Perfect location for two

We loved it! The stairs are definitely steep but well lighted and there are only about 8 steep steps to conquer and really it is only twice a day since you can’t stay in your apartment in such an amazing spot. Otherwise the place was clean and quiet . Small balcony overlooking a courtyard. Bed was comfortable and bathroom suitable for two. The location is perfect. Just off of the piazza bacons in a pedestrian zone with tons of restaurants and shops. Pretty much no more than twenty minutes walk to everything.Would 100% recommend for single or couple visiting Rome!

Wonderful Location

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. It was easy to walk everywhere and we found lots of unique little cafes and bars on the side streets. Would recommend highly.

Location was key!

We were very happy with the communication with the host and we had everything we needed. The best part was the short walk to great gelato and neighborhood restaurants.

Love Piazza Navona

Place was great. Had 1 issue with hot water temp,was fixed the same day! The stairs are steep is the only issue with apartment. Had a great time.

Central and comfortable

We got used to the steep stairs that others talk about. The neighborhood is very quiet for such a central location. Comfortable queen- (not king-) sized bed, furniture less so, nice bathroom, minimally stocked kitchen. Good value.

Location, Location Location

The location of this property is perfecto! Walking out the front door there are plenty of dining experiences rated 4.2 or higher. In our four days there, we walked all over the Historic District and Trestevere from the apartment. Everything was real close and Fede was great to work with.

Lovely

This was our first visit to Rome and this apartment was perfectly located. Even my husband commented on how everything about this apartment was exactly as stated. While Rome is a busy place, this location was a quiet nook in a lively neighborhood. We only forewarn those with mobility or very heavy suitcase issues - the stairs are very steep. Thank you Fede for making your property available.

Perfect authentic experience

We loved this apartment. Cute neighborhood, and great location for walking places. Felt very at home here. Sad to leave and would love to come back! (Had read the other reviews about the stairs, they are no joke! Just try not to overpack haha. But they’re manageable and just part of the experience!)

Lovely stay in the perfect spot in Rome!

Where do I begin?! The home is in a perfect spot, within walking distance to everything! We walked to the Vatican, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, many quaint restaurants — seriously the perfect spot for exploring. The house was clean, comfortable, and included plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable, pillows were great, a basic, but perfect kitchen. Fede, the owner, was quick to respond with questions and very friendly and helpful. The stairs are quite steep, but if you are active, it should be fine. Overall, a lovely stay and would def book again in the future!

Rome 2022

Perfect location near Piazza Navronne, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. There or many quaint restaurants around the corner. The apartment is spacious and convenient. Owner left a booklet with some excellent information about the area. Steps to the second floor are not recommended for those with balance issues. Overall, we were happy we choose to stay here and would book it again.

Interesting city, kind people

This property was in a nice area with restaurants and shops a few feet from the door and still quiet at night. It was within walking distance to many of Romes attractions. Our host Federico got back to us quickly for all communications. Walking up the final flight of stairs to the apartment was very steep and you may want to hold on to both handrails on this narrow stairway. The people of Rome were always kind and helpful to us so this was the best part of trip. Deanna and Cindy

Fabulous location!

This sweet little apartment is in the heart of Rome but on a quiet street so the location is wonderful. Everything was super clean. The air conditioner is located in the common area/ kitchen and didn’t really reach the bedroom very well so if you’re going during a super hot month like august, that’s something to keep in mind if you’re someone who loves AC, but we loved our stay in Rome! :)

Cosy appartment

we enjoyed very much the quietness in the appartment, even if we are very close to very lively spots. The bed was very comfortable, and in the kitchen we could use the little electric oven to make the bread from the day before as new-baked again without having to leave the appartment. The only thing very difficult for us old people was the 2 steep and narrow stone staircases. I will highly recommend the appartment to young and strong people, for whom it will be perfect!

Enjoyable stay

Right on an alley near the Piazza Navona with bus stops and taxi stand nearby. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the corner. Pantheon being a short walk was nice. Very comfortable bed and the living and bathroom were as described. We actually had the water heater stop working for a night which wasn’t ideal but the host did his best to get it corrected the next day. And the stairs up to the unit are quite steep and a bit uncomfortable (pretty sure they slope down too). I would not recommend the unit for anyone who might struggle with such stairs as there is not a lift in the unit.

Great Location close to Navona

We chose this unit for the location, and it did not disappoint. Steps from Piazza Navona and easy access to the bus lines and transportation options. The location of this unit is excellent on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The balcony opening to a outdoor courtyard space was a nice. The stairs getting up to this unit are no joke. There are 13 extremely steep steps to climb. I would not recommend this unit to anyone with mobility issues. There is a railing on both sides to help you up though. The main bed was soft and the most comfortable bed we have slept on in Europe. However the futon was not comfortable for our teenage daughter. The kitchen had some basic utensils and amenities but if you wanted to prepare meals or anything it might be limited. The washing machine was difficult to figure out and didn’t really spin your clothes dry, and the instructions needed more detail but we managed. Communication with the owner was quick and the check in instructions were clear and detailed.

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly located to all walkable attractions in Rome. It is nestled in one of the best locations for food, shopping, and entertainment. The property was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to any and all questions, and had numerous recommendations for all activities. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Rome.

Great Place Great Location

We can't say enough about this property. From the beginning Federico was a great help. He kept in touch and helped provide transportation from the Airport. The property is in an excellent location as far as seeing the sights in Rome and there are plenty of good restaurants right around the neighborhood. We especially like hanging around Piazza Navona at nights at the end of a busy day. If you are looking for a place to really get the flavor of Rome We can't say enough about our experience here, well worth it.

Cute apartment in PERFECT location

This was a comfortable, cute little apartment to stay in during our trip to Rome. The best part, though, was definitely its prime location. You really are in the absolutely perfect spot to get to everything you need, and after going to a ton of different squares throughout the city, my fiance and I have agreed that Piazza Navona is the most picturesque, inviting square we found. The main square itself is stunning, but the alleyways/side streets with all the restaurants and wine bars makes this an ideal place to stay. The apartment itself is true to its listing, and our check-in process was quick and easy. The host communicated clearly, making finding the apartment when we arrived in Rome extremely easy. It's located on the top floor of the building and you do have to go up a fairly narrow staircase to get to it, fair warning. BUT it's definitely worth it (plus, there's only 2 staircases and they're both pretty short). There is a small kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook (although with adorable. inviting restaurants steps away from the apartment, you might not end up cooking at all!), and a small clothes washer (no dryer - - you will line-dry your clothes, but everything is provided for washing!). The bed is comfy and shower is pretty large. If I could recommend 1 thing for the host to change, it would be to have curtains on the windows that are easier to pull back to let in more sunlight. The view outside the balcony doors is gorgeous, and we just ended up having to take the curtains down all together to get some light in there (and be able to enjoy the view unobstructed). Overall, I definitely recommend staying here! Our stay was comfy and this was the perfect homebase to explore the city from. Everything you could possibly need is within a short walkable distance.
