The resort was great and had a lot of amenities. The lazy river had raised vents that caused some scrapes for a few people in our family. For this reason, we'll stay at a different property next time.The condo layout is great for a big family. Bedding and towels were clean. The couch and lazy boy had some water wear and was peeling. One of the restroom door had broken hooks so we improvised with the clothes hanger.The host was great with communication and responds very quickly.

Great beachfront property with stunning views and the best beach you ever experience! Make sure you have a vehicle as walking to restaurants and shopping is not doable.

Overall, the condo was good. There was some type of broken ceramic in the bathtub in the 1st bedroom and the floor was dirty. The furniture is due for update or cleaning of the upholstery.

Family getaway

The furniture was old but comfortable. Some appliances did not work well. The microwave turntable worked sometimes. Had to watch it closely. The dryer took 2 or more hours to dry a small load of laundry. The beds were very ccomfortable.

Great condo but other facilities not

The condo was amazing. Only issue was ice maker was not working. Facilities were disappointing. Only 6 elevators for a 32 story building. Families trying to check in with luggage, groceries etc. waiting frustratedly. Lazy River was not clean and no tubes -you furnish your own. But the condo was exceptional. Enjoyed it very much.

Spacious condo

Our group was 8 adults. Theres a large kitchen, dining, famiky area. The counter in the kitchen is great. We couldnt work the remotes for the TV's. The maint man came real quick and solved the issue.

Housekeeping and Maintenance was subpar

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the kids had a great time and the unit was pretty big to accommodate all of us( we had 7 adults and 6 kids that ranged from 3-12yrs). We rented for 4 nights. I wished I would have done a more thorough assessment of all furniture and esthetics before we settled in but we noticed some issues through the last day. Although you could not see any 'visible' dirt, the floors had not been mopped in quite some time and we found dirt/sand, trash under most of the beds and under other furniture. By the end of the first evening, the bottoms of everyone's feet were black from walking around. I won't go into any more detail as to what the other issues were because I did email the management company with pics of most things we did find but there were some other concerns that we noticed when cleaning up and getting ready to leave. Someone did respond but someone from maintenance did not call until the day before we left and he left a message and did not appear to be too interested in coming to fix anything because we were leaving the next morning and I did not catch his VM it was too late. I hope these issues are resolved before any other guests after us, notice. Overall, the unit is very nice, but a thorough walkthrough after every stay to check for cleanliness and any damage by a manager would help cut down a 'pile-up' of issues to be corrected. Who ever reads this review, please check everything thoroughly BEFORE the end of your first day!

Great Property

Property was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe at this location. Ocean views were wonderful. Grandson enjoyed the pools, lazy river and water slide.

Great condo. Had a few issues.

The living room television was not working. Had to get someone to fix the problem. Problem taken care of rather quickly but previous attempt to deal with cable was poorly dealt witg. Also, y’all skimp on garbage can bags, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. If you would leave a few bags we wouldn’t have had to go buy at store. Toilet paper is poor quality

Beautiful Views

Best thing about this property is the absolute beautiful views. Gorgeous balcony and 4 bedrooms overlooking the beach. Best sunrises every morning. Phoenix West was great with the amenities - nice pool, lazy river, beach access, etc. Check in and out was super easy. The place is huge so I get the complaints about the elevators / busy season - but September was a great time to go. At the time of our stay, the photos in the VRBO listing did not match the actual furniture in the condo - but they were of comparable quality. This is a company owned, not individual owned, condo so decorations lacked some charm and character. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, etc. Cooking supplies were somewhat random collection of things that felt “left behind” by others. Fridge was missing 1/2 the shelves which made it difficult to store food. Several minor upkeep issues like that which we passed on to property management folks. Overall - lovely place to stay with even more lovely views and condo amenities.

Unit was decorated great and had all the amenities. wonderful gulf view. Parking for 3rd vehicle was tricky but extra cost. It was very nice to have an additional ice maker in the unit for drinks and coolers.
