Fantastic Place to Stay

If you are looking for a clean home and a quiet place to stay this is for you! The staff is so easy to work with and they had everything prepared. Beds are very comfortable and the view from the balcony is breath taking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and a beautiful place to stay.

Great Stay, Great Condo Building

Loved this property and the Sunset Vista's resort. Property was cleaned and we also liked the fact there was always security onsite monitoring activities and it was a great place for families. You couldn't beat the beach view and the pools were great. The walk from the beach from the resort was easy and very nice clean beach. We also enjoyed the amenities of having the cafe onsite. We would definitely come back.

Great Sunset Views

This property is right on the beach, with amazing sunset views right from the private balcony. The unit is clean and has everything you need for a your visit. It was easy to communicate with the property manager and they could have not made checking in / checking out of the unit any simpler. We will definitely consider using this rental unit again for future beach trips.

Perfect

The view was beyond spectacular and the short walk to the beach was great for my husband. He uses a transport wheelchair and the beach was very accessible. Parking was close to the elevator and the unit is a short walk from the elevator. The VRBO pics accurately describe the condo. It was all that we had hoped for and would like to return next year.

The property was ocean facing and convenient. The pool, hot tub and easy access to the beautiful beach made our vacation great. The apartment was comfortable. It had two rooms, one of them facing the ocean where you can hear the waves. The closet had beach toys, beach towels and chair. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry and dryer in the apartment was a bonus. The property has a small restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, and a bar. The pool was a good size and kept the kids entertained for hours. We walked to John Pass boardwalk everyday for dinner. It was an easy walk with the kids and fun to go over the draw bridge. The sunsets are incredible. We would definitely come back again.

Everything just as it was promised!

Stayed for a week, beautiful area, lovely condo! Photos are accurate- but can't do justice to the brilliant white sand! Sunset Vistas has it all: excellent location, friendly staff, friendly guests. Being able to walk to the John's Pass was a very nice feature. Saw lots of ocean life! Have stayed a little north of this area many times before but have never seen so many dolphins! On our last morning we were greeted at 7:00 AM with a rainbow over the gulf! Beds were VERY comfy!!!! Check in and out were a breeze. All was as promised. Have rented from VRBO before with success, but never returned to the same exact area. But that has changed now, we will definitely rent from Lisa again!!!

Great Condo and Perfect Beach

We had a great time staying at Sunset Vistas 604W. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Florida. Treasure Island and Sunset Vistas is a real treasure. It has everything you could want.... great beach, comfy condo, great pools/hot tubs, the best restaurants and fun things to do everywhere. This condo had so much more then the other condos that we’ve stay in at Sunset Vistas. They had lots of sand toys, beach chairs (2), beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, pool noddles... really everything you’d need to have fun at the beach. No need to bring it or buy it! The only things that would have made the condo better were some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (we reuse our towels and having somewhere for them to dry would have been nice) and another skillet for the kitchen (we always made breakfast and with only one skillet it was a little more difficult..... try cooking bacon and eggs with only one skillet). Other then those things it was perfect. We had an issue on Thanksgiving Day with the AC unit and I contacted the property manager and she got back to me instantly and were able to get it fixed really fast. Great and speedy service! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great property but noisy

Pleased overall. Location is great. View of the ocean and beach access as promised. The unit was not cleaned well - sand on table, handprints on mirrors and windows, etc. This was disappointing though the owner was very responsive in meeting our needs. The resort gets noisy well into the night because of bar area and pool. There was a regular din down there till midnight. NOTE on accessibility. One of our family members is a wheelchair user. This unit was not listed as an accessible unit - the owner was clear on that when we booked. But we determined from the pictures that the unit would meet our access needs and it did. All great on the inside. However, the beach access from the resort requires navigating two steps in a sort of awkward transition between the pool deck and ramp to the beach (which did not have steps). This is particularly frustrating because it would be very easy to put in a ramp in that spot by removing a view shrubs. Both pools have ramps and lift chairs, so this seems like an unfortunate miss. The nearest accessible beach access is about 1/3 mile walk/roll to the city beach. However, the resort itself doesn't even have sidewalks out to the city sidewalks, so even navigating this meant walking through the streets up to the sidewalks. Again, nothing was misrepresented by the owner. Just seems like some simple changes would provide greater access for all.

We LOVED our stay! Would recommend to anyone! We had two children and 4 adults. The balcony views are wonderful-this condo unit is exactly where you want to be located in this resort(direct beach view!). Lisa and Garth were very attentive to any questions leading up to our stay and very helpful along the way. It was very clean and updated. Loved that they had chairs for the beach, beach toys, a styrofoam cooler and extra beach towels. The washer and dryer was super important to us and worked perfectly! The parking spot was perfect in proximity to our condo. The onsite cafe is open 8-5p with breakfast and lunch food. I went for the iced caramel coffee every.single.day(6!). I will recommend this resort to everyone :)
