There was what appeared to be a leak on the right side of the house.

Location was convenient to family in the area . The unit, however, could use a thorough cleaning. More towels (bath, hand, washcloths, and kitchen) are needed.

Perfect weekend retreat

Great location. Peaceful and a perfect place for couples who want 2 queen beds. Had a couple issues that the property managers handled immediately and were super responsive. Well come back to this suite if we stay at eagle crest again. Love the deers and golf from the deck when using the hot tub. Very quiet and convenient.

Great location, space

We love the location of this property; right along the golf course provides serene views and it is so convenient to the road and rec center. We love the laid back feel of Eagle Crest. Thanks for providing towels for the hot tub, as well as detailed instructions for the hot tub. We appreciate the ability to cook in the well-stocked kitchen, and that everything was in working order. These owners have thought through the comfort level of guests and we noticed. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely place.

Cute home, Dirty home!

Walking through the door I thought I had a winner, however, the home had a dirty floor and that was disgusting. The bath towels were a disgusting white stained towels. There were no washcloths in the house. The home needs a good cleaning by moving the furniture because there was dirt and food under the couches. Buy some new bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Clean the shower. Get new cleaners. The house was too cute not to do the essentials. Won't stay there again which is too bad, because it was a good location, nice decor, but no basics.

Enjoyed our stay, nice place, room for improvement

Well located on the 9th hole of the Ridge Course and easy to get too. Beds and living room sofas were very comfortable; however other furnishings were pretty worn. We were happy the A/C was working well. The hot tub looked inviting and well serviced. The weather was too warm to use it though. The unit was clean however noticeably older. Comfortable enough, the quality of this unit is a bit lacking based on cost compared to others we’ve visited.

Great location and resort is great but condo was not clean

The condo is centrally located and the resort facilities were great but the condo was a disappointment. The kitchen was very dirty. Almost every cup dish pot we went to use needed to be washed first. The utensil draw had a bunch of gunk and crumbs in it. Someone had spilled something on the kitchen floor and it splashed on the cabinets and was never washed off. The blind in one of the upstairs bedrooms was broken in many places and it was super dirty under the couches. I think they just did a fast superficial cleaning between guest. The hot tub was clean but low on water and jets did not work.

Nice place

We enjoyed staying here. The place was clean, beds were fine, kitchen was stocked pretty good. Only complaint was hot tub was so dirty inside we could not use it. Super disappointed as that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. I called Vacasa twice during our stay to get it fixed and was told a ticket was started to have it fixed but no one ever came out. Not impressed with how this was handled.

Great Condo for Relaxation

Great place to stay and enjoy all that Eagle Crest Resort has to offer. After a great day of golf you can come home to a back deck and relax in the hot tub or barbecue some food on grill provided.

Unhappy

We showed up to stay there and the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. We asked someone to come out and fix it and they never did. And so we were never able to use the hot tub and that was one of the reasons we booked the house. Super unhappy with the service

Great place for 2 couples. HD a wonderful trip. Everything was as exceptional. The couches are different from the pictures. Would like it if there were marked parking spots. However that was not a issue other then thinking we were parking in someone's spot.

Fantastic Summer fun spot!

Very roomy townhome with lots of light and amenities. Great resort features and outdoor activities. Lots of swimming and golfing options, walking, hiking, and biking trails. On site restaurants, market, and toy rentals left little reason to leave the property!

Nice time

Condo was clean and tidy.. wonderful view of golf course. Gas fireplace was touchy about starting and staying lit. And the TV in the master bedroom had no volume so that was a drawback... we had a good time thank you for the stay.

Great Weekend!

Really enjoyed our weekend. We rented this unit with a couple we are good friends with and really enjoyed the stay. No complaints at all. Just as long as you understand this is a townhouse, but on the end, it is a great place.

5th time we have stayed in this home. Love the location and all the furnishings. TV is easy to use ... thank you. Only problem is parking .... had to ask another unit to move a vehicle since we didn't have one parking place little lone the two we are supposed to have. One car never moved the entire time we are at Eagle Crest.

Heavenly family vacation

My Husband, two kids, parents and myself vacationed here for a week and loved it. This house is in a very nice area of the resort, its in walking distance to the main lodge and sports center, and is surrounded by beautiful walking trails. The hot tub and deck area faced out onto a golf course with amazing views and sunsets. The house itself was very nicely appointed and stocked with plenty of towels and blankets and the washing machine and dryer definitely came in handy. My only small complaint was that the living room couches only sat five people, although whoever was lucky enough to snag the comfy recliner seats certainly had no complaints. All in all we had an amazing time and hope to be back.

clean home on golf course

This is a spacious home and well laid out. It is in a neighborhood adjacent to the condos/hotel with bike paths etc, but paths easy to get to once leave security gate. Our only real complaint are the bed mattresses are really old and uncomfortable. The master bed especially. Other than that the linens, towels, furniture, and kitchen is very nice. The deck is new and so is hot tub which was clean and hot when we arrived.
