Sugar Reef är en duplex och båda enheterna kan hyras för en större grupp. Se notering # 684978 för SUKKERREF "B". Varje enhet har plats för 4 gäster. Med välvda tak, en öppen planlösning och ny inredning har detta hem en avkopplande, "beachy" atmosfär. Du kommer att njuta av bekvämligheten med att gå bara två korta kvarter för direkt tillgång till Mexikanska golfen! Du har också snabb tillgång till viken, vattnet park, kajak lansering och lekplats. Detta hem är superren, har en skärmad veranda, grill, strandstolar och skuggig täckt parkering! PLATS, PLATS, PLATS!
Sugar Reef ligger centralt på ön Anna Maria, mellan Manatee Avenue och Cortez Road för enkel åtkomst till och utanför ön. Du kan enkelt hoppa på vagnen för att åka hela ön. Nice place central to most everything there

Overall great stay 1 block to beach and close to grocery and food. Host was quick to respond and helpful would recommend for couple and up to 2 kids.

Lovely for a Short Stay

This place was lovely for a quick getaway. It was close to the beach and had the essentials including a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

This property has everything you could possibly need for your stay including to take to the beach. Everything is very clean and welcoming. Location is literally steps away from beach and trolley stop. Communication with Laura was always helpful and quick to respond. Overall a 5 star stay

Good Location

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The place is clean with lovely furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk. On the other side is the bay which is also a short walk, great for seeing the beautiful sunrises. The unit has a large storage room at the end of the driveway full of beach accessories and was great for us to store our bikes. A wonderful place and we hope to return!

best location and comfortable

this is a great place, very clean and comfortable with everything you need, just steps from the beach. You have comfortable parking, a "lanai" on the ground floor and area for BBQ. The other unit neighbors are not an issue since only shares the living room wall so rooms are very quiet. It is great to have washer and drier inside the unit. And the AC works great!!!

From the initial contact until we drove away from this wonderful slice of heaven everything was perfect. Laura is an excellent host. She communicates clearly and answers all questions. AMAZING BEACH STEPS AWAY

We absolutely loved this property! It was cute, clean, and well-equipped! We had everything we needed including beach chairs, a floatie, and a beach umbrella! The beach was just steps away and that particular beach almost seemed private! It was crystal blue water and even had dolphins playing just off-shore! The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved using the grill located downstairs. The water pressure was spectacular! They even had after-sun lotion in the bathroom! The beds were also VERY comfortable! The owner was super responsive by email before the trip when we had questions about the recent hurricane in the area. We got a super welcoming and very informative email before our visit making check-in seamless! The property was very easy to find. And we loved being on this part of Anna Maria Island! There is even a park for kids just around the corner! Everything about this trip was relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you for a fabulous stay and we cannot wait to come back soon!

This was our second time staying at this property and we will continue to stay at this unit whenever we visit this area. The entire family loves this property and surrounding area as it has everything you could need; plenty of space, amenities included, everything is stocked (towels, kitchen ware, beach items, etc.), property manager is very responsive. No surprise why this place is rated 10/10.

From the clear and timely communication; to the cleanliness, amenities and location (just a 2-minute walk to the beach!); I can see why this place has a perfect rating. The duplex was quiet and the perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. The house was spotless and offered a coziness that you just can’t get at a hotel; reminiscent of my memories of spending summers at the beach. A beautiful, 2-minute walk to the beach in the mornings, and for a return to catch fiery sunsets at night. I’d give a 6th star - if I could - for the amenities. Toddler dinnerware, toys, beach chairs - and even a beach wagon to tote all of the stuff! If you’re a toddler parent, ‘ya know. Our Host was even kind enough to allow our gear rental company to set up a crib and high chair before we arrived, which made our day of travel much easier!

Steps away from the beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We easily walked to the beach every day! The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

Amazing apartment steps to beach

We stayed 9 days for the holidays and the apartment is super comfortable and convenient with all you need for a stay. It didn’t suffer any damages during the last 2 hurricanes, and the houses around affected are being remodeled but the public areas have been cleared, most restaurants and stores are also back to normal. The community has been working hard to get back to 100% and even making extra improvements. We enjoyed our time and have stayed in this property many times and continues to be our favorite.

Perfect beach getaway

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable furniture and beds! The water pressure in shower is AMAZING! Great location and plenty of quality beach items and towels available for our use. We would happily stay here again on our next trip.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.

Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.
