Alla 4 oceanfront däck är möblerade och det finns 2 stora gas grill på marknivå för uteservering med en fantastisk utsikt och normalt en stor bris. Marknära är posten sätt och grillning område. Avancerad nivå har 8 grundförordningarna w / queen sängar, 2 Ocean Front däck w / utanför duschar och en badtunna och 2 Lanai w / ljud vyer. Tredje nivån har 2 stora rum som förbinds med dörrar thru kök och 2 oceanfront däck. Fjärde nivån har 4 grundförordningarna, 2 w / drottningar och 2 är avsedda för barn w / pyramid sängar som är dubbel på botten och singel på toppen.

Fantastic for large families

Mario was kind, easy to work with, and fast to respond. The home is HUGE! With 8 bedrooms set up for equitable lodging and 4 bedrooms able to accommodate a slew of kids, this place was perfect for our large family. We had a great week enjoying the unrivaled Topsail surf/sand in this beautiful beach front home. Thanks, Mario!

Great Price. Great location.

I was a bit disappointed about the size of the bedrooms, the shared bathrooms and the kitchen areas were a bit disorganized but overall it was a great vacation. Can't beat the price for a 12 bedroom house. Will probably return.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a large family group with 3 generations and pets and this place was perfect for us. We rented both sides and found it well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space to stretch out. The owner and his son were very responsive to questions we had, even while the owner was recovering from an accident and they could have very understandably not been able to do so! Topsail island is my happy place, and this rental was no exception to our 25 years of awesome experiences there!

recent stay

We rented both sides of the house and it was PERFECT. It offered great space for eating meals together and then doing our own thing when we wanted to. The house is right on the beach, which was so nice and convenient. The owner responded promptly to any question I had. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We all had a great time. The house provided us the space we needed to have great family meals and places where we could go off in smaller groups to enjoy our time when not on the beach.

Couldn't ask for more

We had a fantastic week at the beach with our entire family!!! We rented both sides of this house and couldn't ask for more! The layout of the house afforded everyone privacy as the common areas are on one level and the bedrooms are on the other levels. Our grand children could just walk out the door to the walkway to the beach without crossing any roads. This house is not just a rental property but has a lot of character in all the decorations and knick knacks throughout the house. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything imaginable to cook amazing dinners. Mario has been very responsive to every communication and wanted to make sure our week was top notch! I would definitely rent this house again in the future!!!

Awesome week

Had an awesome week with my Children and Grandchildren. The convenience of an oceanfront home made it very easy to take young children back and forth from the beach. We had a perfect week at a perfect home!

We live in PA and our children have settled in NJ and GA so we were looking for a place halfway and easy to get to. After 18 months up and down the coast we settled on Topsail for the people and location and North Topsail specifically for the view and tranquility.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We picked this particular property because of the view, both ocean and sound, the large lot, almost 1/2 acre, and because this is the thin part of the island with the ocean, my house, the street behind me, the house across the street and then the sound and the intercoastal.

Quiet, uncrowded, family-friendly beach. Perfect for a large family gathering. Home features spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a quiet loft area for reading or tending to an infant. Gorgeous ocean views from decks on two levels.
