Detta är inte bara ett hus att hyra, det är ett hem med familjeminnen och lokala historia som visas hela tiden. Detta hem byggdes av min far på 1950-talet. Vi har precis avslutat en totalrenovering och det känns som en reträtt.

Den har en bifogad carport med två bilar. Två ingångs- / egresspunkter: carport-dörr och Bayside-dörr. Carport-dörren öppnas till ett komplett kök med tvätt. Den har apparater i full storlek med tvättmaskin / torktumlare i front och den är fullt utrustad med de grundläggande nödvändigheter och nödvändigheter som krävs för en trevlig vistelse. Köket öppnar in i vardagsrummet med spel, tv, DVD-spelare, trådlös högtalare och öppen spis. Genom vardagsrummet kommer du till vardagsrummet och matsalen med stora fönster för att njuta av den underbara utsikten över bukten, hamnen och marinan. Hallen utanför LR leder till sovrum och bad. Först kommer du till tvåbäddsrummet som är utrustat med en tv- och vikutsikt. Nästa är sängen i full storlek med utsikt över bukten. Mittemot dessa rum är det viktigaste badet med badkar och dusch. Längre ner i hallen finns sovrummet med en king size-säng, privat badrum, läsplats och även med utsikt över bukten.

Nu för utsidan. Strax utanför dörren till bukten är en utomhusdusch och inhägnad i sidogården. Rätt bredvid det är en avkopplande tegelterrass med en vedeldad eldpanna, bord och stolar och vacker utsikt över bukten. Även på husets vik av huset är ett 16'X32 'trädskuggat däck med stolar, picknickbord och bänkar för att du kan koppla av och njuta av utsikten och den underbara vikbrisen. Fyra kajaker lagras bredvid däck och är tillgängliga för din användning. Från däck och alla fönster på sidorna kan du se den enorma gräsplanen som leder till din privata vikfrontstrand komplett med strandstolar, bänksvängning och eldstad. Ta en titt på fotonfliken för att få en smak av vad du kan se från stranden och / däck.

Huset är utrustat med handdukar / dukar, tvålar, tvättmedel, rengöringsmaterial, hårtorkar strykjärn och strykbräda, DVD-skivor och en speciell "glöm mig inte" korg med det mesta du någonsin har glömt bort. Du är också välkommen att njuta av "put-n-take" -biblioteket precis vid hallens ingång.

Another perfect February

This was our 2nd stay! The property owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Very pet-friendly with a separate fenced area on the side of the house that’s shaded and has a shower station! Beautiful views each day… all day…. of St Andrews Bay. You hear the gulls, see tugs and barges go by, listen to the fighter jets doing their practice runs from Tyndall Air Force base. Lots of friendly neighbors. Oaks by the Bay Park has a farmers market ea wkend. Frank Brown Park as well as Conservation Park have awesome walking paths. We totally enjoyed our monthly stay! Thx!!!

Perfection

We stayed over Christmas and arrived to a thoughtfully decorated home. Every detail was perfect. The outdoor area was absolutely lovely with western sunset view over the beautiful St. Andrew Bay. We couldn't ask for more.

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked

We had such a great time at this house on the bay! It was sparkling clean, cozy and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a weekend. My daughter and I came over from Tallahassee for the weekend to watch the Christmas boat parade on St Andrew’s Bay and it was amazing! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to restaurants and food trucks. It has a great porch outside and a sandy beach on the bay where you can watch the sunset. We went shopping at Pier Park which is about 7 miles away. There are so many shops and restaurants very close. It is near the beaches but away from all of the the busyness. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful property!

Really nice place to stay

We picked this place because it was close to Saint Andrews Marina since this was basically a fishing trip but I would recommend it for families or anyone. The managers were the best of any property where I have stayed.

Secluded and simple

This was an amazing home. We all loved the area and the house. The bay beach area was perfect for those double red flag beach days. The sunrises and sunsets were on point. Ellen and Robbie are amazing hosts. We look forward to going back.

October at the beach

The house was old Florida, which I love. The yard had lovely flowering plants that attracted all manner of birds and butterflies. We had some strong winds and a squirrel fell to the ground and was injured. Ellen and Robbie consulted a vet and attempted to save the little guy. The beach was quiet, peaceful and clean. The water was shallow which was great for throwing a ball out into the water. The restaurant in the area were great. Loved the place. The only thing that we would have enjoyed is a pier.

This property is a hidden gem on the bay! We loved it so much we booked already for next year.

Everything about this place was perfect. Cleanliness, location and privacy, just to name a few. Ellen and Robbie we’re wonderful hosts, giving us our privacy but easily accessible if you need them. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful Florida getaway!

This is such a hidden gem! Ellen and Robbie were so nice and the home was perfect! It is older and decorated older but it’s so wonderful! We will definitely be back. House was clean, very well stocked, and couldn’t be a better place to enjoy Panama City!

Very clean, great location and everything needed to entertain kids and family!

The grandkids really had a good time being entertained with all the amenities this house on the bay had to offer. They loved the kayaks the best, and making s’mores over the fire pit by the water! We just wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely like to return some day in the near future!

Bay front review

Beautiful location and everything is as stated. We were in town for our son's wedding and the house worked well for us - 5 adults and 1 toddler. We liked the private beach but was only a few minutes from anything we needed from food, recreational activities and most importantly the wedding. I think we only used a couple of items but the stocked pantry was great and availbilty of incidentals was great and appreciated. Even a basket of beach toys for the kids! Would definately stay again if we were going to be in the area.

Clean & comfortable: just what we needed

Thank you for providing such a quiet and secluded get away for us. Your home had everything we needed and we really appreciated how clean and well organized everything was. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future! We did not get to sit out by the water but walked out there and saw that it would be a very relaxing spot. We loved watching all the birds and squirrel that also consider your land their home!

Blissful Paradise

The location, the home, and the private beach were a special, private piece of paradise. Two teachers and their two dogs sun bathed, read, eat, kayaked, and laughed. This was the most amazing vacation rental spot I have ever been to. The hosts, Ellen and Robbie, are top notch: everything you could imagine was provided. The family home was decorated so adorably. There are tons of little tranquil spots all over the property. Everything was just beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing.

Perfect 10!

These hosts thought of EVERYTHING! From a shared pantry in case you forgot something to dog leashes, toys, bedding and towels! Stunning scenery, quiet surroundings and a 15 minute drive across the bridge to the beach. Read the literature provided to give some insight to the decor and warm feeling of this home. Clean, clean, clean too! We will be booking again!

Relaxation at its best

This was an amazing house and location for a relaxing vacation! The house had so much character and interesting aspects throughout the house that made for great conversations. Being located a few steps from the warm calm bay water was perfect for relazing evening after being at the gulf beaches or out playing golf. The owners were great and can't thank them enouh for such a wonderful home to enjoy our vacation in. Downside: next door there was a very talkative and sometimes loud bird at the neighbors which caused some issues at night with our son and dogs but tolerable.

Awesome place!

This was our second time vacationing here and it was just as amazing as the first time we stayed. The house was clean and very organized. The house was well stocked with the necessities. Robbie and Ellen were readily avaiable with any questions we had. It was great that there was a Smart TV that we could log into our Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Prime accounts. The beach on the property was fantastic for swimming with my dog, finding critters with my kids, and kayaking in the bay. Above all, was the feeling we got in the home. It truly felt like we were in a home away from home. Thank you Robbie and Ellen for opening up your special property to us! We will surely be back.

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay

This was the ideal place for us for our fall break vacation. The home was roomy, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we would have wanted or needed. Robbie and Ellen welcomed us upon our arrival, showed us around and made us feel right at home. The location is nice as well, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and the home had a large grassy yard that led up to the bay. We enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking in the bay, entertaining friends/cookout, and St. Andrews State Park beach was just a few minutes away so we had the best of both worlds. It was nice to be able to bring our dog, so she could enjoy the water and yard as well. We enjoyed eating out at Hunt's Oyster Bar, doing some charter fishing with Reel Contender, and renting a pontoon for an afternoon at Lagoon Pontoons - all good experiences as well. Lots of thought went into making this an enjoyable place for everyone, from the outdoor toys/beach toys to indoor games, books, movies, even dog toys and crate. We enjoyed learning about the history of the home as well. It's a very special place.

As my family grew in numbers, my father built this Bayfront home. My parents, two sisters, brother and I created so many wonderful memories here and would love for you to have the opportunity to have your own experiences and adventures in this incredible neighborhood.

Robbie & I love St. Andrews. We live here and have operated our local coffee house for the past 17 years in St. Andrews, while working with the neighborhood residents, businesses and community leaders to revitalize this wonderful sleepy village. Having recently sold our business, we re-directed our lives to the path to restore my childhood home in an effort to carry on my parents' legacy of a warm, peaceful and inviting place to live, even if only for a short visit.

This is my family home built by my father in 1958. My parents raised my younger brother and two sisters and me in this warm and inviting home. It is directly on the bay in a tree canopied Historic neighborhood. Not only did these surroundings influence our childhoods, but it has influenced the childhoods of several generations as it was the site of many family and friends gatherings over the years. It was one of my mother's greatest joys to see people appreciate the surroundings here and have a great time while doing it. We know she is smiling down at the chance to spread the fun and enjoyment and adventure this homestead has to offer.

Stunning views day & night of the bay, St. Andrews Marina and Panama City Port from the private beach, the deck, the brick patio, the bayroom and every bedroom. There are also four kayaks for your enjoyment and a firepit on the beach. The water has a very slow descent before it gets deep, making it a great place for the kids to splash and play, under adult supervision of course.
