Denna rymliga tre sovrum och två badrum enhet är det perfekta hemmet för din familjes strand semester. Enhet 704A har ett stort vardagsrum med en helt ny soffa, kärlekssits och vilstol. Vardagsrummet har också en stor 47 "platt-TV med digital programmering och en Blu-ray / DVD-spelare för familjefilm nätter! Köket är uppdaterat med granit bänkskivor och nya apparater för alla dina matlagningar och prep behov. Du kommer att hitta köket mycket välutrustad. Frukostbaren sitter 3 och står inför köket. Matsalen har ett helt nytt rundbord med 6 nya lätta att rengöra stolar och en våt bar med Margarita-maskin för de avkopplande soliga dagarna på stranden. Balkongen är värd ett bord som rymmer fyra bekvämt tillsammans med 2 schäslonger och även några växter för trädgårdsmästarna i familjen.

Det stora sovrummet har en mysig king size-säng, tillgång till balkong och en 32-tums platt-TV med digital programmering. Den bifogade master badrummet är nyrenoverat, inklusive ett stort steg i duschen med sömlös glas surround, 2 separata fåfängningar, toalett och gott om skåp för alla dina personliga hygienartiklar. Det andra sovrummet innehåller ett par enkelsängar och en 15-tums plattskärms-tv med digital programmering och en Bluray / DVD-spelare för att barnen kan njuta av sömn och inbyggd fåfänga med handfat. Dirty

The tile floors throughout the unit was vary dirty. It needs to be professional steam cleaned. Main bath lighting not working properly. Balcony was filthy.

Great location but needs updating and cleaning

This could be a nice condo but needs much updating and cleaning. We pretty much had to wash every pan and utensil before we used them. There were rugs shoved in drawers full of sand. Lots of the outlets didn’t work. And switches on walls didn’t work the lights and fans, we had to stand on beds to turn them off and on. The master bedroom mattress was awful, it was so bad we spent $120 for a mattress topper. The other beds had toppers on them, but NOT the master!! The under counter ice machine wasn’t working when we got there and immediately called management it was about 48 hours before they sent someone and never told us anyone was coming. We also emailed about other problems and they sent someone to look and bring some lightbulbs because there were over 5 out, 3 in just one bathroom, anyway again they never responded to email or called and someone just showed up no warning. White Shores Realty never responded to my email. I probably won’t ever rent a condo under their management again and I come to Orange Beach area 3-4 times a year! I wasn’t happy that they had changed the reclining couches after I had booked because we needed several recliners for people in our party with different injuries, one having just had foot surgery. The “new couches” are very uncomfortable. All of the closet shelves and fronts of cabinets in bathrooms and most doors had caked up dust or extremely sticky like they haven’t been cleaned in years!! Deep cleaning needed!!

Family Vacation, not a vacation for mom and dad.

The pictures online show a clean well kept condo, but when we arrived we had to clean before we could set anything down. All the counters seemed to have a greasy grime to them. The floors were grimy with dirt and sand, understandable on a beach but there was no way to clean them or rugs to wipe feet off on. I swept with the broom several times a day and would have appreciated a vacuum. There was a house vacuum system but no instructions on how to operate it. There were many items that were broken including: the grill (very disappointing as we planned to grill most of the time we were there), most of the dining room chairs, a drawer face, cupboards, the large ice maker and the master bedroom light fixture that looked like it could have started on fire, the plastic was melted. The guest bathroom was really dirty, I sprayed everything down before anyone used it. Again, there were no rugs for bathrooms and the one super tiny rug available we used by the deck to wipe feet coming in from there which did no good. As others have stated we had to time the picking up of the keys at an office on the other side of town for 4-5. Hoping to get in and out of a near by restaurant so we could make the pick up window was a bit stressful and then my husband received a call at 3:30 that we could pick up the keys any time in their drop box. Why couldn't we have known that from the beginning so we didn't feel that pressure on our vacation? The instructions with our keys were very clear that it was our responsibility to keep the place clean and well cared for or they would charge our credit card on file. We ALWAYS leave a place better than we find it out of respect for the owners. But for the cost and the cleaning fee we should not have to clean the minute we walk through the door as well fix issues so we can stay comfortably and safely. I run a cleaning service and for the $$$ I would expect to leave a place spotless. My husband tried to contact the management several times and was told by an answering service, during what most would consider business hours, that they would pass on the message but received no communication back. Finally, he used the email they sent to let us know they had our money to make it clear that all the issues were not from our stay. No response! The location was the reason we chose this property and I am not sure of the condition of the other condos on site but 704 made our stay very stressful and not as relaxing as it should have been.

Romar House

Not extremely happy with our stay. The patio was very, very dirty! It was pretty gross as a matter of fact. The building is just not new and I didn’t realize until after we stayed there that there are brand new places and they look way better for less than we paid for this. I Also did not like the 4 PM check in. Office is about 20 minutes away from where you have to pick up the key so check in is really more like 4:20. Most places you can check in at least by 3 PM. Also there is usually an 11 AM check out instead of 10 AM at most places. I will look around better before booking next time.

Very comfortable mattresses and furniture. Kitchen well equipped.

The unit is very nice except the furniture needed cleaning. It was so dirty, we put beach towels down before we sat in it. One of the closet doors was off the track and just laying up against the door. The floors were not very clean. We found several items under beds. The bathrooms floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned, so I had to clean them before I stepped on the floor.

The property is a great building and we loved the location.

This was a perfect location and a great complex. The unit itself was a wonderful layout. It is a little dated, but the price was very good. We didn’t like picking the keys up at a management company. We were told we could pick up between 4 and 5(the office closes at 5). It was inconvenient to go back in their tiny window. I also hated jogging back by the same office on the way out. The door lock should be replaced with a lock with a code.

Beautiful place and View

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need. The balcony view of the ocean was breath taking. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Beach Access Location

Romar House has private beach access for it's tenants, which reduces the number of people while enjoying the beach. The facility is very clean and the staff friendly. Would stay again.
