Missing the basics

Like running water. Nothing like having the water shut off remotely by the owners while your kids are in the middle of showering. Fortunately the local team got it addressed within about 30 minutes but good grief. And the TV was locked and could not be accessed. No amount of troubleshooting or even the local team could get it figured out. Not for lack of trying but that seemed to be an owner issue as well. With plenty of houses available in Eagle Crest, I’ll happily find somewhere else next time. Having two occasions to interact with the property manager over a three day stay gives the property manager a 5 star review but that’s not the kind of fun I’m looking for on vacation.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

Our family of 4 stayed in this cozy home near the holidays. It had everything we needed. We were able to make our own meals while enjoying our family. We took advantage of the pools and hot tubs at the resort. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The steam sauna in the master bathroom along with the heated floors were the icing on the cake. A truly pampered experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing

Liked that this unit is on the end. Enjoyed the walking trails. Surface cleaning was good, deep cleaning not as good. Missing things in the main bath and the unit could use some touch up paint. Comfy furniture, nice deck with table to enjoy outside. Guest bed needs replaced very hard bed

Very nice home

Very nice, bigger than you think condo. Clean and well stocked. Property manager was in contact regarding an issue to give a heads up and again when resolved. The only thing that was negative was that there is no door between master bedroom and bathroom. Made getting ready for bed, shower and what not in the dark (dont want to disturb wife and our little one) difficult. A barn door on the bedroom side (plenty of room) would solve issue and actually be a nice touch. Overall a very nice place.

Spacious and quiet

This spacious condo is in a quiet neighborhood with expansive views. I made a mistake with my booking but it was corrected very quickly by Vacasa and we did not have any trouble during our stay. However, this listing indicates there are beds for 6, which is inaccurate. There are only beds for 4 people, plus two sofas (no sofa sleeper). The parking situation was also a little confusing. There was supposed to be two parking spots but when we parked in front of the unit we were told to move our car by another resident. There was another parking location just on the other side of the building however so it was not a huge deal. The condo was very comfortable and cozy.

Beautiful and Comfortable

My family stayed here while visiting relatives during our Christmas break. I loved that it had all the comforts of home. I was able to bake a few dishes to bring to our dinner. We enjoyed the beautiful lights and pool facilities. Wonderful stay!

Enjoyed this condo

The rooms were large and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items for a week long stay. The bathrooms were well designed but the master bath shower needs upgrading. Loved the floor plan.

Very comfortable and inviting. Has everything you need to make it your home!!

Loved the pools and resort area. People are super friendly and do whatever it takes to be sure your time there is enjoyable. Hiking paths and other facilities were great. We will be back — maybe in the winter to experience the snow!

Convenient and Relaxing

Loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace in comfortable big room. Unit is nicely furnished and a quick walk down the path from pickleball courts, workout facility, and jacuzzies. Stars at night are stunning!

Great vacation rental for a family

This rental was great for a family with toddlers. It's spacious and came with loads of toys, some pool noodles, and non-breakable cups and plates. It's also just a short walk to one of the pools. My only word of caution to parents of young kids is that the dressers are not anchored to the walls, so you'll need to be cautious of that. Overall, great place and would definitely rent again!

Nice place!

We booked this last minute when our son qualified for a golf tournament. It’s nice a d roomy for one family, right for two. The master bathroom is huge! The neighbor seemed picky about where we parked, though there are no labeled spots. The only feedback I’d give the owners is to have a large serving platter.

Great Getaway!

This was a very cute and well taken care of condo! Loved Loved the location and the back yard with the great view! Myself and my kids had a wonderful stay here! You can walk or bike ride to the pool! I can't wait to stay here again! I will definitely book this condo again!

The location and amenities were wonderful!

The process was seamless and the area was quiet. The property was clean and prepared when we arrived. It was easy to check in and everything was handy. The only drawback was the hardness of the beds. Although, for my husband it was perfect, so depends on your own preference.

Fully stocked, comfortable and cozy townhome!

Our group of 3 really enjoyed this townhome for 2 weeks. It had EVERY you could possibly need in the kitchen. It was very clean when we arrived. There are great walking/biking and even hiking trails right outside of the front door! I highly recommend staying here whether it’s a weekend or an extended stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Bathroom cleanliness

I’ve sent two emails to customer service, with pictures of the master bathroom. There was blood on the floor, hair and dust. It did not give confidence in COVID level cleaning. If you want the pictures please coNtact me. Also, the bbq did not get to temperature and was dirty.

Very happy with accomodations.

Very "kid friendly" I visited my granddaughter and daughter. I travelled from Arizona with my grandson and there were plenty of toys and accessories to accommodate them both ( 3 month and 15 month old). Only suggestion would be a 2nd TV in either bedroom :)
