Hemera Holiday Home Villa ligger i Akrotiri, den mest förhistoriska byn i Santorini, med magnifik utsikt över hela Caldera, vulkanen, Palia och Nea Kameni, Thirassia-ön och Akrotiri. "Hemera" var en av de ursprungliga grekiska gudarna och dyrkades som gudinnan för solen och ljuset. Den storslagna estetiken och den fantastiska utsikten från huset inspirerade ägaren Maria att kalla det Hemera fritidshus.

Hemera Holiday Home är en nybyggd villa med två våningar med en modern cykladitisk arkitektur. Erbjuder otrolig integritet, lugn miljö, fantastisk utsikt och en privat pool + jacuzzi och har plats för upp till 6 personer.
Bottenvåning:
3 sovrum med ett strykjärn gjort extra stora dubbla och två stora dubbelsängar, platt-TV och luftkonditionering (värme / kyla / torka) var och en, ett litet sittgrupp, ett stort badrum med dusch och tillgång till terrassen / verandorna med hisnande utsikt över Caldera och vulkanen och en utomhus sittgrupp med privat pool + jacuzzi.

Tranquil Paradise

The hosts have created something exceptional here for travelers. Comfort, great food, and a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. We booked because of the excellent reviews, but there are no words to express how special this place is.

Wonderful person service from Maria

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Views from the upper balcony were amazing. Especially for sunset. Our host Maria also made our stay very memorable with authentic Santorinian breakfast every morning. Maria also gave us great advice on places to visit during our stay.

Great property

Property was very clean, amazing views and such a nice outdoor pool area. The host Maria was very thorough with the check in process, she was very helpful with arranging transfers from port and into town as well as providing recommendations for dinner spots. Maria cooked a lovely breakfast for us and provided some nice local produce for our stay.

Breathtaking views

Breathtaking views! Great location. Close enough to the tourist areas of Oia and Fira, but allow quiet time at the villa. Having Maria as our host makes your stay special. Her morning breakfasts from her garden made you feel at home. Highly recommend for your stay.

Wonderful host and a perfect location

The villa is a hidden gem in a more private part of Santorini. The sunset from the balcony is as beautiful as the one you can see in Fía and Oia, but with privacy! The host Maria is very friendly and helpful, she arranged transfers for us, made breakfasts for us, give us extra yogurt and fruits when she heard that one of our daughters has gluten intolerance. Our stay in Santorini was perfect thanks to the villa and Maria’s wonderful hospitality.

Awesome experience

Staying at the villa was an amazing experience. Clean as a whistle, great host, and amazing views. Went for my honeymoon with my wife and close friends. Maria was as extremely thorough with checkin, accommodations, and overall customer service. She is a super host for sure. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santorini and will hopefully come back ourselves in the future.

Most enjoyable stay

House was clean. Centrally located to lots of sites. Beautiful pool. Best part about the house is the fantastic views from it. You can see the caldera and everytihing surrounding it from the west side of house and also a nice view of the water on the east side. Almost panoramic. Best sunsets ever!

Beautiful holiday home

We had a very memorable holiday to Greece recently and the highlight of the trip was our time spent in Santorini. The Hemera holiday home was a beautiful property just as seen in the pictures. The property has the most gorgeous views of the caldera and sunsets and is very clean and comfortable. Our host was amazing and took care of all our needs and more! I highly recommend this home for your stay in Santorini if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay away from the crowds of Oia and Fira but yet easily accessible to the same.

Wonderful Villa and Host

The villa was such a lovely place to stay with my family. It was extremely well maintained and clean. Our host Maria, was always there to help with anything we needed. She also makes a very delicious breakfast each morning which is so well appreciated. My sons and I enjoyed being able to spend time around the pool and listening to music after days of touring . Great speaker Maria lol. We would highly recommend staying here!!!

Too good to describe!

Maria is the best host ever. This house is so clean and neat, it could have been built a week before we arrived. Amazing views. Stayed with friends, 3 couples in all. We were very comfortable and loved staying at Maria's incredible place. We had a car, great location to base from in Santorini. Homemade breakfasts brought each morning were amazing. Her recommendations for restaurants, sailing trip, and things to do were spot on. We can't say enough, what a place!

We have traveled to many different destinations where people have shared their home and Hemera Holiday Home has been the best one we have ever been to ! Maria is an unbelievable top notch host ! Her hospitality is unmatched ! She was easy to communicate with , set us up with different activities to do , provided delicious vegetables from her garden and greeted us every morning with Greek breakfast ! Now let’s talk about THE VIEW !!! WOW !!! You might not want to leave with the impeccable panaramic views from all the different balconies surrounding the home . This home truly is a serenity oasis ! Was a beautiful place to watch the sunset from your pool while you relax on the comfortable furniture sipping wine. We created wonderful memories and will dream of coming back one day !!!

Absolutely amazing home and views!!

My family stayed at Hemera Home in May 2024. Maria is an amazing lady and so attentive and helpful. The home is fantastic, extremely comfortable and honestly, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The pool area is well laid out and very comfortable. The sunset views are better than fighting the mobs at Oia (way overrated). Great location and a quiet area. Easy to get to nice restaurants and beaches nearby. Maria organized some tours for us and they were outstanding. The best was the Catamaran Sunset cruise, it’s a must. 5 hours and you get to swim a couple of times and they cook a great meal for you. Speaking of meals, Maria brought a fresh traditional Greek breakfast every morning that was unbelievable! Every day was something different but amazing. My wife and I are already planning a return trip to stay at Hemera home this fall. YAMAS!!

Felt right at home

From the moment we booked online, to the day of our departure, we were well taken care of. Maria, the owner greeted us when we arrived, had yummy homemade food & vegetables from her garden there for us along with giving us detailed information about what yo do & see on the island and helped arrange excursions, drivers & dinner reservations. She made breakfast for us each morning, provided us with clean towels & anything else we needed. The villa/home was beautiful, clean with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Perfect for our family of 5. The view from every window of the the sea was gorgeous and peaceful as well as the pool & dining area on site. Our time in Santorini staying at the Hemera holiday home was perfect! I highly recommend & would definitely stay again! Thank you Maria 🙏❤️

Fantastic vacation!!!

Dear Maria - Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful home while exploring the island of Santorini. The views are amazing and the house is gorgeous as well as expertly maintained and clean. The location for me was the perfect part of the island to be on. I appreciate you accommodating me in my special request while here. Great Location, Wonderful Views, and the Sweetest Host

We've only stayed at one place on Santorini but we know that we can't do better than Hemera Holiday Home. Perfectly located: great views without the crowds, places to explore in all directions, and convenient to supplies. The home is clean and well equipped. Note that the narrow staircase might be a challenge for the less nimble but so worth the steps to take in the view from the top floor. Then there's the small pool for a relaxing dip. But best of all is the host. Maria is a gem. She wants nothing more than to help you have the vacation of a lifetime. She is the most dedicated concierge helping you to plan your excursions. She brings delicious local dishes to your breakfast table. She is your family on Santorini. On our last night we watched the sunset from a place called the "heart of Santorini." It was very nice but the true heart of Santorini is Maria. Thank you, Maria, for sharing your home with us.

Magical Stay

This was an amazing stay. Our host Maria was incredible in every way. Ill start with location: its a short car ride up to Fira and other cities north, but the calmness and quiet nights were welcomed by our group. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the beach, and take a ride up to Fira. House: 12 out of 10 stars for sunset views and morning coffees staring out into the caldera, simply perfect. Not sure youd find a better location. The pool was peefect for cooling off during the very hot days. The Host Maria: Best VRBO experience weve had. She made authentic foods for morning breakfast. She arranged our transfers since we didnt have a car. She brought our 3 year old across the street to see the garden where fresh foods came from for the breakfast. She gifted him a small Donkey fitting for the island of Santorini. Just amazing. Thank you Maria, we will always remember the memories made at your villa. Thank you!

Santorini living

Santorini (Thera) is a quaint island in Greece, with lots to offer most any palate. THE GOOD - nice people. easy to get to (even international flights). reasonably priced food and cars. massively important historical site: Aktorini. lots of olives, great GREEK Salads. beautiful sunsets. very active tourist town with lots of quaint shops: OIA. cheap excursions from most of EU & direct flights. lots of things to do via boat - OUR FAVORITE: Catamaran cruise around the island in afternoon with SUNSET. THE BAD: relatively expensive accommodations, though can find some reasonable small places. lots of tourists from all over (some direct international flights) - meaning - roads can be busy with some crazy drivers. somewhat arid/dry, but not desert. THE BEST: our VRBO Host - Maria. really went over the top to accommodate. great cook as well. ONE CAUTION: if you plan on renting a vehicle on island, get an INTERNATIONAL LICENSE prior to departure.
