Perfect location with a beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Kitchen was nice and stocked with dishes and cookware. Unit provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. - or you can rent them on the beach. Only thing missing was a small cooler to take food/drinks to beach, but I later found out from host that we could have requested in advance. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus. Host was very responsive for questions. Unit could use a view updates (curtains, decorations, etc) but overall, it was very nice. Pool is large and heated. Be advised pool is directly below this unit and can get a little noisy, especially on weekends but it didn't create any issues for us.

Fun property with friendly staff

Never been to St Pete Beach area and was in town for 1 night. Found this condo on the beach. The location is great and beach views were fabulous! Fun courtyard in the center of the property, cool little beach cafe on site and a great beachside bar!!! All the staff were super friendly and beach access was easy. Planning to stay again for upcoming visit.

Ideal Location in Treasure Island

The condo is in a great spot in the building, right by the northwest stairwell, close to the pool. The parking spot is right by the bottom of the same stairwell. The condo was clean and everything worked very well. The view of the sunset was perfect from the balcony. The poly lumber settee furniture on the balcony was very comfortable, perfect for sipping morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

great location

This is one of the best places to stay at Sunset Vistas (which is the best place to stay on Treasure Island) as the balcony has a full view of the gulf, not a side view. We also appreciated the beach umbrellas and towels which made things easier on our end. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. It is exactly as advertized. Clean and has an awesome ocean view. We loved it!! Chad checked on us early in the week to make sure we were happy with our stay. We have stayed at several vrbo's before and this one was top notch!!

The location of the condo within Treasure Island was great and just a few min drive from John’s Pass and lots of good restaurants. Parking was great with a designated covered spot. The condo is perfectly located within the building, front row to the beach and ocean and over looking the pool. Right next to the stairs and although it’s on the 5th floor it’s so convenient we took the stairs all week even with 3 kids and all the beach things.The building has a tiki bar downstairs and a cafe. The 2 pools are very nice and family friendly. This is a family place, there are kids everywhere.I wish the unit had more towels, shower, beach and kitchen hand towels seemed to be at a bare minimum. We had 5 people and because of the humidity they don’t dry quickly so we were constantly drying towels in the dryer and sharing. We flew in so tried to pack sparsely and didn’t have room for extras. We also bought a few plastic kitchen items at Walmart as we didn’t want the kids using breakable stuff all week. Lastly, pillowcases were sparse and we ended up buying those too as we used the couch bed for our little ones and the master bed was a little hard for our liking.Overall the location and condo were great. A few small things they could do to improve the experience but definitely pretty great week.

The property has an unbelievable view of the gulf. The unit itself needs some tender loving care but it was clean and the view makes up for it. Will rent again in the future.

Awesome place. Lots to do in the area. When we showed up there were still some rings on the coffee table, so cleaners were a little lax. But everything else was great. Matt was excellent property manager. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I absolutely love Treasure Island, FL. We have made it a tradition to vacation here on our aniversary every year. We absolutely were thrilled with our condo at Sunset Vista! This was the best condo we have stayed in Treasure Island. Lisa was super accommodating and available when we needed her. The view from the balance was stunning. I would highly recommend this condo!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The view is beyond breathtaking. Location Is perfect. Sitting on the balcony you can see The ocean directly in front of you the swimming pool and hot tub to your right and the tiki bar sitting area to your left. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. It truly is simply the best!

Beautiful oceanfront stay!

This is a great beachfront condo! It is conveniently located in the corner right off stairs and near the elevator. This unit has a nice balcony that also overlooks the bigger pool area!! This condo has it all, plenty of beach gear and even some flip flops in a bucket! Host and property manager respond right away when I had questions. Will be coming back here again!

Property we exceptionally clean! Been to many properties and this one was clean! The view was breathtaking! Amenities pool, beach shower, bar were excellent. Staff at Sunset were great constantly cleaning and up around pool, hallways, elevators. Nightly security in parking lot. Overall a great condo. Nothing to complain about.

Outstanding Stay in Every Way

This was our third Holiday visit at Treasure Island (our youngest son lives in St Pete) and we have found the place we will return to year after year, From cleanliness, comfort, completeness of all accommodations, professionalism and really nice demeanor of manager and owner, great pool and hot tubs, close access to beach, and spectacular views from fifth floor balcony (complete with comfortable balcony poly adirondack chairs), everything was perfect start to finish.
