Lazy River was awesome, the view from the balcony was amazing and the closeness to the beach and pool area was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and a Publix and Walmart within 5 minutes of the condo. Loved our stay.

We loved our stay here. The only complaint we had is that the mattresses need major updating. All of them were really bad and some of us even had to sleep on the couch. However, the unit itself was spacious, clean, with a wonderful view. We would stay again. Just would maybe need to bring our own toppers.

We’re very sorry, however, to hear how uncomfortable the mattresses were, especially knowing some members of your group ended up sleeping on the couch. A comfortable night’s sleep is such an important part of any vacation, and we will make sure your comments regarding the mattresses are shared with the property owner for review. This was an amazing stay and the condo was wonderful. The views for sunrise and sunset were incredible. Plenty of space for the 12 people we had staying. We cooked in everyday and had all that we needed. The lazy river and slide were a big hit with the kiddos.

This is a beautiful, large condo with a stunning view!! There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas and the bedrooms each had their own private bath with an additional half bath in the hallway. The kitchen was well stocked and the views from every room were stunning. Communication with the property management company was easy and they always answered quickly. The condo building has 3 pools (one indoor) and a lazy river. The beach here in stunning. This is a great place for a large group and had all we needed and wanted. Deck for parking as well.

Wonderful ocean views, spacious & lots to do at the resort! The space & offerings were ideal for our group of 9 (13 - 68) pickle ball, basketball, bags, volleyball & all equipment available to borrow. The staff are all very friendly, as were the other guests. Great beach! My less than five stars is because the condo needed a deep cleaning. Walls, blinds, knobs, trim, etc. is pretty banged up. There are no rugs so even on higher floors the sand is everywhere (bring slippers & plan to sweep/vacuum). Lack of places to hang bath towels, beach towels, swimsuits. Beds are okay as far as comfort level. We had a great time and will probably try this building again.

It sounds like your group made the most of everything, and we love that it worked well for such a wide range of ages! We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the cleaning and overall condition of the condo. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure improvements are made. Your comments about storage and places to hang towels are also very helpful, and we’ll take those into consideration. Overall it was a great vacation experience. I will hit the hilights. We had 8 adults, two 5-year olds, and two babies. We worried about being crowded and noisy but it was not a problem. The floors were hard, so noise bounced but overall was a non-issue.The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room in most bedrooms, especially the master.Next, the balcony view was great as other guests noted. The icemaker was broken, but we called the number and (no kidding) within 15 minutes someone was there to fix it. Took another 30 minutes to get parts from his truck to fix it. That was fast service. I bet the elevators are the only thing that slowed him down. However, slow service is the elevators as guests note. It really was not a problem overall, but when checking-out I could not get the check-out-app to work so tried to get to the front desk and it took forever, but of course everyone else is also moving luggage so it bottlenecks during Checkout time. Also, you check in with the app, NOT at a front desk as I discovered. The front desk is more for hotel information and unrelated to the rooms, so be sure and read emails and texts on the check-in process.Plenty of parking, but you may have to drive up-and-up to get a place. Never had an issue, just be sure to remember what floor you are on - otherwise you are at the mercy of walking or slow elevators. One last note... We accidently left a stuffed animal in the bed sheets. When we called the property, th
