location to see everything we wanted to see in Rome! Were able to walk to the Vatican, fountain, Colesseum, and all the restaurants we wanted to enjoy. The host was amazing, ensuring we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, we will stay here again!

Great location

Location is outstanding. 2 min walk to a square full of restaurants and market items, fresh fruit etc.. Great atmosphere. The building gives you the real feel of Italy. Much more charming than a hotel room. The room is on the 4th floor though, and no stairs. This was no problem for us, but young ones or very old may have a problem. Personally, I only recommend this place for two people.

Great Location

Other reviews reflect our experience well. Hostess was very gracious and helpful. We didn't have our local cell phones set-up at time of checkin so took us 1/2 hour on the street with our luggage before we got our phones working to communicate with the hostess to let us in. She said she had emailed or VRBO messeged us adequate instructions on which intercom number to call but still haven't been able to locate that message. Drains were very slow. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Seagull noise disturbing by 5:00 AM but that's not the facilities fault. Hostess replied immediately to help when I accidentally shut off the hot water. Overall recommend being aware of these issues.

Great Host, very crowded

Pros: Great Hostess: she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She met us at the apartment upon arrival and even assisted us when we accidentally mis-booked dates. We were grateful for her flexibility in allowing us to book an extra night. Location: The apartment is very well situated, just a short walk to everything. Cons: No Storage Space: As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is quite cluttered with decorative items, cleaning supplies, extra linens, and various kitchenware. Unfortunately, this left no space or designated area to unpack a small suitcase. Even in the bathroom, there wasn't a place to put the smallest of toiletry bags. Overall: While the hostess was fantastic, the lack of storage space significantly impacted the functionality of the apartment. This may be a consideration for travelers who require space to unpack during their stay.
